Magnetic buckle structure

Magnetic buckle structure including an attractive body, three discs and two rivets. The attractive body is composed of a receiving cap, a magnet and a disc. The magnet and the disc are sequentially received in a receiving cavity of the receiving cap and then the bendable lugs of the receiving cap are inward bent to fix the magnet and the disc in the receiving cap, whereby the center of the attractive body being formed with a stepped hole having larger outer portion and smaller inner portion. When mounted on a purse, two discs are respectively laid on inner and outer faces of a flap of a purse with the through holes aligned with a small circular hole formed on the flap. A rivet is sequentially passed through the discs and the flap to rivet the same together. The attractive body and the other disc being respectively placed on the outer and inner faces of a main body of the purse with the stepped hole and the through hole of the disc aligned with a small circular hole formed on the main body. The other rivet is sequentially passed through the attractive body, the small circular hole and the disc to rivet the same together.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention is related to a magnetic buckle structure, and more particularly to a magnetic buckle mounted on a purse for locking the flap on a main body of the purse. The processing procedure of the magnetic buckle is simplified so that the processing time is shortened and the cost is lowered. In addition, the discs and the attractive body are firmly fixed on the purse by large contacting area so that the magnetic buckle is not likely to detach from the purse and can be more durably used.

[0002] FIG. 1 shows a conventional magnetic buckle including an attractive body 10 and an attractive block 11. The attractive body 10 is composed of an attractive block 11, a magnet 12 and a receiving cap 13. Each attractive block 11 is composed of a C-shaped leg member 14, a disc 15 and a rivet 16. The magnet 12 is a ring body formed with a central through hole 121. The receiving cap 13 is made of metal material and formed with a central receiving hole 131. The receiving cap 13 is formed with an internal receiving cavity 132. The circumference of the opening of the receiving cavity 132 is formed with several bendable lugs 133. The leg member 14 has a locating plate 141 formed with a central circular hole 142. Two bending legs 143 respectively extend from two opposite sides of the locating plate 141. The disc 15 is a metal-made circular sheet formed with a central through hole 151 for the stem 162 of the rivet 16 to pass therethrough. The disc 15 has an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the receiving cavity 132 of the receiving cap 13. The head 161 of the rivet 16 is smaller than the receiving hole 131 of the receiving cap 13 and larger than the through hole 151 of the disc 15.

[0003] When assembled, as shown in FIG. 2, the stems 162 of the two rivets 16 are first respectively passed through the through holes 151 of the discs 15 and then passed through the circular holes 142 of the leg members 14. Then the rivets 16 are processed to rivet the leg members 14 with the discs 15 with the locating plates 141 tightly attaching thereto. At this time, the assembly of the attractive block 11 is completed. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3, the magnet 12 is received in the receiving cavity 132 of the receiving cap 13. Then, one attractive block 11 is placed into the receiving cavity 132 with the disc 15 immediately adjacent to outer face of the magnet 12. Then, the bendable lugs 133 of the receiving cap 13 are inward bent to retain the magnet 12 and the attractive block 11 inside the receiving cap 13. At this time, the assembly of the attractive body 10 is completed.

[0004] When applied to a purse A, as shown in FIG. 4, each of the main body B and the flap C of the purse A is first cut with two slits D opposite to the other. Then, the bending legs 143 of the attractive body 10 from outer side to inner side are passed through the slits D of the main body B. then, the bending legs 143 are further bent to attach to the main body B. Similarly, the bending legs 143 of the attractive block 11 are passed through the slits D of the flap C. Then, the bending legs 143 are further bent to attach to the flap C.

[0005] The above structure has some shortcomings as follows:

[0006] 1. Each of two independent attractive blocks 11 is composed of the leg member 14 and the disc 15 riveted therewith by the rivet 16. One of the attractive blocks 11 is further associated with the magnet 12 and the receiving cap 13 to form the attractive body 10. Then the attractive body 10 and the attractive block 11 are respectively applied to the main body B and flap C of the purse A. The processing procedure is complicated and troublesome. Therefore, the processing operation is time-consuming and the manufacturing cost is higher.

[0007] 2. The bending legs 143 are passed through the slits D of the main body B and the flap C of the purse A and then bent. The connecting area is quite small. After a period of use, the slits D are subject to tearing and the bending legs 143 tend to bend up due to pulling force exerted onto the attractive body 10 and attractive block 11. Therefore, the attractive body 10 and attractive block 11 are likely to attach from the purse and the magnetic buckle can be hardly durably used.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a magnetic buckle structure. Prior to mounting on a purse, it is only necessary to place the magnet and a disc into the receiving cavity of the receiving cap and then bend the bendable lugs of the receiving cap to fix the magnet and the disc in the receiving cap. Such processing procedure is simplified so that the processing time is shortened and the cost is lowered.

[0009] It is a further object of the present invention to provide the above magnetic buckle structure in which the discs and the attractive body of the magnetic buckle are firmly fixed on the purse by large contacting area so that the magnetic buckle is not likely to detach from the purse and can be more durably used.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0018] Please refer to FIG. 5. The present invention includes an attractive body 20, three discs 23 and two rivets 24. The attractive body 20 is composed of a receiving cap 21, a magnet 22 and a disc 23. The receiving cap 21 is made of metal material and formed with a central larger receiving hole 211. The receiving cap 21 is formed with an internal receiving cavity 212. The circumference of the opening of the receiving cavity 212 is formed with several outward extending bendable lugs 213. The magnet 22 is a ring body formed with a central through hole 221 larger than the inner diameter of the receiving hole 211 of the receiving cap 21. The magnet 22 has a thickness slightly smaller than the depth of the receiving cavity 212. The disc 23 is a metal-made thin sheet formed with a central smaller through hole 231. The disc 23 has an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the receiving cavity 212 of the receiving cap 21. The head 241 of the rivet 24 is smaller than the receiving hole 211 of the receiving cap 21 and larger than the through hole 231 of the disc 23. The stem 242 of the rivet 24 is smaller than the through hole 231 of the disc 23.

[0019] When assembled, as shown in FIG. 6, the magnet 22 is placed into the receiving cavity 212 of the receiving cap 21 and then a disc 23 is attached to rear face of the magnet 22. Under such circumstance, the magnet 22 and the disc 23 right fill up the receiving cavity 212. Finally, the bendable lugs 213 of the receiving cap 21 are inward bent to tightly press and retain the magnet 22 and the disc 23 in the receiving cap 21. At this time, the assembly of the attractive body 20 is completed and the center of the attractive body 20 is formed with a stepped hole 201 having larger outer portion and smaller inner portion.

[0020] When mounted on a purse A, as shown in FIG. 7, each of the main body B and the flap C of the purse A is first formed with a small circular hole E opposite to the other. Then, two discs 23 are respectively laid on the inner and outer faces of the flap C with the through holes 231 aligned with the small circular hole E. then, a rivet 24 is sequentially passed through a disc 23, the flap C and the other disc 23 to rivet the same together and make the discs 23 tightly attach to the flap C. Then, the attractive body 20 is positioned on outer side of the main body B with the disc 23 facing the outer face of the main body B. Finally, the last disc 23 is placed on the inner face of the main body B with the stepped hole 201 of the attractive body 20 and the through hole 231 of the disc 23 aligned with the small circular hole E. Then, the other rivet 24 is sequentially passed through the stepped hole 201 of the attractive body 20, the small circular hole E of the main body B and the through hole 231 of the disc 23 to rivet the same together and make the attractive body 20 and the disc 23 tightly attach to the main body B. At this time, the assembly is completed.

The discs 23 are fixed on the main body B and the flap C by large contacting area. Therefore, the discs 23 and the attractive body 20 are firmly fixed without detachment from the main body B or the flap C. Accordingly, the magnetic buckle is more durable.

[0024] The above embodiment is only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiment can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. Magnetic buckle structure comprising an attractive body, three discs and two rivets, the attractive body being composed of a receiving cap, a magnet and a disc, wherein the receiving cap is formed with a central larger receiving hole and formed with an internal receiving cavity, a circumference of an opening of the receiving cavity being formed with several outward extending bendable lugs, the magnet being a ring body formed with a central through hole, the disc being a metal-made thin sheet formed with a central smaller through hole, the magnet and the disc being sequentially received in the receiving cavity of the receiving cap and then the bendable lugs of the receiving cap being inward bent to fix the magnet and the disc in the receiving cap to complete the assembly of the attractive body, whereby the center of the attractive body being formed with a stepped hole having larger outer portion and smaller inner portion, two discs being respectively laid on inner and outer faces of a flap of a purse with the through holes aligned with a small circular hole formed on the flap, a rivet being sequentially passed through the discs and the flap to rivet the same together, the attractive body and the other disc being respectively placed on the outer and inner faces of a main body of the purse with the stepped hole of the attractive body and the through hole of the disc aligned with a small circular hole formed on the main body, the other rivet being sequentially passed through the stepped hole of the attractive body, the small circular hole and the through hole of the disc to rivet the same together.
