Double-layer shoe with a removable shoe-model lining

Abstract

A double-layer shoe is provided with a removable shoe-model lining inside. The lining is a predetermined shoe-model corresponding to the inner space of the shoe. The shoe-model lining is provided with a hollow room in the top for receiving a wearer's foot, and it is made to be one-piece of soft plastic, cloth or other material. The lining can be various shoe models according to the sizes of inner space of various shoes so as to be suitably placed in various shoes and to be easily taken out for cleaning or replacement.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The present invention relates to a double-layer shoe and more particularly to a removable shoe-model lining which can protect the inner surface of the shoe from being stained and can be taken out of the shoe for cleaning.

[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art

[0004] A pair of shoes are indispensable for a person in modern daily life, and everyone, an adult or a child, usually owns at least one pair of shoes. There are various kinds of shoes, such as slippers, cloth shoes, leather shoes, sports shoes, spike shoes, high heel shoes, etc. After being worn for a period of time, a pair of shoes will easily become dirty, and germs will easily multiplied inside the shoes although the shoes look clean. Therefore, the shoes should be washed frequently in order to keep clean so as to protect the health of wearer's feet. However, after the shoes, such as slippers, cloth shoes and sports shoes, being washed in water, it will take much time for the shoes to be dried in the sun, and it will even take more time if the weather is wet. It causes much inconvenience and trouble to the wearer. Besides, the leather shoes can not be washed in water so that it is troublesome in preventing the inner surface of the leather shoes from being stained.

[0005] Presently, a piece of foot pad is usually placed in a shoe in order to prevent the surface of the insole from being stained and to be taken out for cleaning. However, the rest inner surface will still easily be stained, and germs will be easily multiplied inside the shoe.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a double-layer shoe with a removable shoe-model lining that can substantially obviate the drawbacks of a conventional related art.

[0007] An object of the present invention is to provide a double-layer shoe that is provided with a shoe-model lining inside so as to prevent the inner surface of the shoe from being stained and to keep clean to protect the health of a wearer's foot.

[0008] Another object of the present invention is to provide a double-layer shoe whose shoe-model lining can be taken out and may be washed in water or replaced to let the shoe always keep clean for use.

[0009] To achieve these advantages, the present invention provides a double-layer shoe with a removable shoe-model lining. The lining is a predetermined shoe-model corresponding to the inner space of the shoe. The shoe-model lining is provided with a hollow room in the top for receiving a wearer's foot, and it is made to be one-piece of soft plastic, cloth or other material. The lining can be various shoe models according to the sizes of inner space of various shoes so as to be suitably placed in various shoes and to be easily taken out for cleaning or replacement.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0017] Referring to FIG. 1, a preferred embodiment of a double-layer shoe with a removable shoe-model lining in the present invention includes a shoe 2 and a shoe-model lining 1. The lining 1 is a predetermined shoe-model corresponding to the inner space 21 of the shoe 2. The shoe-model lining 1 is provided with a hollow room 11 in the top for receiving a wearer's foot, and it is made to be one-piece of soft plastic or cloth or other material. There are a plurality of ventilating holes 12 provided in the surface of the lining 1.

[0018] Referring to FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the lining 1 can be various predetermined shoe models according to the sizes of the inner space 21 of various shoes 2. While being used, the lining 1 is directly placed in the inner space 21 of the shoe 2, and the outer surface of the lining 1 will closely contact with the inner surface 22 of the shoe 2. Therefore, the hollow room 11 can receive a wearer's foot. By means of a plurality of ventilating holes 12, the double-layer shoe 2 can not only protect the health of a wearer's foot but also keep a wearer's foot comfortable, referring to FIG. 6. After being worn for a period of time, the shoe-model lining 1 can easily be taken out for cleaning or replacement so as to prevent the inner surface 22 of the shoe 2 from being stained and always keep clean.

[0019] Referring to FIG. 5, in order to correspond to the shape of a slipper 2, the front half of the lining 1 can be the same shape of that of the slipper 2 so that the lining 1 can be placed in the slipper 2 to make the outer surface of the lining 1 closely contact with the inner surface of the slipper 2.

[0020] While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made thereto and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications which may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A double-layer shoe with a removable shoe-model lining comprising:

a removable lining being provided in the inner space of a shoe, said lining being a predetermined shoe-model corresponding to the inner space of said shoe, said shoe-model lining being provided with a hollow room in the top for receiving a wearer's foot, said lining being made to be one-piece of soft plastic, cloth or other material, while being used, said lining being directly placed in the inner space of said shoe, the outer surface of said lining closely contacting with the inner surface of said shoe, and said lining being able to be easily taken out for cleaning or replacement.

2. The double-layer shoe with a removable shoe-model lining as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of ventilating holes are provided in the surface of said lining.

The double-layer shoe with a removable shoe-model lining as claimed in claim 1, wherein in order to correspond to the shape of a slipper, the front half of said lining can be the same shape of that of said slipper so that said lining can be placed in said slipper to make the outer surface of said lining closely contact with the inner surface of said slipper.
