BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0002] The present invention relates to sanitary apparatus, especially relates to toilet seat adopted for toilets, and more particularly, it relates to toilet seat device, which is suitable for both adults and children respectively.

[0003] 2. Description of Related Arts

[0004] Generally speaking, toilet seat used in our daily life is commonly designed for adults and children. Its dimension and pattern is designed according to body characteristics of adult. Therefore, due to this reason, toilet seat has a relatively large opening for child and it is very hard to support the hip of a child while sitting on the surface of the toilet seat. However, hip is the gravity center of the child's body when the child is sitting or squatting on the surface of the toilet seat. Hence, the child will not feel very uncomfortable, but also feel much more laborious, and may be even fall into the toilet due to carelessness. Therefore, with the increasing rise of nowaday' living standings, people have new and higher expectations and requirements for toilet seat, particularly expecting toilet seats which is suitable for the needs and demands of children.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0005] The main objective of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat device for both adult and children to use respectively.

[0006] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat device, which can meet the needs and demands of children.

[0007] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat device which is having an easily to operate feature so as to convenient to assembly and disassembly.

[0008] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat device, which is having an excellent reliability and compact integral construction.

[0009] Accordingly, in order to accomplish the above objectives of the present invention, a toilet seat device that is having a regular seat for adults and a smaller seat for children is adopted for the use of both adults and children respectively.

[0010] The toilet seat device is also having a top cover set on the smaller seat. On the rear ends of the regular seat for the use of adults and the smaller seat for the use of children, there is having a pair of upper linking hinges and a pair of lower linking hinges respectively. The regular seat for the use of adults and the smaller seat are hinged with each other by the pair of upper linking hinges and the pair of lower hinges. The top covers is having a predetermined shape of a racket and a predetermined size of a cone head and are set respectively on both sides of the rear end of the top cover. A groove is set on the middle of rear end of the smaller seat corresponding to the cone head. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0012] The toilet seat device as shown in FIG. 1 comprises a regular seat (1) for adults and a smaller seat (2) for children that is set on the surface of said regular seat (1) for adults. On the rear ends of said regular seat (1) and said smaller seat, there are having a pair of upper linking hinges (4) and a pair of lower linking hinges (8) respectively. The said regular seat (1) for adults and said smaller seat (2) are hinged through said pair of upper linking hinges (4) and said pair of lower linking hinges (5).

[0015] Said regular seat (1) for adults, said smaller seat (2) for children and said top cover (3) are having a predetermined shape and size with PU plastic material, and plastic skeletons are set in said regular seat for adults (1) and said smaller seat (2) for children. Pair of exposing ends of said skeletons are a pair of said lower linking hinges (5) and said pair of uppers linking hinges (4).

[0016] Said groove is mating with a connection plate of said top cover (3) on rear cover surface of said smaller seat (2), and a opening seat of said small seat (2) match with the surface of said top cover (3).

[0017] Said regular seat for adults (10), said smaller seat (2) and said top cover (3) of the said toilet seat device are connected into a integral structure by using said upper linking hinges (4) and said lower linking hinges (8), and are adopted and installed on said toilet with the linking box (5), said screw (6), and said nut (7). When an adults uses at toilet, he opens said smaller seat (3) and said top cover (3), and then he can use the toilet. A child can use said toilet only after he opens said top cover (3).

[0018] Said regular seat (1) for adults said smaller seat (2) for children and said top cover (3) of said toilet seat device are connected into integral structure by using said upper linking hinges (4) and said lower linking hinges (8), and are adopted and are installed on said toilet with said linking box (5), said screw (6) and said nut (7). When an adult uses said toilet, he opens said smaller seat (2) and top cover (3), and then he can use said toilet. A child can use said toilet only after he opens said top cover (3).

[0019] Said toilet seat device is adopted for suitable both adults and children, in addition to ordinary said toilet seat, so it a new pattern and is an ideal sanitary apparatus. Its seating cover is made of PU plastic, and plastic skeleton is installed in it. Hence, this kind of seat is having a good elasticity and soft outer surface, and is comfortable and easy to use with low cost.

Claims

1. a toilet seat device, comprising;

a regular seat for adults and a smaller seat for children that is set on the said regular seat for adults; and
a pair of upper linking hinges and a pair of lower linking hinges located at the rear end portion of said regular seat for adults and said seat for children; and
said regular seat for adults and said smaller seat for children are having a same joint and hinged together through said pair of upper linking hinges and said lower linking hinges; and
said smaller seat for children further comprising a top cover, a cone head and a groove, and said top cover is a predetermined shape of a racket and a predetermined size of said cone head and are set respectively on both sides of the rear end of said cone head, said groove is set on the middle said rear end of said smaller seat corresponding to said cone head, said top cover and said smaller seat is flexibly connected through said groove and said cone head snapped into said groove.

2. a toilet seat device as recited in claim (1), on said rear end of said regular seat for adults, there is a pair of linking boxes hinged with said smaller seat, and a vertically-extending-down screw is set on said linking boxes with a nut installed on said screw connecting said linking boxes with toilet bowl.

3. a toilet seat device as recited in claim (1), said regular seat for adults, said smaller seat and said top cover are Said regular seat for adults, said smaller seat for children and said top cover are having a predetermined shape and size with PU plastic material, and plastic skeletons are set in said regular seat for adults and said smaller seat for children. Pair of exposing ends of said skeletons are a pair of said lower linking hinges and said pair of uppers linking hinges.

4. a toilet seat device as recited in claim (1), Said groove is mating with a connection plate of said top cover on said rear cover surface of said smaller seat (2), and a opening seat of said small seat (2) match with said rear cover surface of said top cover.
