An automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella comprising the shaft, the middle-rod of the umbrella, the lower portion, the upper portion, the umbrella bone, the pulling string and the sliding wheel, the umbrella bone is foldable typed, between the inner-branch bone and the middle-major bone there connects an elastic device, there settles a spring inside the central hole of the middle-rod of the umbrella, one end of the spring is supported on the convex edge on one end of the hollow, the convex edge of the hollow rod there settles a sliding wheel, and the convex edge is fixed and connected with the upper portion, another end of the spring is supported on a buckling seat, the buckling seat is sleeved-inside the central hole on the lower end of the middle-rod of the umbrella and is fixed and connected with the shaft, one end of the pulling string is connecting a hook, another end is extending upwardly and perforates outwardly from the hollow rod body along the inner hole of the middle-rod of the umbrella and unwinds through the sliding wheel on the convex edge end of the hollow rod, the sliding wheel on the lower portion and the sliding wheel on the upper portion and is fixed and connected on the lower portion. Thus, the umbrella facet of the umbrella not only could be unfold completely, the supporting force is increasing, but also the volume of the folded umbrella largely being reduced which becomes convenient for bringing.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] This invention relates to a kind of automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella, especially refers to a kind of automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella which could shrink the folded umbrella volume of the umbrella body so that it is more convenient for bringing the umbrella.

[0004] Right now, the automatically umbrella appears on market is only supported by one spring on unfolding and there is no consideration that said spring is settled beside the shaft inside the

[0005] umbrella or inside the shaft of the umbrella which supporting force is insufficient so that the lower portion of the umbrella could not be unfolded to a proper position or it is easily to be influenced by the winds on unfolding which impairs the effect of shielding. Besides, since the support force of the spring of the automatically folded-typed umbrella is insufficient, the shaft inside the umbrella could only be made with 2-3 segments to uncooperative with stretch-and-shrink; on the other hand, when the facet of the umbrella is unfolded, there must is suitable shielding facet, so there must is a certain length for the length of the shaft in each segment of the umbrella which caused too long of the length after the umbrella is tighten up and is inconvenient in bringing. Recently, people setting a structure with a sliding wheel and the pull-string inside the shaft of the umbrella to solve the defect that the lower portion of the umbrella couldn't be unfolded into the proper position due to insufficiency of the support force of the spring wherein one end of the pull-string is connecting to the fixed pedal on lower portion of the umbrella and another end is connecting to the lower portion of the umbrella bypass the sliding wheel so when the user is unfolding the umbrella, the lower portion is extending upwardly and the lower portion is being pulled upwardly so that the lower portion reaches the fixed position; although this structure makes the umbrella unfold completely; however, since the volume of the umbrella is quite large and inconvenience for bringing, and there is no function of automatically folding the umbrella for such umbrella.

[0006] From this we know that there still is many drawbacks for the above-mentioned traditional object which is not a fine design and requires to be bettered.

[0007] The inventor of this invention thinks to better and innovate it due to each drawback derived from the above-mentioned traditional umbrella and studied for many years and he finally succeeded in complete researching the automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella of this invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The purpose of this invention is to provide an automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella which could shorten the length of the umbrella on folding and enhance the stretch force of the umbrella on folding except the effect of convenient bringing.

[0009] The automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella which could achieve the above-mentioned purpose of invention comprises: the shaft of the umbrella, the middle-rod of the umbrella, the lower portion, the upper portion, the umbrella bone, the pulling string and the sliding wheel; the umbrella bone is folding style inside which one end of the major bone is connecting with the upper portion, and on another end of the major bone is connecting with the middle portion of the inner-branch bone; wherein one end of the inner-branch bone is connecting with the lower portion and another portion is connecting with the middle-branch bone, between the inner-branch bone and the middle-major bone there connects a small spring, there penetrates a series-bone on the central hole of the small spring, the lower portion is sliding covered outside the middle-rod of the umbrella, the upper portion is fixed and connected to one end of the middle-rod of the umbrella; another end of the middle-rod of the umbrella connects with the shaft; the middle-rod of the umbrella is composed of a plurality of tube body and each segment is interconnecting embedded with other segments; there settles the spring on the inner hole of the middle-rod of the umbrella wherein the spring is covered and connected with one hollow rod and one end of the spring is supporting on the convex edge sited on one end of the hollow rod, inside the convex edge of the hollow rod there settles a sliding wheel, and its convex edge is embedded inside the concave manager in corresponding with the upper portion and is fixed and connected with the upper portion, another end of the spring is supporting on one buckle seat wherein the buckle seat is settled inside the central hole on the lower portion of the middle-rod of the umbrella, the buckle seat is hollow and there settles a horizontal directional manager on its central, the hook in connection with one end of the pulling string is settled inside hollow of the buckle seat and is buckled with one upper lateral wall of the horizontal directional manager, the hook is bullet shaped wherein there settles the ring-shaped convex mesa below it, and there is a spring sheet to support another relative lateral of the hook, said spring sheet is ‘V’ shaped which two ends are both embedded and connected inside the space between the buckle seat and the middle-rod of the umbrella, whereas the middle of the spring is extending inside the horizontal directional manager of the buckle seat and is supported by one lateral of the hook, another end of the pulling string is extending upwardly and perforating out from the hollow rod body along the inner hole of the middle rod and is making the coil through the sliding wheel inside the convex edge of the hollow rod, the sliding wheel on the lower portion and the sliding wheel on the upper portion and is fixed and connected on the lower portion; after the lower end of the lower portion is embedded with the concave manager of the shaft, the buckle hole on it is buckled and connected with the hook on the press button, on one end of the lower portion which is embedded in the shaft of the umbrella there settles the guide block which is in cooperation with the guide manager of the shaft of the umbrella, the buckle hole of the lower portion is sited on the relative lateral of the guide block, the press button is actively connected with the shaft, a limited-position pin is settled on the corresponding hole of the shaft which one end is pressed on the press button, there is a touch arm which is joined with a hinge to connect with the press button on relative lateral of the hook on the press button, the touch arm is supported by a torsion spring, one end of the touch arm is convex extending inside the horizontal directional manager of the buckle seat and in touch with the hook on one end of the connecting pull string after the lower portion is exiting from the concave manager, there settles a bottom cap on lower end of the shaft, there settles a convex mesa on the control of the bottom cap, there settles the concave manager in correspondence with the lower portion of the middle rod of the umbrella in shape and size on the mesa, the lower end of the middle rod of the umbrella is embedded inside the concave manager of the bottom cap, one pin is successive connected with the shaft, the bottom cap, the middle rod, as well as the buckle seat inside the middle rod of the umbrella and is extending to another lateral of the shaft of the umbrella.

[0010] After adopting such structure, the structure of the sliding wheel on the umbrella and the pulling string not only could make the lower portion elevate to the suitable position, to unfold the umbrella completely, to increase the supporting force on unfolding, but also effectively reduce the length of each segment of the tube on the rod of the umbrella so that it largely reduce the folding volume of the umbrella to make it easily to bring with.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0021] Please refer to FIG. 1—FIG. 9, which is the automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella of this invention which comprises mainly the shaft 1, the middle rod 2, the lower portion 3, the upper portion 4, the umbrella bone 5, the pulling string 6 and the sliding wheel 71, 72, 73, the umbrella bone 5 is foldable, one end of the inner-major bone 51 is pivot connected with the upper portion 4, and another end is pivot connected with the middle portion of the inner-branch bone 52 whereas one end of the inner-branch bone 52 is pivot connected with the lower portion 3 and another end is pivot connected with the middle-major bone 53; besides, there connects a small spring 54 between the inner branch bone 52 and the middle-major bone 53, there perforates a series-connect-bone 55 on the central hole of the small spring 54, one end of the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 is fixed and connected with the upper portion 4, another end of the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 is actively sleeved with the lower portion 3 and next is connected with the shaft 1; the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 comprises a plurality of tube segment and each of them are interconnected with embedded sleeve, inside the central hole of the middle rod of the umbrella 2 there settles the spring 8 which is sleeved and connected with a hollow rod 9, and one end of the spring 8 is supported by the convex edge on one end of the hollow rod 9, inside the convex edge 91 of the hollow rod 9 there settles a sliding wheel 71, and the convex edge is embedded inside the concave manager 41 in correspondence with the upper portion 4 and is fixed and connected with the upper portion 4, another end of the spring is supported by a buckle sea 21, the buckle seat 21 is settled inside the central hole on the lower end of the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 and is fixed and connected with the shaft 1, there is hollow on the buckle seat and there settles the horizontal directional manager 211 on the middle portion, the hook in connection with the pulling string 6 is settled inside the buckle seat 21 and is buckled with an upper lateral wall 2111 of the horizontal directional manager 211; the hook is bullet shaped whereas there settles the in-shaped mesa 611 below, and on another relative lateral of the hook 61 there supports a bullet sheet 22 which is ‘V’ shaped and two ends of which are both embedded in the spacing between the buckle means 21 and the middle-rod of the umbrella; whereas the middle portion of the bullet sheet 22 there extends inside the horizontal directional manager 211 of the buckle seat 21 and is supported by the lateral of the hook 61, another end of the pulling string is extending upwardly and perforates out from inside the hollow rod 9 along the inner hole of the middle rod of the umbrella 2 and is unwinding through the sliding wheel 71 inside the concave edge 91 of the hollow rod 9, the sliding wheel 72 on the lower portion 3 and the sliding wheel 73 on the upper portion 4 and next it is fixed and connected on the lower portion 3, the lower end of the lower portion 3 is embedded inside the concave manager 11 of the shaft, next the hook 31 is buckled with the hook 121 on the press button 12, the buckle hole 31 is a square shaped hole which increases the support facet of it with the hook 121 so that it overcomes the spring force of the spring 8 and it stops the lower portion 3 and stops the umbrella bone 5 from unfolding; on one end of the lower portion 3 embedded in the shaft 1 there settles the guide block 32, the guide block 32 is in cooperation with the guide manager 16 on the shaft 1, the buckling hole 31 of the lower portion 3 is sited on the relative lateral of the guide block 32, the press button 12 is actively connected with the shaft 1, a limited-position pin is settled in the hole in correspondence with the shaft 1 which one end is pressed on the press button 12, on the press button 12 and on the relative lateral of the hook 121 there is a touch arm which is pivot connected with the press button 12, the touch arm is supported by a torsion spring 123, one end of the touch arm 122 is convex extending into the horizontal manager 61 connected on one end of the pulling string 6 after the lower portion 3 exits the concave manager 11 of the shaft 1, on the lower portion of the shaft 1 there settles a bottom cap 13, on the center of the bottom cap 13 there settles a convex mesa 131, there settles the concave manager 1311 in correspondence with lower portion of the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 in shape and size on the convex mesa 131, the lower portion of the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 is embedded inside the concave manager 1311 of the bottom cap 13, a pin nail is connecting with the shaft 1, the bottom cap 13, the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 and the buckling seat 21 inside the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 respectively and is extending to another lateral of the shaft 1.

[0022] On using, to press the press-button 12 so that the hook 121 on it leaves the buckling hole 31 of the lower portion 3; at this time, the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 pushes the hollow rod 9 and the upper portion 4 to move due to the rupture of the spring 8, each segment tube body of the middle-rod of the umbrella 2 is extending outwardly, the hook 61 on one end of the pulling-string 6 is buckled and connected with the buckling seat 21 on the action of the spring 22; another end of the pulling string 6 is passing the sliding wheel 71, 72, 73 to pull the lower portion 3 toward the direction of the upper portion 4, when the upper position moves upwardly, it pushes forward the inner-branch bone 52 to overcome the spring force of the small spring 54 between the inner-branch bone 52 and the middle-major bone 53 so that the umbrella bone 5 unfolds; after the lower portion 3 exits the concave manager 11 of the shaft 1, one end of the touch arm 122 pivot connected on the press button 12 is convex extending into the horizontal manager 211 of the buckle seat 21 and in touch with the hook 61 on one end of the pulling string 6 on the action of the torsion spring 123, when the user presses the press-button 12 again, the touch arm 122 on the press-button 12 pushes the hook 61 to press the spring sheet 22 on one lateral and de-buckled with the buckle seat 21; at this time, the pulling string 6 relaxes itself, the small spring 54 connected between the inner-branch bone 52 and the middle-major bone 53 shrinks and it acts on the middle-major bone 53 to make the middle-major bone 53 close up, on closing-up the middle-major bone 53, other umbrella bones converge successively on the combine-acting effect to push the lower portion 3 slide a distance, the umbrella bone 5 could close up to complete automatically unfolding-the umbrella. Besides, after unfolding the umbrella bone 5 it could directly use the hand to grasp the lower portion 3 to move it downwardly to unfold the umbrella without using the automatically unfolding-the-umbrella structure.

[0023] Many changes and modifications in the above-mentioned embodiment of this invention can, of course, be carried out without departing from the scope thereof. Accordingly, to promote the progress in science and the useful arts, the invention is disclosed and is intended to be limited only by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims

1. An automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella wherein it comprises the shaft, the middle-rod of the umbrella, the lower portion, the upper portion, the umbrella bone, the pulling string as well as the sliding wheel, the umbrella bone is folding typed, one end of the inner-major bone is pivot connected with the lower portion, anther end is pivot connected in the middle portion of the inner-branch bone, whereas one end of the inner-branch bone is pivot connected with the lower portion and another end is pivot connected with the middle-major bone, the upper portion is fixed and connected with one end of the middle-rod of the umbrella, another end of the middle-rod of the umbrella is sleeve connected actively with the lower portion to fix and connect to the shaft, the middle-rod of the umbrella comprises a plurality of tube body, each segment of the tube body is interconnected and sleeved and connected with each other which is characteristic in: between the inner-branch bone and the middle-major bone there is an elastic device in connection, there settles the spring inside the central hole of the middle-rod of the umbrella, the spring is sleeved and connected a hollow rod and one end of the spring is supported by the convex edge on one end of the hollow rod, inside the convex edge of the hollow rod there settles a sliding wheel, and the convex edge of the hollow rod there settles a sliding wheel, and the convex edge is fixed and connected with the upper portion, another end of the spring is supported on a buckle seat, the buckle seat is placed inside the central hole on the lower end of the middle-rod of the umbrella and is fixed and connected with the shaft, the buckle seat is hollow and on its middle portion there settles a horizontal manager, the hook in connection with one end of the pulling string is placed inside the hollow of the buckle seat and is buckled with one upper lateral wall of the horizontal manager, whereas on another relative lateral of the hook there is a spring to support, another end of the pulling string extends upwardly and perforates outside from the body of the hollow rod along the inner hole of the middle-rod of the umbrella and unwinds through the sliding wheel inside the vertex end of the hollow rod, the sliding heel on the lower portion and the sliding wheel on the upper portion and is fixed and connected to the lower portion, the lower end of the lower portion is embedded inside the concave manager of the shaft and is buckled and connected with the hook on the press-button, the press-button is connected with the shaft actively, on the relative lateral of the hook there is a touch arm which is pivot connected with the press-button, the touch arm is supported by a torsion spring, one end of the touch arm is convex extending into the horizontal manager of the buckle seat and in touch with the hook on one end of the pulling string after the lower portion exits the concave manager of the shaft.

The automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella as mentioned in claim 1, wherein on the lower end of said shaft thee settles a bottom cap, on the center of the bottom cap there settles a convex mesa, on the convex mesa there settles the concave manager in correspondence with the middle-rod of the umbrella in shape and size, the lower end of the middle-rod of the umbrella is embedded inside the concave manager of the bottom cap, a pin nail is connected with the shaft, the bottom cap, the middle-rod of the umbrella, and the buckle seat inside the middle-rod of the umbrella respectively and is extending to another lateral of the shaft.

The automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella as mentioned in claim 1, wherein one end of said lower portion embedded in the shaft there settles the guide block, the guide block is in cooperation with the guide manager of the shaft, the buckle hole of the lower portion is sited on the relative lateral of the guide block, the buckled hole is buckled with the hook on the press-button.

4. The automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella as mentioned in claim 1, wherein said limited-position pin is settled inside the hole in correspondence with the shaft, and on one end of it is pressed on the press-button.

5. The automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella as mentioned in claim 1, wherein said hook of connecting the pulling string is bullet shaped and there settles the ring-shaped convex mesa on its lower segment.

6. The automatically unfold-and-fold structure of the folded umbrella as mentioned in claim 1, wherein said elastic device of connecting the inner-branch bone and the middle-major bone is a small string, there penetrates a series-connection bone on the central hole of said spring.
