COMBINATION CARDS CAPABLE OF BEING ASSEMBLED INTO TOYS

A combination card capable of being assembled into a toy includes a plurality of symmetrical projecting members and recessed grooves provided at proper locations around each of four circumferential edges to engage with those of any other combination card. The combination card has further an insert slot respectively bored at four corners for engaging any other combination card to make up a 3D structure for a toy. The feature is that a plurality of toy assembling members are made by punching in the center portion of each combination card of each combination card to be assembled together with other corresponding toy assembling members. Thus, the combination cards can be assembled with varied modes, and the toy assembling members can be detached from the combination cards and assembled into a 3D structure, having effects of intelligence stimulation and amusement .

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] This invention relates to a combination card capable of being assembled into a toy, particularly to one on which a plurality of toy assembling members with insert grooves are made by punching the center portion of each combination card to be assembled with one another to make up a 3D structure, having effects of intelligence stimulation and amusement.

[0002] A conventional combination card 1 on market nowadays, as shown in FIG. 1, is formed with a plurality of projecting members 10 and recessed notches 11 around its circumferential edge to engage with those of other combination cards 1 to make up a 3D structure for a toy, as shown in FIG. 2. However, such conventional combination cards 1 can be assembled with only one mode and can merely be combined in right angles, so they can hardly appeal to small children due to monotonous playing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The objective of the invention is to offer a combination card having a plurality of toy assembling members made by compression on the surface, each toy assembling member having engage holes around its edge to be assembled with other toy assembling members to make up a 3D structure for a toy, having effects in various amusements and in stimulating intelligence.

[0004] The feature of the invention is that each combination card has four insert slots respectively bored at four corners, and a plurality of toy assembling members made by compression on the surface, with each toy assembling member provided with one or more engage holes for receiving other toy ass em b Ii n g members .

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0011] A preferred embodiment of a combination card 2 in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, includes a plurality of units of symmetrical projecting members 20, 24 and recessed grooves 21, 22 provided at proper locations around any of four the circumferential edges to engage with those of other combination cards 2. Besides, each combination card 2 is formed with an insert slot 23 respectively at four corners, having a plurality of toy assembling members 25 made by punching in the center portion to be detached from each combination card 2 and correspondingly engaged with one another. Each toy assembling member 25 is bored with one or more engage holes 250 for engaging other toy assembling members to make up a 3D structure for a toy.

[0012] In assembling and using, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, firstly, the toy assembling members 25 are detached from the combination card 2. Next, six combination cards 2 are assembled into a cube by engaging the projecting member 20 with the recessed groove 22, and engaging the projecting member 24 with the recessed groove 21. Further, the combination cards 2 can also be assembled into a 3D structure (A) with by engaging the insert slots 23 of one combination card 2 with another card 2. Lastly, each toy assembling member 25 detached from the combination card 2 has its engage hole 250 meshed with a relative location on the edge of another toy assembling member 25 and combined together to singly make up an independent assembled toy.

[0013] The invention has the following advantages as can be understood from the above description.

[0014] 1. The combination card 2 can be assembled with one another with various modes through the projecting members 20, 24 and the recessed grooves 21, 22 as well as the insert slots 23, letting a small child who plays with the combination cards 2 trained to ponder over and put in use the assembly of them so as to stimulate his (her) intelligence.

[0015] 2. The combination cards 2 can not only be assembled for fun, but can have the toy assembling members 25 detached from them and assembled into various solid structures, increasing applicability of the combination cards 2.

[0016] 3. The combination cards 2 can be played with varied modes, economizing expenditure in buying other assembling picture cards.

[0017] While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
