Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to wind wheels, and particularly to a wind wheel assembly of a separable air conditioner which can operates smoothly and steadily.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In the prior art, the wind wheel is a single-sectional device. One end of the wind wheel is locked with a motor and another end of the wind wheel is locked to a bearing. However, this is induced that the wind wheel is too long to be operated smoothly and steadily. Moreover, for a longer operation time, since the wind wheel is too long so that the wind wheel will suspend downwards so that the lifetime of the wind wheel is shortened. Moreover, the cool contraction and hot expansion effect causes that the connection of the blades and the connecting surface of the wind wheel will crack so that as the wind wheel operates, noise and vibration generate.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a wind wheel assembly of a separable air conditioner which comprises the following components.

[0004] A plurality of multi-sectional wind wheels is fixed to a seat;

[0005] At least one motor is positioned on at least one respective positioning plate, each motor being connected between two wind wheels;

[0006] At least one bearing is positioned on at least one respective positioning plate; each bearing being positioned between two wind wheels or positioned at the outer side of two outermost wind wheels;

[0007] At least one motor and at least one bearing are alternatively arranged; thereby, the wind wheel assembly being operated smoothly and steadily.

[0008] The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0009] FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing the connection of a two sectional wind wheels of the present invention.

[0010] FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the connection of a three sectional wind wheels of the present invention.

[0011] FIG. 3 is an assembled schematic view showing the partial structure of the present invention.

[0012] FIG. 4 is an exploded view showing the assembly of the motor according to the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the wind wheel assembly of a separable air conditioner of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has two wind wheels (for example, the two sectional wind wheel shown in FIG. 1) or at least two wind wheel 10 (such as the three sectional wind wheel of FIG. 2), at least one positioning seats 20 installed aside the case of an air conditioner, at least one positioning plate 30, at least two motors 40 and a plurality of bearings 50.

[0014] Two ends of the wind wheel 10 are constructed according to the connecting elements, for example, motors 40 or bearings 50. If it the connected to a motor 40, a toggle 11 is formed for enclosing a rotary shaft 42 of the motor 40. An end surface of the toggle 11 has a plurality of screw holes so that screws 60 can pass through the screw holes 111 and a plurality of round holes 421 of the rotary shaft 42. Thereby, the end surface of the wind wheel 10 is connected to the motor 40. If the connecting end of the wind wheel 10 is connected to the bearing 50. The connecting end is installed with an axial rod 13 which serves to be inserted into an axial hole 51 of the bearing 50. The connecting end has an axial protruding axial rod cover 12 for being engaged with the rotary shaft 422 of the motor 40. Then the studs 121 on the axial rod cover 12 can be engaged with the rotary shaft 422.

[0015] The positioning seat 20 is installed with a groove 21 for engaging the bearing 50. When the bearing 50 is placed in the groove 21, a press plate 22 is locked and thus resists against the bearing 50.

[0016] The positioning plate 30 mainly serves for locking and positioning the motor 40. The positioning plate 30 has a through hole 131. When a rotary shaft 422 of the motor 40 passes through the through hole 131, the shaft 422 can be locked in the axial rod cover 12. A periphery of the through hole 31 is installed with a plurality of via holes 32 which are positioned with respect to the screw holes 412 at the end surface of the coil set 41 of the motor 40.

[0017] The motor 40 includes a coil set 41 and a rotary shaft set 42. The coil set 41 is formed with an axial penetrating hole 411. An end surface of the coil set 41 for locking the positioning plate 30 are installed with a plurality of screw holes 412. The rotary shaft set 42 is installed with an outer ring and a plurality of round holes 421 are formed at one end surface of the rotary shaft set 42. Thereby, when the wind wheel 10 is connected with the motor 40, screws 60 passes through the round holes 421 so as to fix the motor 40 (referring to FIG. 4).

[0018] By above mentioned components, the two section wind wheel 10 is used as an example. Referring to FIG. 1, one end surface of the wind wheel 10 is locked with the motor 40 by screws 60 passing through the receiving holes 421 of the motor 40 and then entering to the screw holes 111 of the wind wheel 10. Thereby, the wind wheel 10 and the motor 40 are connected as an integral body. Then, the screws lock the motor 40 to the positioning plate 30 at the center of the seat 100. Then, the rotary shaft 422 of the motor 40 protruded from the through hole 31 of the positioning seats 20 is inserted into the axial rod cover 12 of another wind wheel 10. The studs 121 locks the motor 40. As a result, the axial rod 13 at another end of the wind wheel 10 is tightly inserted into the axial hole 51 of the bearing 50. Thus, the bearings 50 are firmly secured to the grooves 21 of the positioning seats 30 at two side of the seat 100.

[0019] In another embodiment of the present invention, a three-sectional wind wheel is used as an example. Referring to FIG. 2, the assembly way is approximately like above said way. The difference is that one end of the wind wheel 10 is connected to a motor 40 and another end of the wind wheel 10 is connected to an independent bearing 50. Each wind wheel 10 is driven by a motor 40.

[0020] From above said multi-sectional wind wheel 10, by the connection of the motors 40 and the wind wheels 10, the wind wheel 10 can rotate smoothly in equilibrium. Moreover, a larger wind is blown out and power is saved with less noise.

[0021] The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
