Abstract

The present invention relates to a color printing method for tetoron clothes. Primary immerse a bundle of tetoron clothes in PU (polyurethane) adhesive. Then coat the surface of the clothes with a layer of liquid PVC (polyvinyl chloride), wait till the PVC layer dry out, and use a roller to pave the surface flat and attain a smooth surface of PVC layer for color printing on it. Based on the above-mentioned manufacturing procedures, continuous printing on tetoron clothes can be processed and gain the best printing quality with vivid, artful, and stereo presentation effects.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The present invention relates to a color printing method for tetoron clothes, by which tetoron clothes is immersed in PU adhesive(polyurethane), and then is coated with a layer of PVC(polyvinyl chloride) so as to make color and continuous printing for tetoron clothes possible and also attain better printing quality.

[0004] Accordingly in convention, screen printing is used to print text or images directly on the surface of cloths or use transfer printing equipment to process print.

[0005] However, clothes is made of woven procedure thus the surface of the clothes is full with pores instead of smooth flat surface. Therefore, the printed image on clothes is with worse resolution and is unable to be vivid.

[0006] Furthermore, the printing ink is not easy to be sucked by clothes quickly thus is not adhered on the surface of the clothes firmly, which makes the printing quality even worse.

[0007] Moreover, the color printings generally has four colors so that during color printing process, it needs to overprint four times. When the ink of previous print on the surface of clothes does not suck and dry out, the overprint is apt to diffuse the color ink and blur the print, and therefore cause bad print quality.

[0008] In addition, when process color printing by screen printing, the dry speed of color ink is too slow to process continuous and simultaneous printing. Thus the printing speed is reduced and the printing cost and time are increased.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0009] It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a color printing method for tetoron clothes, by which the defectives of color printing for clothes can be avoided. Primary immerse the clothes bundle into PU (polyurethane) adhesive. Then coated the surface of the clothes with a liquid PVC till the PVC layer dry out, and use a roller to pave the surface flat and attain a smooth surface of PVC layer for color printing. Hence gain the best printing quality with vivid, artful, and stereo presentation effects.

[0012] First of all, referring to FIG. 1., the color printing method for tetoron clothes in accordance with the present invention includes following steps, brief describes as bellows:

[0013] (a) The invention primary immerse a bundle of the tetoron clothes 1 into PU adhesive 2, and let the PU adhesive 2 penetrate into the fiber pore of tetoron clothes 1;

[0014] (b) Then coat the surface of the tetoron clothes 1 with a layer of liquid PVC 3 till the PVC layer 4 dry out, and then pave the surface with a roller 5 to attain a flat and smooth PVC layer 4;

[0015] (c) At last, process color printing on the surface of the tetoron clothes 1.

[0016] According to the above-mentioned manufacturing procedures, owning to the fact that the tetoron clothes 1 immerse in PU adhesive 2 in advance, PU adhesive 2 can then penetrate into the fiber hole of tetoron clothes 1 and fill in it, so that generate a smooth surface on the tetoron clothes 1.

[0017] Because of process by immersing in PU adhesive 2 and coating with PVC layer 4, color printing on the smooth and flat surface of tetoron clothes 1 with images or characters can obtain better printing quality. Therefore the limitation of tetoron clothes 1 in printing is also improved. Such kind of tetoron clothes 1 can be set on four color press and be printed like paper and catalogue printing in order to increase print speed as well as improve product quality and quantity.

[0018] In addition, the tetoron clothes 1 packed in roll can be immersed in PU adhesive 2, and be coated with PVC layer 4 continuously so as to be printed successively for increasing product efficiency. Thus the manufacturing cost is decreased for enhancing competitiveness.

Claims

1. A color printing method for tetoron clothes comprising:

(a) immersing a bundle of the tetoron clothes into PU adhesive so as to make the PU adhesive penetrate into the fiber pore of tetoron clothes;

(b) coating the surface of the tetoron clothes with a layer of liquid PVC till the PVC layer dry out, and then paving the surface with a roller to attain a flat and smooth PVC layer;

(c) processing color printing on the surface of the tetoron clothes.
