Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a compact disc collector, and more particularly to a compact disc collector possessing opening and closing functions.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] According to computer has superior process-potential to digital data and the using purpose is from document file to multi-media world, we use compact discs instead of traditional disks to save huge digital source. Although compact disc's capacity is up to 850 MB, computer users still need many compact discs for the purpose of saving or backup of computer software. Besides, multi-media software usually sold by packet of CDs, for the sake of that, users should have a CDs collector or shelf to sort them by order.

[0005] Conventional CD collectors only have the function of gathering, but do not suit for an apparatus possessing opening and closing capability. It makes users collect CDs safely, but except finding them quickly and searching them easily.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] A primary object of the present invention is to provide a compact disc collector designed by structured composition that possesses opening and closing functions via variety of structure.

[0007] To achieve the above object, the compact disc collector of the present invention includes a fixed pole, a side plate and a loading base. The fixed pole could pierce through CDs and be settled between the side plate and the loading base. After shifting the fixed pole, the loading base could hook on the side plate and then will become an opening apparatus of CDs collector.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0008] The structure and the technical means adopted by the present invention to achieve the above and other objects can be best understood by referring to the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings, wherein

[0009] FIG. 1 shows the structure diagram of the present invention;

[0010] FIG. 2 shows the vertical status diagram of the present invention;

[0011] FIG. 3 shows the use of the present invention under opening condition;

[0012] FIG. 4 shows the horizontal status diagram 1 of the present invention;

[0013] FIG. 5 shows the horizontal status diagram 2 of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0014] Please refer to FIG. 1 that shows a structure diagram of the present invention, a structured composition, includes a fixed pole (10), a sideplate (20) and a loading base (30) ; wherein, the outer diameter of the fixed pole (10) is smaller than the diameter of the central hole of the compact discs and the fixed pole (10) possesses a protruding part in the end; the side plate (20) comprises a upper hole (22), a lower hole (24), an arc-groove (26) and a standing structure of the bottom side (21), and upper hole (22) and lower hole could be pierced through by the fixed pole (10). Furthermore, the loading base (30) consists of a loading side-plate (32) and an arc-shell (34). A groove (322) is settled on the outer side of the loading side-plate (32), and an arc-flange is settled on the end of the arc-shell (34). The groove (322) and the protruding part (12) of the fixed pole (10) are the corresponding structure, and the arc-flange (342) could hook on the arc-groove (26) of the side plate (20). Please refer to FIG. 2 that shows the vertical status diagram of the present invention. Users could fix the compact discs (40) in the position between the side plate (20) and the loading base (30) by way of piercing the fixed pole (10) through the lower hole (24) of the sideplate (20). Meanwhile, the fixed pole (10) also pierces through the central hole of the compact discs (40) and thus fixes compact discs (40). Users could stack the compact disc collectors by vertical status to reduce excess space. The arc-shell (34) is also functional of loading effort of compact discs (40).

[0015] Furthermore, the corresponding structures of the groove (322) of the loading side-plate (32) and the protruding part (12) of the fixed pole (10) and the corresponding structures of the two arc-ribs (28) and the loading side-plate (32) could stack more than two compact disc collectors by vertical status. Those corresponding structures also could avoid glide and collapse. Please refer to FIG. 3 that shows the use of the present invention under opening condition. After shifting the fixed pole (10), to buckle the arc-flange (342) of the arc-shell (34) on the arc-groove (26) of the side plate (20) and then the compact disc collector will be the opening condition. Meanwhile, the compact disc collector is in the inclinable status and the predetermined angle will induce the gravity force led to compact discs (40) tightly close and away from collapse. Besides, the arc-shell (34) also could prevent the compact discs (40) from glide. Users could find the target CD quickly via the present invention under opening condition.

[0016] Furthermore, users could pierce the fixed pole (10) through the upper hole (22), as FIG. 4 shown. Please refer to FIG. 5 that shows the horizontal status diagram of the present invention. After users picking up the target CD, we could fix the compact discs (40) immediately by way of pushing the other compact discs (40) to the direction of the loading side-plate (32) and then inserting the fixed pole (10).

[0017] As those mentioned above, the present invention, a structured composition, includes a fixed pole, a side plate and a loading base. By way of buckle structure of the arc-flange of the loading side-plate of the loading plate and the arc-groove of the side plate, we could reset the compact disc collector and it would become an inclinable structure led to the CDs tightly close. Meanwhile, Users could search and pick up the target CD. Furthermore, the compact disc collectors could be stacked in horizontal status via the devices of the fixed hole, and the upper hole and the lower hole of the side plate; or in vertical status via the corresponding devices of the groove of the loading side-plate, protruding part of the fixed pole and the arc-ribs. Either in the vertical or the horizontal status, it would achieve the effort of CDs tightly close and away from dust.
