A multifunctional highrise escaping device capable of moving up and down, left and right as well as forward and rearward mainly includes a machine base disposed with a rotary disk on the bottom portion thereof to connect an expansion steel rack; two winding machines are disposed at the upper aspect of the machine base; one side of the machine base is disposed with two wire reels coiled by wire ropes. The winded wire ropes on the winding machine extend along the expansion steel rack to suspend a tank body at the front end of the steel rack. The machine base is disposed on the top of the highrise and rotates via the rotary disk turning at 360 degree. The winding machine pulls the tank body to ascend and descend as well as to move left and right, so as to descend slowly for escaping in a fire accident.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1) Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a multifunctional highrise escaping device capable of moving up and down, left and right as well as forward and rearward, more particularly to an escaping device installed on the top of a highrise for an escaper to slowly descend from a high place.

[0003] 2) Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Accordingly, highrises have been built higher and higher recently and the issue of how to rescue people from high floors in a fire accident becomes even more important. Most of the conventional slow descending machines disposed in a highrise according to the request of the public safety accommodate only one person and is usually disposed at the window on each floor of the highrise. In case of a fire, it is hard to operate the machine in a rush and the speed of the machine to deliver the escaper is not fast enough. It is a frequent scene that many people stand by the window of the highrise, however, only one scaling ladder from a fire department rescues them one by one. That situation really needs to be improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Therefore, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional highrise escaping device capable of moving up and down, left and right as well as forward and rearward to help the escaper to fast, safely and slowly descend from the high level of the highrise in a fire accident.

[0006] The abovementioned escaping device comprises a machine base disposed with a rotary disk on the bottom portion thereof to connect an L-shaped expansion steel rack; two winding machines are disposed on the machine base; one side of the machine base is disposed with two wire reels coiled by wire ropes. The winded wire ropes on the winding machine extend along the expansion steel rack to suspend a tank body at the front end of the steel rack. The machine base is disposed on the top of the highrise and rotates via the rotary disk turning at 360 degree. The winding machine pulls the tank body to ascend, descend or to move left and right. In a fire accident, the present invention provides the tank body for an escaper to enter so as to achieve an objective of descending slowly to escape.

[0007] The tank body of the abovementioned escaping device is disposed with a sliding door for opening and closing; the interior portion thereof is disposed with a control device for the escaper to control the direction and slowly descending action.

[0008] The opening and closing action of the rotary disk and the winding machine of the abovementioned escaping device is operated by a remote control of high frequency.

[0009] To enable a further understanding of the main features and the innovation of the present invention, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] FIGS. 1 and 2 show the pictorial and schematic drawing of the present invention and the schematic drawing of a tank body of the present invention. As indicated, the present invention mainly comprises a machine base (1) disposed with a rotary disk (11) on the bottom portion thereof to connect an L-shaped expansion steel rack (12); two winding machines (13) are disposed at the upper aspect of the machine base (1); one side of the machine base (1) is disposed with two wire reels (15) coiled by wire ropes (14). The winded wire ropes (14) on the winding machine (13) extend along the expansion steel rack (12) to suspend a tank body (2) at the front end of the steel rack (12).

[0015] The other end of the machine base (1) is disposed with a electric generator (16) to provide electricity from a transmission motor (151) to the rotary disk (11), the winding machine (13) and the wire reels (15); an electric cord (18) and the wire ropes (14) coiled on the wire reel (17) extend along the steel rack (12) to the front end thereof.

[0016] The tank body (2) is disposed with a sliding door (21) having two transverse beams (22) disposed at the upper aspect thereof to respectively connect with the wire ropes (14). A control device (23) is disposed inside the tank body (2) and connected with the electric cord (18).

[0017] The assembly of the abovementioned members composes an escaping device (100) and that is disposed on the top of a highrise. The rotation of the winding machine (13) tightly pulls or releases the wire ropes (14) thereby allowing the escaper enters the tank body (2) in a fire accident. The tank body (2) slowly descends from the high place through a remote control or the escaper's operation on the control device (23) inside the tank body (2) to achieve the escaping objective. In order to make the rescue omnibearing, the expansion steel rack (12) changes the position of the tank body (2) via the 360 degree rotation of the rotary disk (11) so as to rescue the escapers located in different directions.

[0018] FIGS. 3 and 4 show the schematic drawing of an exemplary embodiment of installing the present invention and the schematic drawing of an exemplary embodiment of the action of the present invention. As indicated, when in use, the machine base (1) of the escaping device (100) is installed on the top of a highrise (3). In a fire accident, the rotary disk (11) steers the expansion steel rack (12) to different orientations; the winding machine (13) slowly descends the tank body (2) allowing the escapers from different floors to enter the tank body (2) and then slowly descends the tank body (2) to the ground surface or a safe location thereby helping the escapers to smoothly leave the fire site.

[0019] In summation of the abovementioned, the suspending tank body (2) of the present invention, cooperating with the expansion steel rack (12), enables the escapers to smoothly leave from a high place on fire. It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.

Claims

1. A multifunctional highrise escaping device capable of moving up and down, left and right as well as forward and rearward mainly comprises a machine base disposed with a rotary disk on the bottom portion thereof to connect with an L-shaped expansion steel rack; two winding machines are disposed at the upper aspect of the machine base; one side of the machine base is disposed with two wire reels coiled by wire ropes; the winded wire ropes on the winding machine extend along the expansion steel rack to suspend a tank body at the front end of the steel rack; the machine base is disposed on the top of the highrise; the 360 degree rotation of the rotary disk steers the expansion steel rack to different orientations; the winding machine pulls the tank body to slowly ascend and descend as well as to move left and right thereby allowing an escaper to enter the tank body so as to achieve an objective of descending slowly to escape.

The multifunctional highrise escaping device capable of moving up and down, left and right as well as forward and rearward according to claim 1, wherein the tank body is disposed with a sliding door for opening and closing; a control device is disposed in the interior portion for the escaper to self-control the escaping device.

The multifunctional highrise escaping device capable of moving up and down, left and right as well as forward and rearward according to claim 1, wherein one side of the machine base is disposed with an electric cord reel for coiling an electric cord connected with the control device in the tank body.
