CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

[0001] This invention uses the flow of my co-pending application, filed Jul. 2, 2001.

BACKGROUND—FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The invention relates generally to air quality, and specifically to the cooling and filtration of air and water

BACKGROUN—DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART

[0003] State of the art window air conditioners now require coils to be outside with resulting loss of energy. This requires a window or otherwise inside air must be pushed outside which loses a lot of energy passing air outside for cooling condenser.

[0004] Prior art suffers from the disadvantage that their manufacture requires four (4) separate systems to provide a swamp cooler, a filtering system, a humidifier, a dehumidifer, and one or more compressors whereas the Magic Air Conditioning Filter accomplishes the identical objectives with only a single but more flexible mechanism.

SUMMARY

[0005] In accordance with the present invention a Magic Air Conditioning comprises an integrated system to filter water and cool air.

OBJECTS AND ADVANTAGES

[0006] Accordingly, several objects and advantages of the present invention are:

[0007] a. Greater location flexibility;

[0008] b. Energy savings;

[0009] c. Replacement of four (4) separate systems by a single system;

[0010] d. Cheaper operation expense than required by four (4) separate systems; and

[0011] e. Easier maintenance of a single system than for four (4) separate systems.

[0012] Still further objects and advantages will become apparent from a consideration of the ensuing description and the drawing.

Description—FIG. 1

[0058] A preferred embodiment of the Magic Air Conditioning of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 1. The kitchen faucet activates two filters before the filtered water enters the air conditioning unit through, alternatively, a misting nozzle in the cooler or three (3) misting nozzles in the condensor.

[0059] The heat exchanger consists of two coils. Compressor number one comp 1 feeds coil number one of the heat exchanger while compressor number two feeds coil number two coil 2 of the same heat exchanger. exchanger.

[0060] The air conditioning unit consists of a cooler with a single stage misting nozzle and the condensor with three (3) stage misting nozzles.

[0061] Water is provided through two (2) filters from a kitchen faucet.

Advantages

[0062] From the description above, a number of advantages of my Magic Air Conditioning become evident:

[0063] (a) Magic Air Conditioning can be located in any space without the requirement of access to exterior walls;

[0064] (b) With the use of the Magic Air Conditioning, one can cool and clean air by a single system which replaces four (4) separate individual systems otherwise consisting of an air filter, swamp cooler, humidifier, dehumidifier, and compressors.

[0065] (c) Use of the Magic Air Conditioning is cheaper than the acquisition of four (4) separate individual systems, otherwise consisting of a humidifier, dehumidifier, air filter, swamp cooler, and compressors.

[0066] (d) Implementation of the Magic Air Conditioning's misting nozzles reduces the size of requisite condensers.

[0067] (e) Use of the Magic Air Conditioning requires less power and energy so energy bills are lower than the energy bills for four (4) separate individual systems otherwise consisting of a humidifier, dehumidifier, air filter, compressors, and swamp cooler.

[0068] (f) Use of the Magic Air Conditioning requires less space and reduces the sometimes necessity of rooftoop units required by four (4) separate individual systems otherwise consisting of compressors, swamp cooler, air filter, humidifier and dehumidifier.

[0069] (g) The Magic Air Conditioning can be used in any house, flower shop, restaurant, large warehouse, or any place involving variable temperatures.

[0070] (h) Use of the Magic Air Conditioning requires less cleaning expense than four (4) separate individual systems otherwise consisting of a humidifier, dehumidifier, air filter, compressors, and swamp cooler.

Operation—FIG. 1

[0071] The manner of using the Magic Air Conditioning as a swamp cooler is illustrated in FIG. 1. Use of the Magic Air Conditioning as a swamp cooler can realize two objectives—either to cool a space or to serve as a humidifier. As illustrated in FIG. 1, use of the Magic Air Conditioning to cool a space is activated by water pressure from an attached faucet causing water to pass through the water spray nozzles which cools the air (introduced by the fanfan) also passing through the spray nozzles before the fanfan pushes the cooled air to the inside of the room. As also illustrated in FIG. 1, use of the Magic Air Conditioning as a humidifier is activated by intermittent water spray whereas constant water spray occurs when the Magic Air Conditioning is utilized to cool a space.

[0072] FIG. 1 also demonstrates use of the Magic Air Conditioning if additional cooling is desired beyond the cooling provided by the Magic Air Conditioning as a swamp cooler. In such an instance, 30,000 B.T.U. or approximately 3 horse power with 2 outlet 115 volt is achieved when the solenoid at FIG. 2A opens allowing the water to flow to condensor #1, which is powered by compressor #1 comp 1, which cools the freon before the freon passes to cooling coil #1 where there is air introduced by the fanfan which cools the space after the fanfan pushes the cooled air to the inside of the room.

[0073] FIG. 1A demonstrates use of the Magic Air Conditioning if still additional cooling is desired beyond the cooling provided by Magic Air Conditioning using just water condensor water condensor. In this instance, the auxillary condensor is utilized to provide up to 5 horse power with 220 volts whereby the solenoid opens allowing the water to flow not only to the water condenser #1 but also to the water condensor #2 (which is powered by compressor #2 comp 2 as water condensor #1 is powered by compressor #1 comp 1), and the auxiliary condensor (which is powered by compressor #3 comp 3) which enhances the cooling of the freon before the freon passes to the cooling condensor coil #3, which still further cools the space after the fanfan pushes the cooled air to the inside of the room.

[0074] FIG. 1 is predicated on the availability of an attached faucet to provide water pressure whereas FIG. 12A provides cooling in the absence of an attached faucet. The cooling is provided in this instance where an available window or comparable window opening allows air to ingress by a fan fan to introduce air over the cooling coils which cools the space after the fanfan pushes the cooled air to the inside of the room. The cooling process is activated by the switch that starts compressor 1 comp 1 whereupon window condenser #1 cools freon by providing air over cooling coil #1. If additional cooling is required, then compressor #2 comp 2 starts to move freon to coil #2 in the window condensor.

Conclusion, Ramifications, and Scope

[0075] Accordingly, the reader will see that the Magic Air Conditioning of this invention can be used as a single system to replace a water filter and air conditioner.

[0076] Although the description above contains many specificities, these should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention but as merely providing illustrations of some of the presently preferred embodiments of this invention.

[0077] Thus the scope of the invention should be determined by the appended claims and their legal equivalents.

Claims

1. A machine comprising:

a. a filter box to clean water,
b. An interrelated system of compressors and a heat exchanger to move freon through the system, and
c. Means for coupling the misting nozzles with the compressors and the heat exchanger,
d. provision of improved air conditioning, whereby water can be filtered and air can be cooled.
