Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the invention

[0002] The present invention relates to an elastic health belt, and particularly relates to an elastic health belt making use of the elastic property which a sliding piece in a belt head and a stretched spring between a first belt body and a second belt body have so as to enable an user feeling more convenient and comfortable in use to be beneficial to the health of human body.

[0003] 2. Description of the prior art

[0004] The conventional belt is made by a leather belt 11 and a metal fastener 12(as shown in FIG. 1). When an user fastens the belt, the belt can not result any elastic space. If an user kept the position of sitting over a long period of time, such as driving a car or working in the office, or if an user is in the situation of repletion, cough, sneeze, then the waist of an user is bloated slightly. Accordingly, the belt would produce a feeling of binding around the waist to result the flood flowing through the waist hindered to result the kidney damaged consequently and it causes an unwell feeling to an user in use and would be harmful to the health of the human body. Moreover, the loosening and sliding of a pants 13 happens to the fatter person when he walks, which has relations with the belt without any elasticity.

[0005] “An elastic health belt” with contracting elasticity is especially designed in the light of all kinds of problem, which provides the convenient and comfortable feeling to an user in use and would be beneficial to the health of human body. Thus, it can be seen that the above conventional article still has many shortcomings. It is not a good design and needs to be improved.

[0006] In the light of every shortcoming derived from the above conventional belt, the inventor of the application desired to improve and innovate it. And, by way of making extraordinarily painstaking efforts of the inventor to study diligently with a quiet mind, an elastic health belt of this application is finally successfully developed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] The object of the present invention is to provide an elastic health belt, which makes use of the elastic property of the invention to avoid a waist of an user existing a feeling of binding to be beneficial to the health of human body.

[0008] The next object of the present invention is to provide an elastic health belt, which allow an user to operate and use conveniently and have a comfortable feeling.

[0009] The another object of the present invention is to provide a situation that a fatter person can prevent his pants from being loosened and slided when a fatter person uses the present invention.

[0010] An elastic health belt which achieves the above objects of the present invention mainly comprise a composition of a belt head ‘a sliding piece’ a compressed spring ‘a stretched spring’ a first belt body and a second belt body; wherein, said belt head provided with a recess at one end, a blocking piece extending inwardly in the edge of a opening of a recess, a retaining clamp part provided at the other end of a belt head ; a sliding slice provided in a recess, a blocking slice extended at one end of a sliding slice provided in a recess of a belt head, a fastening pin provided on the side of the other end of a sliding slice outside a recess of a belt head, and a compressed spring provided on a sliding slice. By means of the retaining clamp part of said belt head clamping one end of a first belt body, the other end of a first belt body connects with a second belt body through the interposing of a stretched spring to form an elastic health belt of the present invention to offer convenient and comfortable feeling to an user in use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0037] Please refer to what is shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4. An elastic health belt provided by the present invention mainly comprise the composition of a belt head 2 ‘a sliding piece 3’ a compressed spring 4 ‘a first belt body 5’ a second belt body 6 and a stretched spring 7. Among them, said belt head 2 is provided with a recess 21 at one end. A blocking piece 22 extends inwardly in the edge of an opening of a recess, and a retaining clamp part 23 is provided on the side of the other end of a belt head 2. A sliding slice 3 which can be slided forward and backward is provided into a recess 21. One end of said sliding slice 3 is provided in a recess 21 of a belt head 2, and a blocking slice 31 extends. The other end of said sliding slice projects outside a recess 21 of a belt head 2 and a fastening pin 32 is provided on the side. Said sliding slice 3 is provided with a compressed spring 4. One end of said compressed spring 4 holds on a blocking slice 31 of a sliding slice 3 and the other end of said compressed spring 4 holds on a blocking piece 22 of an opening of a recess of a belt head 2, so that said compressed spring is in the form of being compressed and results an elastic force when said sliding slice slides forward. A first belt body 5 and a second belt body 6 are made of a special rubber material or other substitutive materials. One end of a first belt body 5 fastens with the retaining clamp part 23 of a belt head 2, so that a first belt body can connect with a belt head securely. The other end of a first belt body 5 combines with a sleeve body 51 and said sleeve body 51 could be a sleeve body 51 made of a metallic material or other material. One end of a second belt body 6 is combined with a sleeve body 61 and the other end of a second belt body 6 is provided with a plurity of fastening holes 62, said sleeve body 61 being a sleeve body 61 made of a metallic material and other material. And then, one end of said stretched spring 7 is linked with a sleeve body 51 at one end of a first belt body 5 and the other end of said stretched spring 7 is linked with a sleeve body of a second belt body 6, so that a first belt body is connected with a second belt body to form an elastic health belt further.

[0038] Please refer what is shown in FIG. 5A-FIG. 5B and FIG. 6, which are the embodied schematic views of the present invention. If an elastic health belt causes an user's waist bloated for some reasons(for example sitting, driving, working in an office, satiating, coughing, sneezing etc. )when an user fastens an elastic health belt, then an elastic spring between a first belt body and a second belt body would be in the state of extension and a sliding slice in said belt head can slide forward so that a compressed spring 4 on a sliding slice is in the form of being compressed because of a sliding slice sliding forward and produces an elastic force(as shown in FIG. 5(B))to allow an elastic health belt extending and tying to a waist of an user, which doesn't make an user uncomfortable due to the waist of an user bloating. When an user's waistline decreases slightly again, an elastic spring connected between a first belt body and a second belt body would contract and a sliding slice in a belt head would slide backward by a elastic force of a compressed spring onto it to allow said elastic health belt sticking to a waist of an user comfortably again.

[0039] Therefore, by means of the elastic property which a sliding slice in a elastic health belt and a stretched spring between a first belt body and a second belt body possess, once a waistline of an user becomes larger, a elastic health belt will be adjusted and be adjusted appropriately in according to the size of a waistline of an user to allow an user feeling more comfortable and convenient in use. And, by way of tying over a long period of time, said waist doesn't feel any problem of pressure and binding.

[0040] Compared to other conventional techniques, an elastic health belt provided by the present invention even more has the following advantages.

[0041] 1. Making use of the elastic property of a spring can avoid a feeling of binding that makes an user uncomfortable in use resulting around a waist of an user, which is beneficial to the health of human body.

[0042] 2. When a fatter person uses the present invention, he can prevent his pants from being loosened and slided due to the elastic property so as to benefit a fatter not to have all kinds of puzzle.

[0043] 3. Because of the elastic property possessed by an elastic health belt of the present invention, it doesn't cause a kidney of an user compressed when it is tied to a waist of an user so as not to hinder the flood flowing through a waist, which don't cause any damage to a kidney when an user ties a belt over a long period of time.

[0044] Many changes and modifications in the above described embodiment of the invention can, of course, be carried out without departing from the scope thereof. Accordingly, to promote the progress in science and the useful arts, the invention is disclosed and is intended to be limited only by the scope of the appended claims.
