The invention provides a principal theory and a system method for a Tornadoes Dynamic Teardown System (TDTS) to cease Tornadoes' moving and extinguish Tornadoes. TDTS center remotely controls the disaster weather. Especially, ELS can be applied independently out of the GAAS area.

More particularly, the invention provides a brand new principle theory and a method to process the protections from the disaster weather patterns. Especially, when the sucking pipe is sweep on the surface on the ground, it will cause disaster.

Claims

1. A theory and method

1. TDTS applies a brand new principal theory and a system method to extinguish the disaster weather patterns with sucking pipes. First, it blows hot air out up-flows to make some man-made tornadoes with opposite vortexes in geometric patterns attracts a real tornado moving over into its area. The man-made tornadoes will combine the real one into a one tornado, as soon as the tornado is in the GAAS areas. Meanwhile, the devices of GAAS will change their burst out directions in the process purposes: cease the moving of the tornado and exhaust the tornado. Second, for a huge real ones, it launches a media bomb or flies (actually, is sucked) a media balloon into the core flow in the sucking pipe of the disaster weather patterns and explodes it. The media bomb or balloon could be a compressed or liquid a media, the explosion of which will suddenly provide an air media separation in the cross section in the sucking pipe. The energy of the explosion is relatively very small comparing with the whole of energy of the disaster weather. GAAS presets on the path of outside the geographical area to attract tornadoes into the GAAS's areas, cease their moving and exhaust their energy. ELS breaks their sucking pipe to tear down it. Especially, ELS can be applied out of the GAAS areas and mounted on a moving application and launched the media bomb (or missile) on the whirl center in the sucking pipe and killed the disaster weather independently. CSC is a control and monitor center.

It launches the top end during the sucking pipe on the ground growing up to contact the cloud base.
6. When the diameter of the sucking pipe is small, GAAS can hold the sucking pipe and exhaust it of disaster weather such as tornadoes individually.
7. For those out of the range of GAAS, ELS can directly launch to the sucking center of the pipe (whirl tube especially the core flow) to break it into two sections and tear down tornadoes immediately.
8. Theory and method 1 and 2 can be used by toter or separately.

2. TDTS (Tornadoes Dynamic Tear-down Systems) consists of

1. GAAS (Ground Array Attractive Systems) is an array burning systems to form relative small man-made tornadoes. It has number of burning device setup in array pattern controlled by computers center. It can be remotely controlled its devices in geometric patterns and rotated their directions of bursting out hot air.
2. ELS (Explosion and Launching System) is a flexible response system that can be situated in certain locations or amounted on moving vinchals. It launches the media energy bombs and controls their explosions, which can be launched in the whirl tube center. The energy media bomb is a compressed air media bomb system and doesn't damage to human and human facilities.
3. CSC (Control Systems Center) is a remote monitoring and controlling system. It controls the response of the GAAS and ELS. Or it can be amounted with ELS.
4. The high-pressure air media bomb or balloon contains certain volume of the high-pressure air or liquid air media. Its explosion can be controlled by presetting instrument inside the bomb or remotely. The volume of the air explosion has to cover at least of the ⅛ of the cross section area of the core flow of the sucking pipe to cause its breaking.
5. The air bomb can be launched by missile or cannon. The air balloon can be preset on or closed to the path of the sucking pipe and GAAS's areas. It can be sucked into the sucking pipe of the disaster weather and exploded inside core flow of the sucking pipe at the controlled height.

3. TDTS (Tornadoes Dynamic Teardown Systems) is comprised of:

1. GAAS is setting on or closed to most of the paths of the disaster weather moving areas and peripheral geographical areas of metropolis, civilian homes and important facilities to protect these areas from weather patterns that has sucking pipe (column or tube) connect to ground.
2. ELS is moving into its range of the launching area.
3. GAAS will be automatically started burst out the hot air flow as soon as the sucking pipe moves closed to or passes over to its area.
4. The huge volume of the hot burning airflow of man-made tornadoes rapidly boosts up, which creates a lower pressure area attracting the sucking pipe moves over to its area.
5. As soon as the sucking pipe moves over to its area, the hot up-flow or the man-made tornadoes will combine the sucking pipe of the real tornado to one pipe, stop its moving and hold it in the GAAS area.
6. The bursting out direction of man-made tornadoes will be gradually changed into the reversed whirl directions by process request.
