Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] (a) Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a semi-soft shoe, more particularly to a sturdy and comfortable semi-soft shoe capable of preventing ankle injury and having a washable cushion liner for maintaining sanitation inside the shoe and replacement.

[0003] (b) Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Accordingly, inline roller skate has become popular in the teenager's and child's groups. Usually, a conventional inline roller skate, as indicated in FIG. 1, has a soft shield body (11) connected with a fixed seat (12); wheels (13) arranged in one row are disposed at the bottom portion of the fixed seat (12); a user's foot steps on an inner liner (15) and inserts into the soft shield body (11) connected with a fixed seat (12) to slide via the wheels (13). The traditional inline roller skate structure has a movable protecting strip (14) on the upper and lower aspects on the rear rim of the fixed seat (12); therefore, undesirably, when the inline roller skate slides or makes turns, a bendable angle between a gaiter and the shoe tends to be wide and easily damage the ankle. Furthermore, to wear a conventional inline roller skate, the user's foot directly steps into the soft shield body (11); therefore, odor occurs after a long term of usage. Due to the manufacturing procedure, the soft shield body (11) is fixed on a wheel holder; it is not replaceable and washable thereby causing germs to multiply. In addition, the traditional soft inline roll skate is a snicker with a high upper boot portion; it might have an additional plastic support frame connected with a support frames of wheels arranged in a straight row; after a long term of usage, it is not easy to take care of the snicker and that is one of the major obstacles in using the inline roller skate.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an improved semi-soft shoe with sturdier structure and capable of preventing deformation or ankle injury due to wide angle in sliding or turning; the present invention is easy for cleansing so as to maintain personal sanitation and has a replaceable cushion liner.

[0006] The abovementioned semi-soft shoe has a cuffing piece protruding from a bottom rim on the rear lateral side of a fixed frame of the shoe; an fixed piece connects with the cuffing piece and an insert opening at the upper aspect; wherein, the elastic piece is of a long shape with a center expanding circularly such that the upper and lower ends of the fixed piece are riveted firmly at the insert opening and the cuffing piece; the plastic elasticity of the fixed piece micro-adjusts to eliminate the shortcomings of causing ankle injury due to a wide bending angle between a gaiter and the shoe.

[0007] The abovementioned semi-soft shoe has the cushion liner removable from the shoe for cleansing thereby achieving the objectives of being clean and sanitary.

[0008] To enable a further understanding of the main feature and innovation of the present invention, the brief description of the drawings is followed by the detailed description of a preferred embodiment.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0009] FIG. 1 is a pictorial drawing of a conventional inline roller skate.

[0010] FIG. 2 is a pictorial drawing of the present invention.

[0011] FIG. 3 is a partially pictorial and exploded drawing of the present invention.

[0012] FIG. 4 is a lateral view drawing of the present invention.

[0013] FIG. 5 is an exploded drawing of a cushion liner shoe body and wheels.

[0014] FIG. 6 is an assembled drawing of the cushion liner and the shoe.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0015] FIGS. 2 and 3 show the pictorial drawing and partially pictorial and exploded drawing of the present invention. The present invention mainly has a soft shield body (21) inserted and fixed onto a fixed frame (22) with wheels (20) disposed on a bottom portion thereof; wherein, the fixed frame (22) has a cuffing piece (23) protruding from a bottom rim on the rear lateral thereof; a elastic piece (24) connects with the cuffing piece (23) and an insert opening at the upper aspect of the fixed frame (22); the elastic piece (24) is of a long shape with a center expanding circularly such that the upper and lower ends of the elastic piece (24) are riveted firmly at the insert opening and the cuffing piece (23); the plastic elasticity of a fixed piece (12) micro-adjusts to eliminate the shortcomings of causing ankle injury due to a wide bending angle between a gaiter and the shoe so as to prevent the fixed frame (22) from deforming when the inline roller skate slides or turns and to reinforce the inline roller skate.

[0016] FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 are the lateral view drawing of the present invention, the exploded drawing of a cushion liner shoe body and the wheels, as well as the assembled drawing of he cushion liner and the shoe. A cushion liner (25) designed according to the shape of the shoe (21) inserts inside the soft shield body (21); after using for a certain time, the cushion liner (25) is extracted from the shoe (21) for cleansing to make more comfortable wearing and maintain cleanness as well as sanitation.

[0017] In summation of the abovementioned, the present invention of an improved semi-soft shoe structure has the fixing piece in a long shape disposed on the rear rim of the fixed frame of a inline roller skate to prevent ankle injury; the cushion liner is disposed inside the shoe to reinforce the inline roller skate and make it easy for cleansing as well as sanitation; in addition, the damaged cushion liner is replaceable.

[0018] It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
