Extraction system for a domestic appliance, especially a cooking device

An extraction system for domestic appliances, especially cooking devices, containing an item holder, at least one fixed support unit and at least one mobile support unit. The mobile support unit guided on the fixed support unit and having at least one bearing surface to enhance the extraction of the item holder.

Description

[0001] The present invention is based on an extraction system of a domestic appliance, in particular a cooking device, according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0002] DE 36 28 763.6 A1 discloses a generic extraction system of a cooking device for an item holder. The extraction system has a first support unit formed by fixed rails. Rails of a second support unit are mounted mobile on the fixed rails of the first support unit and form a so-called telescopic extraction. The mobile rails of the second support unit are withdrawn together with the item holder from the cooking device. The item holder is supported in the retracted state and in the extracted state of the extraction system on the mobile rails of the second support unit.

[0003] The object of the invention is to provide a generic extraction system and a cooking device with a corresponding extraction system, in particular with greater comfort. The task is solved according to the present invention by the characteristics of the independent claims, while advantageous configurations and further developments of the invention can be inferred from the independent claims.

[0004] The invention is based on an extraction system of a domestic appliance, in particular a cooking device, for an item holder, with at least a first, fixed support unit and with at least a second support unit mobile with the item holder, guided on the first support unit.

[0005] It is put forward that the second support unit has at least a bearing surface for receiving forces acting in an upward vertical manner, which are caused by at least an overturning moment working in the extracted state on the item holder. Based on the receiving possibility of the overturning moment the item holder can be designed to overhang the first and the second support unit. The item holder can be withdrawn from a space, in particular from a cooking chamber, without a part of the support unit having to be withdrawn from the space. The item holder can be gripped comfortably in the extended state advantageously at the side, without being hindered by the support units. In particular, with cooking devices a user can avoid being burnt on an extended bearing element. Further, a simply outfitted extraction system can be achieved and the second support unit can be configured in a small size advantageously. In particular, in cooking devices this can result in the volume to be heated inside the cooking chamber being reduced and covering functional elements, such as for example lamps, can easily be avoided. The overturning moment can be absorbed by the bearing surface or additionally by one or more support elements of the first und/or of the second support unit, such as for example when the item holder is in the retracted state by a fixed bearing element of the first support unit.

[0006] If the second support unit has two support elements connected via a tie-bar, a stable support can be first achieved by the two support elements, and secondly a synchronous movement of the support elements can easily be ensured by the tie-bar. As a result the item holder can be connected comfortably to both support elements simultaneously, or it can be suspended in the latter. In addition, the tie-bar can be made use of to advantage to secure the bearing element of the second support unit in a defined position to the first support unit, for example the tie-bar can be used to prevent the bearing element from twisting on a bearing element of the first support unit with a round cross-sectional surface.

[0007] In a further configuration it is proposed that the bearing surface for receiving forces acting in an upward vertical manner is arranged on the tie-bar. This can result in a large bearing surface and a particularly secure support for the item holder.

[0008] If the first support unit has at least one guide element formed by a rod, simple retrofitting can be guaranteed, and in particular if the bearing element formed by the rod is designed as a plug-in. Instead of rods the guide elements of the first support unit can also be formed by ribs formed into the side walls of a space, effectively avoiding additional components.

[0009] The guide element formed by a rod can have a different cross-sectional surface, of significance to the expert. But if the guide element has a round cross-sectional surface, this can create an advantageously large guide surface and an elegantly proportioned and easy-to-clean first support unit can be achieved using cost-effective standard components.

[0010] It is also put forward that the second support unit is mounted displaceably with a socket-shaped receiving area on the guide element. The overturning moment, in particular over a large surface, can be transferred from the second support unit to the first support unit resulting in a high-quality action, and particularly in that the second support unit is roller-mounted on the first support unit, advantageously producing minimal friction. It is also possible, however, that the second support unit is guided by one or more slide surfaces on the first support unit.

[0011] Rolling members are preferably arranged in the socket-shaped receiving area of the second support unit, where they can be held, protected from external influences.

[0012] Further advantages will emerge from the following description of the diagrams, which illustrate an embodiment of the invention. The diagram, the description and the claims contain numerous characteristics in combination. The expert will appropriately view the characteristics individually and assemble them into meaningful further combinations.

[0017] FIG. 1 shows a cooking oven 10 in frontal elevation with a muffle 21 arranged in a cooking oven housing 20, which delimits a cooking chamber 22, closed by a cooking oven door 23. The cooking oven 10 has an extraction system for a baking tray 11 as well as for gratings, not illustrated in greater detail here.

[0018] The extraction system has three bearing planes, in each case with a first, fixed support unit 12 and with a second support unit 13 mobile with the baking tray 11, guided on the first support unit 12. The extraction system will be described hereinbelow by means of the support units 12, 13 arranged in the lower bearing plane, whereby the support units 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b are designed in the middle bearing plane and in the upper bearing plane corresponding to the support units 12, 13 in the lower bearing plane.

[0019] On both side walls of the muffle 21 the first support unit 12 has in each case a guide element 18, 18′ formed by a plugged-in guide rod, configured as identical components (FIGS. 1 and 2). The guide element 18 is plugged in by its rear end in a rear wall of the muffle 21. The guide element 18 extends from its rear end at a distance from the side wall of the muffle 21 into a front region of the cooking chamber 22, and makes a ninety-degree angle 24 in the front region in the direction of the side wall of the muffle 21, and is plugged into the side wall by its front end. The guide element 18 is made of chrome or enamelled steel and has a round cross-sectional surface.

[0020] The second support unit 13 has two substantially identical support elements 17, 17′, which are in each case roller-mounted are on the elements 18 by a socket-shaped receiving area 19. Two annular rolling member cages 25, 26 with rolling members, not illustrated in greater detail here, are held in each case (FIG. 4) in the socket-shaped receiving area 19. Attaching to the socket-shaped receiving area 19 is a half-shell extension 27, running along the topside of the guide element 18, as in FIGS. 2 and 4. Formed on a topside of the extension 27 and of the socket-shaped receiving area 19 is a frame 28 with a substantially rectangular cross-sectional surface, extending from the front end of the extension 27 to just in front of a tie-bar 16, by which the support elements 17, 17′ are connected. The frame 28 is joined positively in an edge area on the underside of the baking tray 11 and forms a bearing surface 29 for the same (FIGS. 3 and 4). Formed at the front end of the bearing element 17, and also at the front end of the extension 27 on its topside, and on the frame 28, is a bolt 30 extending vertically upwards, which extends through a recess 31 of the baking tray 11 when the baking tray 11 is mounted, by which the baking tray 11 and the bearing element 17 are connected positively in and against the direction of extraction 33.

[0021] The support elements 17, 17′ are ca. a quarter of the length of the baking tray 11, so that when the baking tray 11 is in the suspended state an overturning moment acts thereon. The support elements 17, 17′ could also, however, be designed longer or shorter, but are advantageously at least shorter than the half length of the baking tray 11. In the extracted state of the baking tray 11 the support elements 17, 17′ largely remain in the cooking chamber 22, and the baking tray 11 protrudes out from the cooking chamber 22.

[0022] To support the overturning moment, a projection 32 extending in the direction of extraction 33 along the tie-bar 16 connecting the support elements 17, 17′ is formed on its topside, and forms a bearing surface 14 for receiving forces acting in an upward vertical manner 15, which are caused by the overturning moment acting on the baking tray 11. In the assembled state of the baking tray 11 the projection 32 in the direction of extraction 33 grips the baking tray 11 at its rear edge.

10. An extraction system for a domestic appliance, such as a cooking device, comprising:

an item holder;
said item holder including at least a first fixed support unit and at least a second mobile support unit;
said mobile support unit mobile with said item holder and guided on said fixed support unit; and
said mobile support unit including at least one bearing surface for receiving upward substantially vertical forces acting on said mobile support unit and said vertical forces caused by an overturning moment working at least in an extracted position on said item holder.

11. The extraction system according to claim 10, including said mobile support unit having at least two (2) support elements connected by at least one tie-bar element.

12. The extraction system according to claim 11, including said bearing surface is arranged on said tie-bar element.

13. The extraction system according to claim 10, including said fixed support unit has at least one guide element formed by a rod.

14. The extraction system according to claim 13, including said guide element rod has a substantially round cross-sectional surface.

15. The extraction system according to claim 13, including said mobile support unit mounted displaceably with a socket-shaped receiving area on said guide element.

16. The extraction system according to claim 10, including said mobile support unit roller-mounted by rolling members on said fixed support unit.

17. The extraction system according to claim 16, including said rolling members arranged in said socket-shaped receiving area on said guide element.

18. A cooking device including an extraction system, comprising:

an item holder;
said item holder including at least a first fixed support unit and at least a second mobile support unit;
said mobile support unit mobile with said item holder and guided on said fixed support unit; and
said mobile support unit including at least one bearing surface for receiving upward substantially vertical forces acting on said mobile support unit and said vertical forces caused by an overturning moment working at least in an extracted position on said item holder.

19. The cooking device according to claim 18, including said mobile support unit having at least two (2) support elements connected by at least one tie-bar element.

20. The cooking device according to claim 19, including said bearing surface is arranged on said tie-bar element.

21. The cooking device according to claim 18, including said fixed support unit has at least one guide element formed by a rod.

22. The cooking device according to claim 21, including said guide element rod has a substantially round cross-sectional surface.

23. The cooking device according to claim 21, including said mobile support unit mounted displaceably with a socket-shaped receiving area on said guide element.

24. The cooking device according to claim 18, including said mobile support unit roller-mounted by rolling members on said fixed support unit.

25. The cooking device according to claim 24, including said rolling members arranged in said socket-shaped receiving area on said guide element.
