DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Please refer to FIGS 1, 2 and 3. An attachment structure 30 can be a type of raised column 31; the raised column can be formed as a multilateral column such as a circular column, pentagonal column, star column, as FIG. 3 shows. When a user wants to fix a disc 20 on the card 10, he only needs to align a central round hole 21 of the disc 20 with the raised column 31 and press the disc 20 down to cause the central round hole 21 to be stuck around the circumference of the raised column 31, and then, the fixing of the disc 20 can be completed, as FIG. 2 shows. Besides, all types of patterns can be designed on the surface of the disc 20 to match up with the integral design of the card 10 to attain to the integral vision effect for the disc 20 and the card 10. When the user opens the card 10, he can soon view the written words in the card 10; when he wants to view the contents of the disc 20, he only needs to take the disc 20 out of the card 10 to cause the central hole 21 of the disc 20 to be separated from the circumference of the raised column 31. And then, the disc 10 is taken down successfully and put into a drive for viewing. Therefore, the contents burned in the disc 20 can be matched with the mailing purpose to input corresponding image or music. Thereby, the user can show his idea or feeling not only through the words but also by the way of the video/audio disc 20. The disc 20 mentioned above can be a 12 cm, 8 cm or name card type disc, and can be cut into any versatile type depending on needs.

Please refer to FIG. 4. The raised column 31 can be made into one body with the card 10 to allow the raised column 31 to be more matched with the printing pattern on the surface of the card 10 so that an entirety design effect can be attained. Please refer to FIG. 5. The attachment structure 30 can be a bag 32 stuck on the card 10 by an adhesive 10 depending on needs. The disc 20 is allowed not to damage or bruise while being placed into the bag. If the disc 20 wants to be further stored, the bag 32 can be detached from the surface of the card 10 and then the disc 20 can be separated from the card 10 easily.

Please refer to FIGS. 6 and 7. The attachment structure 30 can be a plurality of notches relative 33 to each other cut on the card 10, the outside rims of the disc 20 are hold in the notches 33 as shown in FIG. 6 to allow the disc to be fixed on the surface of the card 10.

Please refer to FIGS. 8 to 11. The attachment structure 30 can be a groove 34 in the card 10; the groove can be any arbitrary shape. The circumference 35 of the disc 20 is just got stuck in the rims 35 of the groove 34. If the disc wants to be further fixed, a paper sheet 36 is used to stick over the groove 34 so as to strengthen the fixation of the disc 20.

Furthermore, please refer to FIG. 12. The attachment structure is a plurality of raised spots that are formed with the card 10 into one body or additionally added as fixtures on the card 10. When the disc 20 is placed in the range surrounded by the raised spots 37, it can just be held and fixed by the raised spots 47.

It is noted that the control mechanism for the card with an attachment structure for a disc described above is the preferred embodiments of the present invention for the purpose of illustration only, and are not intended as a definition of the limits and scope of the invention disclosed. Any modifications and variations that may be apparent to a person skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
