Woven product with luminescent yarns

A woven product contains luminescent yarns that are formed by fluorescent threads giving off luminescence upon receiving light, or contains luminescent yarns that are formed by luminous threads giving off luminescence at night by themselves. These two luminescent yarns can be used in a separate or mixed manner to thereby make the portions of woven products containing such yarns luminous at night or under dark circumstance by themselves. In this way, the woven product not only can present luminous beauty or serve as a warning signal, but also can be flat and smooth on the surface.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to a woven product, and more particularly to an innovative woven product that contains luminescent yarns in its weaving structure.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Conventionally, knitting or sticking fluorescent or luminous flakes on a garment is the most typical practice to make the garment luminous at night. However, the surfaces of ordinary fluorescent or luminous flakes appear rough upon knitting, affecting their elegant appearance. On the other hand, if they are stuck on the surface, they will easily break or flake due to bumping. Therefore, garments with such flakes are unpopular among customers. Additionally, a structure with an electrical luminous device is also available on the market. Nevertheless, it is damageable, expensive and inconvenient for washing in spite of its better luminous effect.

Accordingly, in order to solve the problem of unpleasant appearance due to easy braking and flaking in the conventional practice, it would be desirable for the industry to provide a new woven product with a better and more practical luminous structure.

Above all, to solve the problems of conventional products in use, the applicant elaborately designed and cautiously assessed the structure on the basis of his rich developing and designing experience relating to the product, to thereby present the invention finally.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The enhanced efficacy of the invention is as follows:

1. The innovative woven product 10 is made by luminescent yarns 21 22 formed by fluorescent or luminous threads. It is the first design among similar products in the industry and is in line with the innovative requirement of a patent.

2. With the improved design, the portions formed by the luminescent yarns 21 22 on the woven product 10 can be luminous at night or under dark circumstances. Therefore, it can both present the beauty of a preset luminous pattern and serve as a warning signal.

3. The luminescent yarns 21 22 are knitted into the woven product to achieve luminous effect and keep its surface flat and smooth without sewing luminescent flakes. The present invention features a more elegant appearance as well as a more stable and durable structure. Therefore, comparing to the conventional product stuck with luminescent flakes featuring easy breaking and flaking, the invention has been improved.

The detailed description of the preferred embodiment is set forth in the foregoing description. However, the disclosure is illustrative only and does not limit the present invention, and changes may be made in detail within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWINGS

FIGS. 1-10 show the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The features and the advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood upon a thoughtful deliberation of the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1-9, a woven product 10 with luminescent yarns 20 embodied in the present invention comprises:

    • first luminescent yarns 21 formed by fluorescent threads giving off luminescence upon receiving light, and second luminescent yarns 22 formed by luminous threads giving off luminescence at night by themselves. In this way, the portions with the first and second luminescent yarns 21 22 on the woven product will be luminous at night.

Wherein said woven products with luminescent yarns 20 21 22 can be garments (refer to FIG. 1), caps (refer to FIG. 2), gloves (refer to FIG. 3), socks (refer to FIGS. 7 and 8), scarves and shoes (refer to FIG. 9), textile, canvas or curtains (refer to FIG. 10), etc.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, first luminescent yarns 21 and second luminescent yarns 22 can be woven on ordinary yarns 30 to knit a woven product, so as to reduce the volume of luminescent yarns 20 used. Or the woven product can be knitted with the luminescent yarns locally or in a spaced manner so that it can present local or spaced luminous beauty at night.

Wherein, the pattern models of the said luminescent yarns 20 on the woven product can be spaced (refer to FIGS. 4, 5, 7, 8), blocked, local, checked, figured or interwoven by first and second luminescent yarns 21, 22 (refer to FIG. 6).

Wherein, referring to FIG. 9, if the luminescent yarns 20 are woven in common textile or canvas, such textile or canvas can be made into cloth shoes that feel smooth and flat. With the luminescent shoes surface, it is unnecessary to sew other luminescent objects, thus avoiding the problem of flaking.
