Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to supporting devices used in hair dying, and particular to a supporting device used in hair dying which comprises a supporting plate and a replacing layer. A double face tape is adhered on the supporting plate and the replacing layer is adhered on the supporting plate so that the replacing layer is replaceable. Moreover, the supporting device is foldable for storage.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A neckerchief encloses the neck of one dying hairs so as to receive the dyes dropping to the neckerchief and thus the user's body or clothes will not be polluted. However, the neckerchief only encloses along the body of the user so that the dyes will drop to the ground and thus pollute the ground. Since the hair dye has strong permeation ability, if the dyes on the ground do not be cleaned immediately, it will permeate into the ground. Therefore, it is almost impossible to clean the dye completely. A pollute proof mask is developed to enclose the user, but the shape of the mask is like a funnel so that the dye is possible to flow down along the mask. Thereby, it is difficult to clean the mask. It is often that the mask is deserted and a new one is necessary. This will increase the cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a supporting device used in hair dying so as to avoid polluting the body of the user which comprises: a supporting plate having a receiving hole; a lateral side of the receiving hole having a slot; a surface of the supporting plate being a smooth surface; a double face tape being stuck on the smooth surface of the supporting plate; the double face tape being tearable from the supporting plate; and a replacing layer adhered above the double face tape; the replacing layer being made of one of unweave cloth and disposable materials, if the replacing layer being dirt, it can be deserted and updated; the replacing layer having a receiving hole coupled to that of the supporting plate.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is an assembled perspective view of the present invention.

FIG. 1A is an exploded perspective view showing the double face tape and the isolating layer of the present invention.

FIG. 2 shows one embodiment of the present invention about the folding operation of the present invention.

FIG. 3 shows the operation of the present invention.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the structure of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention includes a supporting plate 1 and a replacing layer 2 on the supporting plate 1.

The supporting plate 1 has a receiving hole 11. A lateral side of the receiving hole 11 has a slot 12. The head of a user can pass through the slot 12 to be located in the receiving hole 11. Two sides of the slots are installed with a male sticky strip 133 and a female sticky strip 133. The sticky strips are used to seal the receiving hole 11 and adjust the size of the receiving hole 11 so as to fit the neck size of the user. Thereby, the dye liquid drops on the supporting plate 1. The supporting plate 1 is made of flexible structure material (such as thick paper plates or thin plastic plates) so that the supporting plate 1 is foldable from a central portion 14 to have a reduced area (half area). Thereby, the supporting plate 1 can be stored. A surface of the supporting plate 1 is a smooth surface. A double face tape 15 is stuck on the smoother surface of the supporting plate 1. The double face tape 15 is tearable from the supporting plate 1.

The replacing layer 2 is fixed to the upper side of the supporting plate 1 by the double face tape 15. In general, the replacing layer 2 is made of unweave cloth or other disposable materials. Thereby, if the replacing layer 2 is dirt, it can be deserted and updated. The size of the replacing layer 2 is the same as that of the supporting plate 1. The replacing layer 2 has a receiving hole 21 a size of which is identical to that of the supporting plate 1. Thereby, the head of the user can place within the receiving hole 21 of the replacing layer 2.

When the replacing layer 2 is torn out from the supporting plate 1, if no further replacing layer 2 is added to the supporting plate 1, an isolating layer 151 can be placed on the double face tape 15 for covering the double face tape 15 so as to be used next time.

In dying hairs, the supporting plate 1 is used to support the shoulder of the user so that the hair dye drops on the supporting plate 1 instead of falling to the ground so as to avoid polluting the ground.

With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, the replacing layer 2 is prolonged at the side 24 opposite to the side having the slot 22 so as to fit the users having long hairs.

With reference to FIG. 6, another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, the replacing layer 2 is made by two sub-layers 2A and 2B. The sub-layer 2A is adhered to the double face tape 15 and one part of the sub-layer 2B is adhered to the double face tape 15, but the other part thereof suspends from the supporting plate 1. This arrangement is suitable for the user having long hairs.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
