Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to an inner sole assembly for slippers or sandals, including a slipper or sandal made up of a sole, a retaining strap, a coupling pad, and an insole wherein the sole has a plurality of assembly holes distributed thereon for the retaining strap to be fixedly engaged therewith, and the coupling pad is sandwiched between the insole and the top surface of the sole to integrally combine the insole and the sole into one piece. The insole has a plurality of resilient supporting rings with air vents densely and neatly arranged in upright circular shapes at the upper surface thereon, and a plurality of dividing passages defined at the adjacent sides of the closely arranged resilient supporting rings thereof; whereby, in case tiny grains of sands/stones get caught inside the insole thereof, the sands/stones can be precisely flushed or knocked out there-from via the air vents of the resilient supporting rings in an easy and fast manner, achieving superior effects of massage as well as sand-draining and air-venting capabilities to prolong the using lifetime thereof.

Please refer to FIG. 1. A conventional slipper 10 is made up of a sole 11 having an adhesive glue layer coated at the top surface thereon for an insole 12 of fiber material to be attached thereto, and a plurality of engaging through holes 111 disposed at preset spots thereon for coupling posts 131 of a retaining strap 13 to be fixedly registered therewith. The insole 12 is made up of a plurality of resilient fibers 121 randomly and sparsely disarranged and intertwined into a preset thickness with gaps 122 of various sizes distributed thereon.

There are some drawbacks to such conventional slipper 10. First, the gaps 122 of various sizes are formed among the interwoven resilient fibers 121 of the insole 12 thereof for air-venting and water-draining effects thereof. Yet, in case tiny grains of sands/stones A get caught in the gaps 122 as shown in FIG. 2, the sands/stones A, hard to be flushed or knocked out there-from, tend to get stuck at the disarranged fibers 121 therein even if the slipper 10 is overturned for cleaning thereof. After long time of frequent use thereof, sands/stones A can accumulate more and more inside the insole 12 thereof and make the slipper 10 uncomfortable and untidy to be worn. Second, the insole 12 is directly attached to the top surface of the sole 11 thereon, which tends to have poor fastening effect due to the difference of the insole 12 and the sole 11 in material and result in the coming off of the insole 12 if pulled by force from outside. Third, the insole 12 is made up of the irregularly intertwined fibers 121 that can easily interfere one another and loose the flexibility to rebound to the original position. Thus, after long tome of use, partial cavities B are easily indented at the surface of the insole 12 thereon as shown in FIG. 2, which greatly reduce the flexible effect and the using lifetime of the insole thereof.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide an inner sole assembly for slippers or sandals, including a slipper or sandal made up of a sole, a retaining strap, a coupling pad, and an insole wherein the insole has a plurality of resilient supporting rings with air vents densely and neatly arranged in upright circular shapes at the upper surface thereon, and a plurality of dividing passages defined at the adjacent sides of the closely arranged resilient supporting rings thereof; whereby, in case tiny grains of sands/stones get caught inside the insole thereof, the sands/stones can be precisely flushed or knocked out there-from via the air vents of the resilient supporting rings in an easy and fast manner, preventing the sands/stones from accumulated at the resilient supporting rings therein, achieving better sand-draining effect to keep the insole thereof neat and clean in practical use.

It is, therefore, the second purpose of the present invention to provide an inner sole assembly for slippers or sandals wherein the resilient supporting rings of the insole are closely and neatly stood upright in circular shapes, efficiently sustaining the weight of the sole of a wearer and providing a massage effect to the sole stepped downwards along the neatly arranged resilient supporting rings in practical use. When not in use, the resilient supporting rings can quickly retract upwards to the original positions without any partial indents produced thereby, providing superior effects of massage as well as air-venting and water-draining capabilities to prolong the using lifetime of the insole thereof.

It is, therefore, the third purpose of the present invention to provide an inner sole assembly for slippers or sandals wherein the insole can also have bamboo charcoal contained therein; whereby, the insole thereof is equipped with strong absorbing and decomposing capabilities as well as anti-bacteria, humid-adjustment, and deodorization power. Besides, far-infrared radiation proper for the absorption of human body is generated to speed up blood circulation and improve the health of human body, and healthy negative ions is increased in the air to balance the humidity inside the slipper or sandal and prevent bugs therein, efficiently promoting the quality of the insole of the slipper or sandal thereof to achieve better deodorization and anti-bacteria effects.
