FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to a universal profiling system for assembling on walls according to the pre-characterizing part of the main claim.

The technical field refers to the edging of corners of rooms of various types that essentially function as a frame.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the background art the use of profiling of the corners of openings in rooms or offices whose walls are painted, papered, match-boarded or paneled is known.

This operation is usually carried out in an artisan way by using angular profiles of various forms, namely moulded in various ways and secured to the wall by means of screw means with dowels or nails.

DRAWBACKS OF THE CURRENT BACKGROUND ART

This type of operation is complex and expensive, and furthermore does not permit the disassembly of the profiling without the risk of damage.

Furthermore, profiles applied in such a way imply the damage to the aesthetic aspect with the use of screws or nails.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Aim of this Invention

The aim of this invention is to avoid the aforementioned drawbacks.

Solution to the Problem and Explanation of the Invention

The problem is solved with the characteristics of claim 1.

The dependent claims represent the preferred solutions.

Advantages

In this way it is possible to supply the profiling system in the form of an assembly kit and it is possible to assemble the profiling in a simple, safe and reliable way.

Furthermore, the profiling system can be disassembled without causing damages, for example, repainting or re-papering the walls.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWINGS

The invention will be better understood with the aid of the enclosed figures where details are given of the preferred embodiment as claimed.

In the figures it is observed:

FIG. 1 is the sectional view of the profiling including the three essential elements of the system which comprise two strips with a corner joint to be fixed to the wall and the angular profile cover that engages on one side with the tab hooking modality and on the other side with a simple angular embedding.

FIG. 2 represents, respectively, the first profile of the wall with strips with sectioning pre-incisions and underneath with only one dowel obtained with sectioning from the dowels of the strips positioned above.

FIG. 3 represents the sectional lateral view of the first strip-dowels and respective dowel as in the previous Figure.

FIG. 4 represents an enlarged view in section of the assembly system where the first referenced strip-dowel is indicated with a continuous line in bold.

FIG. 5 represents respectively the second wall profile with strips and border joint tabs, also with sectioning pre-incisions and also with a dowel obtained with sectioning from the dowels of the strip positioned above.

FIG. 6 represents the sectional lateral view of the second strip-dowels and respective dowel as in the previous figure.

FIG. 7 represents an enlarged view in section of the assembly system where the second referenced strip-dowel is indicated with a continuous line in bold.

FIGS. 8 and 9 represent the view of the shape of the angular joint of the first profiles of the wall with the application of the cover profiling hatched.

FIGS. 10 and 11 represent the views of the profile of the angular wall with the first sections being as in the previous Figures, only the other sections are hatched;

FIG. 12 represents the plan section view of the cover profile (1);

FIG. 13 represents the sectional view in plan of the squared or angled connection of the second strip-dowel (3).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As disclosed in the Figures, the profiling system like the assembly kit includes an angular aesthetic cover profile that is arranged diagonally at 45° with respect to the angle to be covered (1) and two strips-dowels of the wall positioned underneath respectively first (2) and second (3) that fit at an angle with tabs (21-31) and are fixed to the wall by means of screws (V) and present respective profiles of embedding and joining to the opposite edges (32) and ends of the first border profile (2) for the corresponding joint seats (13,12,15) of the diagonal cover profile (1).

A reinforcing angular square with an angular dowel (4) is provided to strengthen the support.

The application is carried out in a simple and optimal way.

After having cut the strips-dowels 2,3 (also for single dowels or for more dowels in length) to the desired length, provision is made to fix to the wall with screws/v) the previous angular joint (21-31) or separately the first strip-dowel (2) should be fixed with skill with the aim of presenting the angle bevel (sm) to better fit the height. Then the tab 31 is inserted within the groove (21) and the second strip-dowel (3) is fixed with the possible addition of reinforcements such as squared plugs (4).

Finally, the moulded profile 1 is joined and is inserted by simply applying pressure, having tabs on one side (32-12,13) and on the other side, the insertion is made by adherence pressure on the adjacent orthogonal surface, that with very little pressure is inserted without requiring complex joints that are difficult to disassemble.

In other words said aesthetic moulded cover profile with the desired moulding 11, comprises on one side an embedding groove (12) that is at 45° with respect to the surface of the profile (14) and on the other side a simple rectangular corner embedding directed towards the interior and oriented to 450 with respect to the flat moulded strip. (1).

The details can however vary and the moulded profile of the corner cover (1) can have various finished forms obviously including also the finishing covering (S).

Advantageously said moulded cover profile (1) provides integration with an additional minor counter-shaping profile (5) to vary the profile.
