Bracket mount structure

A bracket mount structure includes a bracket made up of a wall-abutting facet extending at one side thereof to be fixedly attached to the sidewall of a window frame thereby, and a patterned decoration member protruding at the other side thereof wherein the patterned decoration member has a plurality of front/rear support sections with annular coupling ends symmetrically extending at one side or alternatively arranging at opposite upper/lower sides for two assembly parts to be symmetrically abutted against each coupling end and vertically fixed to both adjacent sides thereof. A tubular support rod is correspondingly joined to the assembly parts from both sides thereof and form the same diameter coupling effect therewith, and a plurality of sliding members, each having a passage and a hanging part respectively disposed at the upper and lower peripheries thereon, are sequentially mounted to the support rod thereof for holding in place a blind rod of a blind body shaped in a single piece with a width smaller than that of the window frame thereof. Therefore, the blind body can be simply pulled to actuate the movement of the sliding members therewith, and via guide recesses defining both ends of the passages thereon, the sliding members are smoothly led along to pass through the support sections of the brackets, facilitating more precise adjustment of the blind body to the position of sunshine so as to achieve better sheltering effect thereof.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to a bracket mount structure, including a plurality of brackets each made up of a wall-abutting facet extending at one side thereof to be fixedly attached to the sidewall of a window frame thereby, and a patterned decoration member protruding at the other side thereof wherein the patterned decoration member has a plurality support sections with annular coupling ends for assembly parts to be symmetrically abutted against and vertically fixed thereto before a tubular support rod is correspondingly joined to the assembly parts from both sides and form the same diameter coupling effect therewith, and a plurality of sliding members are sequentially mounted to the support rod thereof for holding in place a blind rod of a blind body whose width is smaller than that of the window frame thereof; whereby, the blind body can be simply pulled to actuate the movement of the sliding members therewith, and via channels defining the upper periphery thereon, the sliding members are smoothly led along to pass through the support sections of the brackets, facilitating more precise adjustment of the blind body to the position of sunshine so as to achieve better sheltering effect thereof.

Please refer to FIG. 1. A conventional bracket mount structure is made up of a plurality of brackets 10 wherein each bracket 10 has a wall-abutting facet 11 with through holes 111 disposed at one side to be fixedly locked to the sidewall of a window frame thereby, and a decoration support member 12 vertically protruding at one side of the wall-abutting facet 11 thereof. The decoration support member 12 is symmetrically provided with a front and rear engaging through holes 121 for two blind rods 20 to be respectively mounted thereto and spaced out in the front/rear positions, and a blind body 30 is respectively hanged to the blind rods 20 thereon. The blind body 30, made up of left/right pieces, can be symmetrically drawn out towards the left/right sides or correspondingly closed up from both sides in the opening or sheltering operation thereof.

There are some drawbacks to such conventional bracket mount structure. Most of all, the two blind rods 20 are directly led and mounted to the front/rear engaging through holes 121 of the brackets 10 thereof. When actuated in operation, the blind bodies 30 tend to get interfered by the decoration support members 12 and limited to expand or fold up in the left/right opening or closing movement thereof. Thus, it's quite inconvenient in practical use that the blind bodies 30 are unable to be freely adjusted to the positions of sunshine without being influenced by the brackets thereof.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide a bracket mount structure, including a plurality of brackets each made up of a wall-abutting facet extending at one side thereof to be fixedly attached to the sidewall of a window frame thereby, and a patterned decoration member protruding at the other side thereof wherein the patterned decoration member has a plurality support sections with annular coupling ends for assembly parts to be symmetrically abutted against and vertically fixed thereto before a tubular support rod is correspondingly joined to the assembly parts from both sides and form the same diameter coupling effect therewith, and a plurality of sliding members are sequentially mounted to the support rod thereof for holding in place a blind rod of a blind body whose width is smaller than that of the window frame thereof; whereby, the blind body can be simply pulled to actuate the movement of the sliding members therewith, and via channels defining the upper periphery thereon, the sliding members are smoothly led along to pass through the support sections of the brackets, facilitating more precise adjustment of the blind body to the position of sunshine so as to achieve better sheltering effect thereof. Besides, views outsides are easily seen through from both sides of the blind body to provide a unique style of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Please refer to FIGS. 2 to 3 inclusive. The present invention is related to a bracket mount structure, including a plurality of brackets 40 each made up of a wall-abutting facet 41 with through holes 411 disposed thereon extending at one side thereof to be fixedly attached to the sidewall of a window frame thereby, and a patterned decoration member 42 protruding at the other side thereof. The patterned decoration member 42 has a plurality of front/rear support sections 421 with annular coupling ends 4211 symmetrically extending on the same level at one side thereof. The coupling end 4211 is provided with a central engaging hole 4212 for two assembly parts 43 to be symmetrically abutted against from both sides thereof and fixedly locked thereto via a screw bolt 44. Thus, the assembly parts 43 are vertically attached to both adjacent sides of the coupling end 4211 of the bracket 40 thereof for a tubular support rod 50 to be correspondingly registered therewith from both sides thereof. The assembly parts 43 are precisely abutted tight against the inner wall of the support rod 50 to provide an anti-slippery effect thereby and form the same diameter with the coupling end 4211 thereof. The support rod 50 can be made up of a major/minor telescopic tube, and a decoration engaging end 51 is respectively joined to the assembly parts 43 protruding at the corresponding outer side of the brackets 40 attached at both left/right sides of the window frame thereof. A plurality of sliding members 60 are respectively led and mounted to the support rod 50 thereof. Each sliding member 60 has a passage 61 properly cut at the upper periphery thereon to be correspondingly matched to the support section 421 thereof, a funnel-shaped guide recess 611 defining both ends of the passage 61 thereof respectively, and a downwardly-extending C-shaped hanging part 62 suspending at the bottom periphery thereon for a blind rod 71 of a blind body 70 to be led there-through and retained therein. The blind body 70 has a width smaller than that of the window frame and expanded via the blind rod 71 to suspend levelly downwards there-from. Besides, the blind body 70 can be made of either a light-passable fabric or a black-out fabric to be respectively mounted to the sliding members 60 of the front/rear support sections 421 thereof, permitting the blind body 70 of different support sections 421 to be freely moved in positions according to that of sunlight. When the sunray is shifted to the middle of the window frame, the blind body 70 is simply pulled to actuate the movement of the sliding members 60 therewith. Via the guide recesses 611 thereof, the passages 61 are smoothly led along to pass through the support sections 421 of the brackets 40 as shown in FIG. 4 so that the blind body 70 can be precisely adjusted to the position of sunshine to achieve better sheltering etfect, and the views outsides can be easily seen through from both sides of the blind body 70 thereof.

Please refer to FIGS. 5 to 6 inclusive. The present invention can also be equipped with brackets 40′, 40″ wherein each bracket 40′, 40″ is provided with a patterned decoration member 42′, 42″ having a plurality of support sections 421′, 421″ with coupling ends 4211′, 4211′ that can also be alternatively arranged in opposite upper/lower or relative rear/front positions and cooperatively matched to a first and a second sliding member 60, 60′ respectively. The first and the second sliding members 60, 60′ are respectively provided with a first and a second hanging part 62, 61′ that, suspending downwards there-from, are horizontally aligned for holding in place the blind rods 71 of the blind bodies 70 on the same level thereof. The second sliding member 60′ has an inverted U-shaped groove 62′ with an opening end curved at the upper section thereof to be hanged onto the support rod 50 attached at the support section 421 ′, 421 ″ thereby for smooth sliding movement thereof along the support rod 50 without being interfered by the brackets 40′, 40″ thereof.

Claims

1. A bracket mount structure, including a plurality of brackets each made up of a wall-abutting facet with through holes extending at one side thereof to be fixedly attached to the sidewall of a window frame thereby, and a patterned decoration member protruding at the other side thereof; the present invention being characterized by that,

the patterned decoration member having a plurality of front/rear support sections with annular coupling ends extending at one side thereof; the coupling end being provided with a central engaging through hole for two assembly parts to be symmetrically abutted against from both sides thereof and fixedly locked thereto via a screw bolt, permitting the assembly parts to be vertically located to both adjacent sides of the coupling end of the bracket thereof for a tubular support rod to be correspondingly joined thereto from both sides thereof and form the same diameter therewith; a plurality of sliding members each having a passage properly cut at the upper periphery thereon being respectively mounted to the support rod thereof and correspondingly matched to the support sections thereof; a hanging part being disposed at the bottom periphery of the sliding member thereon for holding in place a blind rod of a blind body so that the blind body of different front/rear support sections can be freely adjusted in positions according to that of sunlight; when the sunray is shifted to the middle of the window frame, the blind body can be simply pulled to actuate the movement of the sliding members therewith, and via guide recesses defining both ends thereon, the passages of the sliding members are smoothly led along to pass through the support sections of the brackets, facilitating more precise adjustment of the blind body to the position of sunshine so as to achieve better sheltering effect thereof.

2. The bracket mount structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the support sections of the bracket thereof are horizontally aligned on the same level thereof.

3. The bracket mount structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein a decoration engaging end is respectively joined to the assembly parts protruding at the corresponding outer side of the brackets attached at both left/right sides of the window frame thereof.

4. The bracket mount structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the passage of the sliding member has a funnel-shaped guide recess defining both ends thereon respectively.

5. The bracket mount structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the hanging part of the sliding member is made in a downwardly-extending C shape.

6. The bracket mount structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the width of the blind body is smaller than that of the window frame thereof.

7. The bracket mount structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the blind body can be respectively made of a light-passable fabric and a black-out fabric to be mounted to the sliding members of different front/rear support sections thereof.

8. The bracket mount structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the bracket can also be provided with a patterned decoration member having a plurality of support sections with coupling ends that are alternatively arranged in upper/lower positions and cooperatively matched to a first sliding member and a groove of a second sliding member respectively.

9. The bracket mount structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the groove of the second sliding member thereof is curved into an inverted U shape with an opening end disposed thereon.

10. The bracket mount structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the hanging part extending at the bottom of the second sliding member thereof is made in a hole shape.
