Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a display package, and more particularly to a display package that is suitable for small-sized accessories, can efficiently hold a small-sized accessory in position and has a neat appearance.

2. Description of Related Art

Conventional display packages on the market are substantially cataloged in one of the following three types.

1. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) package: the PVC package accommodates small-sized accessories, is usually a flat bag and has a paper card inside the flat bag. The flat bag is soft and transparent. When the paper card is inserted into the flat bag, the flat bag is extended by the paper card to maintain a certain shape. The paper cards further have logos, pictures or information printed on the paper card to inform consumers and to enhance the attractiveness of the package. The accessories are usually placed inside the flat bag in front of the paper cards. However, the accessories slide inside the flat bag, sometimes cover the information on the paper card and even puncture the flat bag because the PVC package does not have a device to hold the accessories in position. Some manufacturers have modified the PVC package by thermally attaching the flat PVC bag to the card to limit movement of the enclosed accessory. However, thermally attaching the flat bag to the paper card easily wrinkles the unattached bag. Therefore, the thermally modified PVC package has poor quality in appearance and a higher manufacturing cost.

2. Casing package: the casing package is composed of two symmetrical half bodies and has a cavity corresponding to the accessory after the two half bodies are assembled. Each half body is transparent and rigid so the accessory is visible and stably held inside the cavity. Although the accessory is held securely in position and the appearance of the casing package is neat, the casing package is expensive to manufacture and occupies more space when stored after the half bodies are fabricated.

3. Suspension clip: the suspension clip directly holds an accessory in a stable position and can be hung on a rack. However, the suspension clip does not have a cover to protect the accessory. The accessory is exposed to ambient humidity and airborne dust and dirt, easily becomes dusty and dirty and possibly corrodes. Moreover, the suspension clip does not have the capability to display information and attract consumers.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate or obviate the disadvantages of the conventional display packages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is to provide a display package that has a neat appearance and can efficiently hold a small-sized accessory in position.

To achieve the foregoing objective, the display package in accordance with the present invention comprises a bag, a positioning template and a hanging attachment.
