Structure of a sounding device

A structure of a sounding device primarily includes a plurality of holding chambers dug on a floor tile and are kept a distance from an opposite surface of the floor tile. A sounding device and a button circuit are located in the holding chambers, and the sounding device can give off sound upon pressing the button. Upon laying the floor tile, the surface of the aforementioned device is faced down on ground, so as to isolate children or people with a contact surface of the aforementioned device.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to structure of a sounding device, and more particularly to structure wherein a cover chamber and holding chambers are dug and concave in a floor tile without penetrating, and a contact layer is located at an opposite surface to a first holding chamber of the floor tile, whereas a sounding hole is installed at an opposite surface to a second holding chamber of the floor tile; a connection wire is used to connect with a battery, the sounding device, and a sounding circuit whereas the sounding circuit is installed in one of the holding chambers along with a button and the battery, and the contact layer is located at the opposite surface to that holding chamber of the floor tile; the sounding device is inserted into another holding chamber, and the sounding hole is located at the opposite surface to that holding chamber of the floor tile.

As the aforementioned compartments are sealed inside the floor tile by covering a base cover on the cover chamber of the floor tile, the aforementioned holding chambers are dug out without penetrating, and the base cover serves as a contact surface between the floor tile and ground, therefore a surface exposed from the floor tile cannot be directly or indirectly contacted with the aforementioned circuit structure upon laying the floor tile, thereby avoiding the occurrence of eating by mistake or getting an electric shock to a child during playing.

As the floor tile is made of a soft material, when a hand presses down the contact surface, the contact surface can be pressed down to electrically conduct the button, so as to generate a closed circuit for the battery and sounding circuit, thereby driving the sounding device to give off sound to an exterior of the floor title through the sounding hole.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

A jigsaw puzzle is a common toy for a child. However, most of the jigsaw puzzles sold on the existing market are without sound. Although the jigsaw puzzle can be used to strengthen the capability of doing by hands for the children, the children are rarely interested in connecting the puzzles due to the drawback of no sound, as the children are more sensitive to sound than vision; static patterns without sound are difficult to incur strong interest to young children, especially.

Currently, a kind of jigsaw floor title that can give off sound has a great sale on the existing market. The holding chamber for installing a sounding device is made by directly digging through the floor title, and then the surface of the holding chamber is pasted with a thin slice for protection after installing the sounding device. However, the thin slice pasted on the surface of or a filling material stuffed in the holding chamber of sounding device after being dug through can be very easily taken out by children at play, thereby easily inducing an accident.

Whether a toy for children is capable of reliable safety is an issue worthy of notification in the market of toys. For a jigsaw puzzle that can give off sound as provided by the P.R.O.C. patent ZL97220416 (Jigsaw puzzle that can give off sound), a sounding device is installed beneath the jigsaw, therefore it is very easy for a child to explore the device that can give off sound, which also exists a safety issue.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a structure of a sounding device. As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, the present invention is composed of a floor tile, a base cover, a sounding circuit, a sounding device; and a battery, wherein a cover chamber and two holding chambers are dug and concave in an exterior of the floor title without penetrating, a contact layer is located at an opposite surface to one of the holding chambers of the floor title, a sounding hole is located at an opposite surface to another holding chamber of the floor tile, and a button is located on the sounding circuit.

Referring to FIG. 4, a connection wire is used to connect with the battery, the sounding device, and the sounding circuit, whereas the sounding circuit is installed in the holding chamber along with the button and the battery. In addition, the contact layer is located at the opposite surface to that holding chamber of the floor tile.

On the other hand, the sounding device is inserted in another holding chamber, and the sounding hole is located at the opposite surface to that holding chamber of the floor tile.

As the aforementioned compartments are sealed inside the floor tile by covering the base cover on the cover chamber of the floor tile, the aforementioned holding chambers are dug out without penetrating, and the base cover serves as a contact surface between the floor tile and ground, therefore a surface exposed from the floor tile cannot be directly or indirectly contacted with the aforementioned circuit structure upon laying the floor tile, thereby avoiding the occurrence of eating by mistake or getting an electric shock to a child during playing.

To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 shows a front view of the present invention.

FIG. 2 shows a rear view of the present invention.

FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of compartments of the present invention.

FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of a cross section of the present invention.

FIG. 5 shows a schematic view of an implementation of the present invention.

FIG. 6 shows a schematic view of another implementation of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, as the floor tile A is made of a soft material, when a hand G presses down the contact surface A3, the contact surface A3 can be pressed down to electrically conduct the button C1, so as to generate a closed circuit for the battery E and the sounding circuit C, thereby driving the sounding device D to give off sound to an exterior of the floor title A through the sounding hole A4.

Moreover, upon laying the floor tile A in a large quantity, the aforementioned compartments will not be destroyed by children when playing on the floor tile A, and will not be contacted by the children, so as to avoid an accident of eating by mistake or getting an electric shock, due to the fact that the aforementioned compartments, such as the circuit board C, the button C1, the sounding device D, and the battery E, have been already sealed inside the floor tile A by the base cover B, and this surface of the floor tile A cannot be contacted with ground.

To further emphasize the advancement and practicability of the present invention, the advantages of the present invention are listed below:

1. As it is not necessary to dig through the holding chambers, therefore it is no need to fill separate filling material into the holding chambers, thereby preventing from taking out the filling material by children at play.

2. According to 1, the occurrence of eating by mistake for children can be avoided.

3. According to 1, a wire of sounding device is not exposed, which will not generate a phenomenon of leaking electricity and will be provided with a safety feature.

4. It can reduce a production procedure, and requires no extra filling material.

It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
