Foldable collection box

A foldable collection box includes a foldable outer box and a drawer-style storage box for facilitating folding and collecting and having a smallest size, thereby having a convenience in using. The outer box and the drawer-style storage box are made by sewing a soft material, and delectable supporting boards and fixed supporting boards are sewed inside the outer box and the drawer-style storage box, respectively. In addition, movable supporting boards are located inside the boxes to enhance strength of the entire box structure, and an opening is located at a proper position at a rear wall of the outer box for avoiding a generation of vacuum inside the outer box, thereby facilitating drawing out and emplacing in the drawer-style storage box.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a foldable collection box, and more particularly to a foldable storage box structure which is composed of an outer box and a drawer-style storage box, using supporting boards sewed inside the outer box and the drawer-style storage box to achieve advantages of quickly opening and easily drawing out and emplacing in the storage box.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Currently, for an ordinary family or company, all kinds of various styles of storage boxes are commonly used for collecting objects. Therefore, all kinds of various styles of storage boxes, including a multi-layer style, a single-layer style, a style with plastic material, a style with non-woven fabric material, a lid-lifting style, and a drawer-style, exist on the market in order to save space, reduce weight of box, and facilitate collection.

Referring to FIGS. 1A and 1B, a conventional foldable collection box is made as a lid-lifting style, wherein the lid-lifting collection box a is composed of a lid a1 and a box a2. The box a2 is manufactured as a foldable style with a soft material and a hard-board material, and the lid a1 is used to cover on an opening at a top of the box a2. Although this kind of lid-lifting design can achieve an advantage of convenience in collecting, objects emplaced in the box can usually be over weighted, which will induce a collapsing due to an inability of sustaining loading by the hard boards at sides, when being used in a stack. Moreover, when placing the collection box a in a stack, the collection box a must be taken down separately before performing the collection work, due to the fact that the lid a1 is at a top of the box a2. Accordingly, the structure of aforementioned collection box is improved by assembling a foldable outer box and a drawer-style storage box with additional movable supporting boards installed in the outer box and the storage box, so as to increase strength of the entire box structure. In addition, an opening is located at a proper position on a rear wall of the outer box, and is provided with a filtering net having a ventilation effect and a function of preventing bugs from entering, in order to avoid a generation of a vacuum effect in the outer box, and to facilitate drawing out and emplacing in the drawer-style storage box.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a foldable collection box which is convenient to use and can increase strength of the entire box structure.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an outer box structure for easily drawing out and emplacing in a drawer-style storage box.

Accordingly, the present invention comprises primarily a foldable outer box and a drawer-style storage box, wherein the outer box and the drawer-style storage box are manufactured by sewing a soft material, and deflectable supporting boards and fixed supporting boards are sewed on proper positions inside the boxes. In addition, two movable supporting boards are installed inside the outer box and the drawer-style storage box. The supporting boards are made from a hard material which is cut and trimmed, and processed with a non-slip operation at a bottom of the outer box. A handle is located at a front of the drawer-style storage box. Moreover, an opening is located at a proper position on a rear wall of the outer box, and is provided with a filtering net having a ventilation effect and a function of preventing bugs from entering. An opening is also located on the movable supporting board installed inside the outer box.

Upon using the aforementioned structure, the fixed supporting board on a top surface of the outer box is pulled up first, and then the deflectable supporting boards at two sides inside the outer box are put in a straight position to be against the soft material on two side walls of the outer box, such that top and bottom edges of the deflectable supporting boards are against the fixed supporting boards on a top surface and a bottom surface inside the outer box, respectively. Next, the movable supporting board of the outer box is emplaced on an inner surface of the rear wall of the outer box, so as to align the opening of the outer box with the opening of the movable supporting board, thereby constituting an outer box with a front opening. On the other hand, the fixed supporting boards on a front and a rear surface of the drawer-style storage box are pulled toward a front and a rear direction, respectively, and the deflectable supporting boards at a left and a right side are put in a straight position to be against the soft material on a left and a right wall, such that front and rear edges of the deflectable supporting boards are against the fixed supporting boards on a front and a rear surface inside the drawer-style storage box. Next, the movable supporting board is emplaced on a bottom of the drawer-style storage box, so as to constitute a drawer-style storage box with an opening facing upward. Finally, the drawer-style storage box is emplaced in a holding space of the outer box to accomplish the assembling. Accordingly, it is very convenient upon using the present invention. Furthermore, the side walls at the periphery of the outer box and drawer-style storage box are all supported by the supporting boards made of a hard-board material, thereby complementing and enhancing strength of the entire foldable storage box. In addition, an opening is located at a proper position on a rear wall of the outer box, and is provided with a filtering net having a ventilation effect and a function of preventing bugs from entering, so as to avoid a generation of a vacuum phenomenon in the outer box, and enable a smoother movement upon drawing out the drawer-style storage box. Moreover, as the bottom of the outer box is made by a material processed with a non-slip operation, therefore a relative sliding caused by drawing out the drawer-style storage box can be prevented after stacking up the foldable storage boxes.

To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the present invention comprises primarily an outer box 10 and a drawer-style storage box 20, wherein the outer box 10 is a bag 11 which is provided with a front opening and is sewed with a soft material, whereas supporting boards are made by a hard-board material after being cut and trimmed. Two fixed supporting boards 12 with an equal size are fixed on a top and a bottom surface inside the bag 11, and two deflectable supporting boards 13 are sewed at a left and a right side. Bottom edges of the deflectable supporting boards 13 are directly sewed on left and right edges of the fixed supporting boards 12 at the bottom surface, and an opening 14 having a filtering net 14a is located at a proper position on a rear wall of the outer box 10. The filtering net 14a can be manufactured by weaving threads having an anti-bug effect, in order to achieve a better effect of bug-proof. The bottom of the outer box 10 is made by a material 15 processed with a non-slip operation (or a piece of anti-slip cushion can be fixed on the bottom). A piece of movable supporting board 16 with a shape corresponding to that of the rear wall of the outer box 10 is also located on the bottom of the outer box 10. An opening 16a (a filtering net 16a1 can also be installed on the opening 16a) is located at a center of the movable supporting board 16, and a pull ring 16b is located at a proper position at one end of the movable supporting board 16.

The drawer-style storage box 20 is a bag 21 which is provided with an opening on a top and is sewed with a soft material. Two fixed supporting boards 22 with an equal size are fixed on a front and a rear surface inside the bag 21, and two deflectable supporting boards 23 are sewed at left and right sides. Top edges of the deflectable supporting boards 23 are sewed directly on top edges at a left and a right side of the bag 21, and a handle 24 is installed on a front surface of the drawer-style storage box 20. The same effect as the handle 24 can also be achieved by making a hole on the front board. In addition, a piece of movable supporting board 25 with a size corresponding to that of the drawer-style storage box is located at a bottom of the drawer-style storage box, and a pull ring 25a is located at a proper position at one end of the movable supporting board 25.

Referring to FIG. 4A to FIG. 5B, upon assembling the aforementioned structures, the fixed supporting board 12 on the top surface of the outer box 10 is pulled up first, and then the movable supporting boards 13 at two sides inside the outer box 10 are put in a straight position to be against a soft material on two side walls of the outer box 10, such that the top and bottom edges of the movable supporting boards 13 are against the fixed supporting boards 12 on the top and bottom surfaces inside the outer box 10, respectively. Next, the movable supporting board 16 of the outer box 10 is emplaced on an inner surface on a rear wall of the outer box 10, so as to align the opening 14 of the outer box 10 with the opening 16a of the movable supporting board 16, thereby constituting an outer box 10 having a front opening. On the other hand, the fixed supporting boards 22 on the front and the rear surface of the drawer-style storage box 20 are pulled toward a front and a rear direction, respectively, and the deflectable supporting boards 23 at a left and a right side are put in a straight position to be against a soft material on the left and the right wall, such that the front and the rear edge of the deflectable supporting boards 23 are against the fixed supporting boards 22 on the front and the rear surface inside the drawer-style storage box 20, respectively. Next, the movable supporting board 25 is emplaced on a bottom of the drawer-style storage box 20, thereby constituting a drawer-style storage box 20 having an opening facing upward. Finally, the drawer-style storage box 20 is emplaced in a holding space 10a of the outer box 10, which accomplishes the assembling.

As shown in FIG. 6, it shows a schematic view of another implementation of the present invention. A lid 26 is installed at an edge of an opening on a top of the drawer-style storage box. The lid 26 can be made by a soft or hard material, and a zip 26a is located at a periphery of the lid 26 and can be combined with a zip 20a at an edge of an opening of the drawer-style storage box 20, which can be used along with the entire box structure or can be used independently.

Accordingly, the present invention is composed of an outer box and a drawer-style storage box, which can actually achieve a convenience in using, and can increase strength of the entire box structure. In addition, a filtering net having a ventilation effect and a function of preventing bugs from entering is installed on an opening, so as to avoid a generation of a vacuum phenomenon in the outer box, which will induce a difficulty in drawing out the storage box.

It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.

Claims

1. A foldable collection box comprising a foldable outer box and a drawer-style storage box for facilitating folding and collecting and having a smallest size, thereby having a convenience in using; wherein the outer box is made by sewing a soft material into a bag with a front opening, two fixed supporting boards with an identical size are fixed on a top and a bottom surface inside the bag, deflectable supporting boards are sewed on a left and a right edge by sewing their bottom edges directly on the left and the right edge of the fixed supporting board at a bottom surface, an opening which is provided with a filtering net is located at a proper position on a rear wall of the outer box, the bottom of the outer box is made by a material after being processed with a non-slip operation, a movable supporting board having a shape corresponding to that of the rear wall of the outer box and an opening is also located on the bottom of the outer box, and a pull ring is located at a proper position at one end of the movable supporting board; the drawer-style storage box made by sewing a soft material into a bag with an opening facing upward, two fixed supporting boards with an identical size fixed on a front and a rear surface inside the bag, deflectable supporting boards sewed at a left and a right edge by sewing top edges of the deflectable supporting board directly on top edges at a left and a right side of the bag, a handle installed on a front surface of the drawer-style storage box, a movable supporting board having a size corresponding to that of a bottom of the drawer-style storage box installed at the bottom of the drawer-style storage box, and a pull ring located at a proper position at one end of the movable supporting board.

2. The foldable collection box according to claim 1, wherein the supporting boards are made by a hard material after being cut and trimmed.

3. The foldable collection box according to claim 1, wherein a piece of anti-slip cushion can be fixed on a bottom of the outer box.

4. The foldable collection box according to claim 1, wherein a filtering net can be installed on an opening of the movable supporting board of the outer box.

5. The foldable collection box according to claim 1, wherein the filtering net can be manufactured by weaving threads having an anti-bug effect.

6. The foldable collection box according to claim 4, wherein the filtering net can be manufactured by weaving threads having an anti-bug effect.

7. The foldable collection box according to claim 1, wherein the same effect as the handle can be achieved by making a hole on the front board.

8. The foldable collection box according to claim 1, wherein a lid can be added on an edge at an opening on a top of the drawer-style storage box, and a zip can be installed at a periphery of the lid of the drawer-style storage box for assembling with a zip at a periphery of the opening of the drawer-style storage box.

9. The foldable collection box according to claim 7, wherein the lid of the drawer-style storage box can be made by a soft material.

10. The foldable collection box according to claim 7, wherein the lid of the drawer-style storage box can be made by a hard material.
