Multiple-use dynamic water surfboard device

A dynamic water surfboard has a power system for providing power to the dynamic water surfboard. The dynamic water surfboard further has a plurality of connecting holes or screw holes. Thereby the dynamic water surfboard can be connected to a great or air inflation surfboard so as to drive the great or air inflation surfboard or the dynamic water surfboard can be used singly. The dynamic water surfboard has a motor and a propeller as a power movement mechanics. A safety mask is locked to a rear side of the propeller by using screws and a handle is installed at a front end of the dynamic water surfboard. Thus the design of the dynamic water surfboard is economic and has wide applications.

Description

The present invention is a continuation in part of U.S. Pat. No. 6,966,808 which is assigned and invented by the invention of the present invention. Thus the contents of U.S. Pat. No. 6,966,808 are incorporated into the present invention as a part of the present invention.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to surfboards, and particularly to a multiple-use dynamic water surfboard device, wherein the dynamic water surfboard can be used singly as a surfboard, or it be assembled to a great or air inflation surfboard as a power source of the great surfboard so as to be as a dynamic boat.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A surfboard is a floating board specifically designed for wave riding on the sea. It is not easy to ride a surfboard on sea waves. It needs skill to ride a surfboard on a sea wave. A skillful person can ride a surfboard on a sea wave without much effort. However, it requires much effort to carry a surfboard from the beach to a certain distance in the sea, and the player becomes exhausted soon when enjoying wave riding.

Thus, the inventor of the present invention discloses a novel design, U.S. Pat. No. 6,966,808, which is a dynamic water surfboard, by which the user can drive the dynamic water surfboard to a place far away from the seashore for surfing.

In U.S. Pat. No. 6,966,808, referring to FIG. 1, a power surfboard is disclosed. A power surfboard 1 is shown, which comprises an engine 13 and a propeller 131 that are operated to propel the power surfboard 1 on the sea, enabling the user to enjoy wave riding, a rudder 23 provided at the bottom side for directing wave riding of the power surfboard 1, and a control handle 2 provided at the top side for controlling the direction of the rudder 23.

The control handle 2 is coupled to the power surfboard 1 by a hinge 21. The hinge 21 comprises a first leaf 211, which is coupled to the control handle 2, and a second leaf 214, which is pivotally connected to the first leaf 211 and fixedly fastened to the power surfboard 1. The first leaf 211 has a peripheral notch 212 on the middle of one side edge thereof, and a transversely extended locating groove 213. The second leaf 214 has a screw rod 215 pivoted thereto. The screw rod 215 is mounted with a retaining rod 216 and a locknut 217. When in use, lift the control handle 2 from the collapsed horizontal position 3 to the operative vertical position to close the first leaf 211 and the second leaf 214, and then lift the screw rod 215 from the horizontal position shown in the drawings to the vertical position to engage the screw rod 215 into the peripheral notch 212 of the first leaf 211, and then rotate the locknut 217 to lower the retaining rod 216 and to engage the retaining rod 216 into the transversely extended locating groove 213, and therefore the hinge 21 is locked in the close position and the control handle 2 is locked in the operative vertical position. Further, a rudder column 22 is pivotally provided at the bottom side of the second leaf 214 of the hinge 21 and inserted through a through hole 16 in the power surfboard 1 and a mounting through hole 231 of the rudder 23 and then secured to the rudder 23 by a resilient retainer 222. The resilient retainer 222 is inserted into the hollow bottom end of the rudder column 22, having two retaining portions 223 respectively engaged into respective locating holes 221 at two sides of the peripheral wall of the hollow bottom end of the rudder column 22. The resilient retainer 222 can be removed from the rudder column 22 by forcing the retaining portions 223 inwards into the inside of the hollow bottom end of the rudder column 22. When lifted the control handle 2 to the operative vertical position, the control handle 2 is coupled to the rudder column 22, and therefore the user can turn the handle 2 to bias the rudder 23 and to further control the direction of wave riding.

Moreover, referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, wherein the power surfboard 3 comprises a bottom coupling block 31, a rudder column 41 pivoted to the bottom coupling block 31 and holding a rudder 42, and two handles 4 respectively fastened to the rudder column 41 at two sides. When surfing, the user is lying prostrate on the power surfboard 3 with the hands holding the handles 4 to control the direction of the rudder 42. The power surfboard 3 further comprises an engine 32 and a propeller 321 for propelling the power surfboard 3 on the sea, an on/off switch 34 for controlling the operation of the engine 32, a meshed guard 322 fixedly fastened to the back end by screws 3221 to protect the propeller 321, and a safety belt 35 provided at one side for fastening to the user's hand or leg.

Although the prior art has improved many defects in the prior art, it still has some features capable of being added thereto so as to increase the function of the surfboard.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a multiple-use dynamic water surfboard device, wherein the dynamic water surfboard can be used singly as a surfboard, or it be assembled to a great or air inflation surfboard as a power source of the great surfboard so as to be as a dynamic boat.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a multiple-use dynamic water surfboard device having a power system for providing power to the dynamic water surfboard and a plurality of connecting holes or screw holes; The dynamic water surfboard can be connected to a great or air inflation surfboard so as to drive the great or air inflation surfboard or the dynamic water surfboard can be used singly. Furthermore the dynamic water surfboard device comprises a dynamic water surfboard; a bottom side of the dynamic water surfboard having a motor and a propeller as a power movement mechanics; the dynamic water surfboard further having a touch type power switch at a lower side thereof for controlling the actuation of the motor; a safety mask locked to a rear side of the propeller by using screws; a handle installed at a front end of the dynamic water surfboard; the handle installed to a through hole at a front end of the dynamic water surfboard; a folded portion installed at a lower section of the handle for installing the handle to the dynamic water surfboard. A direction change rod is installed at a lower side of the folded portion. The direction change rod passes through the through hole of the dynamic water surfboard and then protrudes to a lower side of the dynamic water surfboard and directional rudder plate passing through an assembled hole of the direction change rod.

Moreover, a detachable chair is installed on the dynamic water surfboard; a periscope is installed on the dynamic water surfboard; and collision-proof protection body is installed at a periphery of the dynamic water surfboard.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIG. 4, the exploded perspective view of the present invention is illustrated. The dynamic water surfboard 3 of the present invention is illustrated.

The dynamic water surfboard 3 of the present invention has a power system for providing power to the dynamic water surfboard 3. The dynamic water surfboard 3 further has a plurality of connecting holes or screw holes. Thereby the dynamic water surfboard 3 can be connected to a great or air inflation surfboard so as to drive the great or air inflation surfboard or the dynamic water surfboard 3 can be used singly. Thus the design of the present invention is economic and has wide application.

The dynamic water surfboard 3 is made of soft or air inflated soft material. A bottom side of the dynamic water surfboard 3 has a motor 32 and a propeller 321 as a power movement mechanics. The dynamic water surfboard 3 further has a touch type power switch 34 at a lower side thereof for controlling the actuation of the motor.

A safety mask 322 is locked to a rear side of the propeller 321 by using screws 3221.

A detachable chair 37 is installed on the dynamic water surfboard 3. A periscope 30 is installed on the dynamic water surfboard 3 for viewing the images underwater. A collision-proof protection body 300 is installed at a periphery of the dynamic water surfboard 3. The collision-proof protection body 300 is made of a plurality of rubber blocks or a thicker air cushion.

A handle 2 is installed at a front end of the dynamic water surfboard 3. The handle 2 is installed to a through hole 31 at a front end of the dynamic water surfboard 3.

A folded portion 21 is installed at a lower section of the handle 2. The folded portion 21 has a set of base plates 211, 214 which are pivotally installed at lateral sides of the folded portion 21. One side of one base plate 214 is pivotally installed with a screw rod 215. A buckling rod 216 and a locking nut 217 are assembled to an upper side of the screw rod 215. Another base plate 215 has a notch 212. When the two base plates 211, 214 clamp the handle 2, the screw rod 215 will enter into the notch 212. By the locking nut 217, the buckling rod 216 will enter into a positioning groove 213 at a top surface of the base plate 211. Thus the handle 2 is positioned.

A direction change rod 22 is installed at a lower side of the folded portion 21. The direction change rod 22 passes through the through hole 31 of the dynamic water surfboard 3 and then protrudes to a lower side of the dynamic water surfboard 3. A directional rudder plate 23 passes through an assembled hole 231 of the direction change rod 22.

An elastic buckle 23 is installed at a lower hole of the direction change rod 22. Two sides of the elastic buckle 23 have respective projections 223. The projections protrude out from the lateral holes 221 of the direction change rod 22. After the directional rudder plate 23 is assembled to the direction change rod 22, the projections 223 of the elastic buckle 23 will eject out from a lower side of the directional rudder plate 23 so that the directional rudder plate 23 is positioned. In detaching, the two projections of the elastic buckle 222 are pressed, and then the directional rudder plate 23 can be taken out. The whole handle 2 can be drawn out to separate from the dynamic water surfboard 3. Therefore, normally, the dynamic water surfboard 3 can be used singly as a surfboard. Furthermore it can be assembled to a great surfboard 5 (or an air inflation surfboard) as a power source of the great surfboard 5 so as to be as a dynamic boat. Thereby the handle 2 can cause that the present invention can be used as a direction controller of a water surfboard.

Thereby the cost is low and application of the present invention is wide.

Referring to FIG. 5, another application of the present invention is illustrated. It is shown that other than used as a power surfboard, the present invention can be assembled to a great or an air inflation surfboard 5 by using a plurality of fixing studs 360. The dynamic water surfboard 3 of the present invention can be used as a power source of the great surfboard 5.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A multiple-use dynamic water surfboard device having a power system for providing power to the dynamic water surfboard and a plurality of connecting holes or screw holes;

whereby the dynamic water surfboard can be connected to a great or air inflation surfboard by using the connecting holes of screw holes so as to drive the great or air inflation surfboard, or the dynamic water surfboard can be used singly.

2. A multiple-use dynamic water surfboard device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:

a dynamic water surfboard; a bottom side of the dynamic water surfboard having a motor and a propeller as a power movement mechanics; the dynamic water surfboard further having a touch type power switch at a lower side thereof for controlling the actuation of the motor;
a safety mask locked to a rear side of the propeller by using screws;
a handle installed at a front end of the dynamic water surfboard; the handle installed to a through hole at a front end of the dynamic water surfboard;
a folded portion installed at a lower section of the handle; the folded portion having a set of base plates which are pivotally installed at lateral sides of the folded portion; one side of one base plate being pivotally installed with a screw rod; a buckling rod and a locking nut being assembled to an upper side of the screw rod; another base plate having a notch; when the two base plates clamp the handle, the screw rod will enter into the notch; by the locking nut, the buckling rod will enter into a positioning groove at a top surface of the base plate; and thus the handle is positioned;
a direction change rod being installed at a lower side of the folded portion; the direction change rod passing through the through hole of the dynamic water surfboard and then protruding to a lower side of the dynamic water surfboard; a directional rudder plate passing through an assembled hole of the direction change rod;
an elastic buckle installed at a lower hole of the direction change rod; two sides of the elastic buckle having respective projections; the projections protruding out from the lateral holes of the direction change rod; after the directional rudder plate being assembled to the direction change rod, the projections of the elastic buckle will eject out from a lower side of the directional rudder plate so that the directional rudder plate is positioned; in detaching, the two projections of the elastic buckle are pressed, and then the directional rudder plate can be taken out; the whole handle can be drawn out to separate from the dynamic water surfboard; and
wherein the dynamic water surfboard can be used singly as a surfboard, or it be assembled to a great or air inflation surfboard as a power source of the great or an air inflation surfboard so as to be as a dynamic boat.

3. The multiple-use dynamic water surfboard device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a detachable chair is installed on the dynamic water surfboard; a periscope is installed on the dynamic water surfboard; and collision-proof protection body is installed at a periphery of the dynamic water surfboard.

4. The multiple-use dynamic water surfboard device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the collision-proof protection body is made of a plurality of rubber blocks or a thicker air cushion.
