My present invention relates to a fingernail scrub brush, intended for use by the general public. The existing art tat serve the same purpose as this invention are similar in their basic embodiments. The base-handle of the existing art are composed of a hard material such as plastic or wood and vary in size and form. The overall problem associated with the existing art is that they are quite often unsightly and consequently disregarded when one is washing their hands. One problem associated with use of the existing art is the bristle length, usually protruding half of an inch or longer from its housing surface. The flexibility of the brush block does not provide an effective scrubbing for those with short fingernails. Another problem associated with use of the existing art is that after the scrub brush is used, it is usually placed on a flat surface where it then creates a puddle. This puddle can often facilitate the growth of bacteria.
