Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to hair brushes, referring to a kind of hair brush having an improved structure, specifically regarding the arrangement of the combing bristles and vegetable bristle section.

2) Description of the Prior Art

As known, prior art hair brushes having vegetable bristle section combing bristles in a radial columnar shape all utilize a common-axis design and, furthermore, the combing bristles are disposed symmetrically along the axis. Therefore, when used to brush hair, only a single surface is groomed and the hair appears in a flattened state. In this type of hair brush, to solve such problems, each combing bristle is of unequal length and combined into an arrangement. However, the effectiveness is limited.

As indicated in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 2-1, which discloses this type of prior art hair brush 1, the prior art is comprised of a grip handle section 12 that provides for the embedding of a vegetable bristle section 10 and combing bristles 11; FIG. 1 is an isometric drawing of this type of prior hair brush, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional drawing of FIG. 1, wherein the vegetable bristle section 10 combing bristles 11 are of a radial columnar shape and the length of each combing bristle 11 are nominally equal, as shown in the drawings, such that when said structure brushes the hair, only a single surface is groomed and it is not possible to simultaneously brush the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer; the length of each combing bristle 11 in the vegetable bristle section 10 can be unequal and combined into an arrangement, as indicated in FIG. 2-1, but the effect is extremely limited and it is still not possible to effectively brush the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional drawing of another prior art hair brush of this type, wherein the vegetable bristle section 10 combing bristles 11 and 11′ are of a radial columnar shape; since the long combing bristles 11 and the short combing bristles 11′ are in an equally crossed over arrangement and simply because the long and short combing bristles 11 and 11′ are consist of an equally crossed over arrangement illustrated by the invisible line, when said structure is utilized to brush the hair, the short combing bristles 11′ still merely brush the single surface layer of the hair such that only said single surface of the hair is groomed as the simultaneous brushing of the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair is not possible; in other words, although the combing bristles 11 and 11′ are long and short, the short combing bristles 11′ portion only provides for the forced temporary application of the long combing bristles 11 against the hair and are incapable, when the hair is brushed, of respectively brushing the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair.

As a result, how to address a suitable improvement of such hair brushes such that when the hair is brushed, they are capable of simultaneously brushing inclusively the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair and no longer limited to bringing a single layer of hair or any one layer into a flattened state, thereby ensuring hair brushing and grooming effectiveness such that the hair is even more attractive, which a major theme of the present invention.
