BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to a headwear which can create various shapes having a three-dimensional effect without employing additional materials for a visor to provide the user with an aesthetic feeling and enhance remarkably a value of commoditiy of the article.

2. Description of the Related Art

In general, the baseball style headwear has been used widely, such headwear comprises a crown section consisting of a plurality of panels and acting as a main body of the had surrounding a head of the user; a visor section attached to a lower end of a front side of the crown to protect a face of the user from the rays of the sun; a head band attached to a circumference of a lower end an inside of the crown for absorbing sweat come out from a forehead and head of the user; and a size adjusting unit attached to a lower end portion of a rear side of the crown. Unlike the baseball style headwear, a visor cap consists of a frame surrounding a head of the user; a visor section attached to a front side of the frame to protect a face of the user from the rays of the sun; and a size adjusting unit attached to a rear side of the frame and being capable of adjusting a size of the frame according to a size of head of the user. The above headwear has been broken from a simple use for protecting the rays of the sun and has been developed as one kind of fashion means for expressing oneself. Based on the above, a symbol mark of the company is expressed on the headwear and the various ornaments are added to the headwear or the visor cap according to requirements of the users who seek the beauty to increase the aesthetic feeling for the headwear.

However, according to a desire of the user who seeks the more various smartness, the continuous change on these view points is required. In particular, if the different ornaments are provided to the headwear to provide the aesthetic sense, the work feels the troublesomeness and the user feels the heterogeneity if the headwear is not harmonized with the added ornaments.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention is conceived to solve above problems, a major object of the present invention is to provide a headwear which can create inartificially the various shapes with a three-dimensional effect using the three-dimensional shapes secured by a sewing process without using the different additional material to have an enhance aesthetic sense,

In order to achieve the above object, the baseball type headwear according to the present invention comprises a crown section consisting of a plurality of panels and a visor attached to a lower portion of front side of the crown section, won, and the visor cap according to the present invention consists of a frame section surrounding a circumference of the user's head and a visor attached to a front side of the frame, the visor is made of a lower fabric, a visor pan and an upper fabric, a portion of the visor pad is cleaved to form the various shaped visor pad pieces and the cleaved visor pad pieces are overlapped with each other.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The above and/or other aspects and advantages of the prevent invention will become apparent and more readily appreciated from the following description of the exemplary embodiments, taken in conjunction with the accompany drawings, in which:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view a headwear having a visor according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view the headwear having the visor according to the present invention;

FIG. 3 is an exploded view the visor according to the present invention; and

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the visor cap having a visor according to another embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ILLUSTRATIVE, NON-LIMITING EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below so as to explain the present invention by referring to the figures.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view a headwear having a visor according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view the headwear having the visor according to the present invention and FIG. 3 is an exploded view the visor according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the headwear according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a crown section 1 consisting of a plurality of panels and acting as a main body of the headwear and a visor section 2 attached to a lower end portion of front side of the crown section. The visor section 2 consists of an upper fabric 3, a lower fabric 6 and visor pads 4 and 5 placed between the upper and lower fabrics, and the visor pads 4, 5 can be made of soft or hard material. The visor pads 4, 5 are cleaved along a circumference line thereof. The visor pads are not cleaved completely to divide into two segments, but are cleaved in a certain range according to the user's intention. One or more cleaving lines mentioned above can be formed, a shape of each cleaving line of the visor pad is formed according to a convexity manufactured in advance. The above shape of each cleaving line can be modified according to the user's intention, the visor pads can be cleaved by another possible method besides the above method using the convexity. A lower cleaved portion 5 of the visor pad is pushed up on the cleaving line of the visor pad to place the lower cleaved portion 5 of the visor pad on an upper cleaved portion 4 of the visor pad, and so the lower cleaved portion 5 of the visor pad and the upper cleaved portion 4 of the visor pad are overlapped with each other. The visor pads are then covered with the upper fabric 3 and the lower fabric 6, and wrapped by the fabrics through the sewing process and an overlapped portion of the fabrics is secured. In the completed visor section 2 manufactured as described above, without employing the additional different material, a three-dimensional shape which is intended by the user is created on the visor section 2 by the overlapped portion. Due to the three-dimensional effect which is not expressed by using the additional material, but is expressed on the visor itself, the inartificial appearance is provided so that the user can feel the unique aesthetic sense.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the visor cap having a visor according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, the visor cap according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises a frame section 7 which does not surround the entire head of the user, but surrounds circumference of the user's head and a visor section 8 attached to a lower end portion of front side of the frame section 7. Like the visor section of the baseball type headwear as described above, the visor section 8 consists of an upper fabric, a lower fabric and a visor pad placed between the upper and lower fabrics, and the visor pad can be made of soft or hard material. The visor pad is cleaved along a circumference line thereof. The visor pad is not cleaved completely to divide into two segments, but is cleaved in a certain range according to the user's intention. One or more cleaving line mentioned above can be formed, a shape of each cleaving line of the visor pad is formed according to a convexity manufactured in advance. The above shape of each cleaving line can be modified according to the user's intention, the visor pad can be cleaved by another possible method besides the above method using the convexity. A lower cleaved portion of the visor pad is pushed up on the cleaving line of the visor pad to place the lower cleaved portion of the visor pad on an upper cleaved portion of the visor pad, and so the lower cleaved portion of the visor pad and the upper cleaved portion of the visor pad are overlapped with each other. The visor pad is then covered with the upper fabric and the lower fabric and wrapped by the fabrics through the sewing process, and an overlapped portion of the fabrics providing an aesthetic sense is secured.

According to the present invention, in the baseball type headwear or the visor cap shaped headwear, without using a different additional material, a certain area of the visor pad is cleaved variously according to the user's intention, a lower cleaved portion of the visor pad is overlapped with an upper cleaved portion of the visor pad on the cleaving line, and a wrapping and overlapped portion of the lower and upper fabrics is secured by the sewing process. Accordingly, the various shapes having a three-dimensional effect can be created on the visor section due to the overlapped portion so that a value of commoditiy of the article is remarkably enhanced by providing the user with the aesthetic sense.

The present invention is applicable to the baseball style headwear and the visor cap as well as all style headwears worn on the head. Although a few exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
