FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to an assembled shelf structure, and more particularly to rack that does not need screws when putting it up or taking it down, making it more convenient and effective.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The improved assembled shelf structure disclosed in the present invention is comprised of different rods in each shelf, connecting each part to make the entire structure. There are many structures of an assembled shelf structure; however, the conventional structure cannot be assembled quickly when connecting the parts of the shelf together. The structure needs some screws to position it in most times; therefore, it is not convenient and not effective when assembling the shelf.

Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement in the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy.

To this end, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The improved facts of the present invention are presented herein.

The present invention is comprised of bar-type side racks 1A 1B, the lower positioning racks 20A 20B, and upper positioning rack 30. The structure of the assembled storage bag can be made in the simplest and lightest way, which can greatly reduce the material and cost and meet the preferred industrial needs. Moreover, the lower stationary rack 20 is placed on the bottom of the two side racks 1A 1B using the sheathing parts 21 22 through front/rear positioning ends 12 13. The upper stationary rack 30 is positioned quickly by putting the through positioning part 31 over the top of the two side racks 1A 1B so that the process of assembling the shelf rack does not need screws or other positioning parts to achieve a more convenient and effective assembling.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIGS. 1-5, there is a preferred embodiment of the assembled shelf structure of the present invention, except that this embodiment is for description only, and it is not limited to this structure when applying for the patent.

The structure of the assembled shelf structure includes two side racks 1A 1B, which are standing vertically. The side rack is made by a single bar frame 10, and among them, the top and bottom of the two side racks 1A 1B have upper positioning part 11 and lower positioning part 12 with pre-determined height. The lower part of the two side racks 1A 1B have front/rear positioning ends 12 13.

Two lower positioning racks 20A 20B are placed horizontally between the front/rear positioning ends 12 13 of the two racks 1A 1B. Sheathing parts 21 22 are placed on two ends of the lower positioning rack 20A 20B, and the lower positioning rack is mounted on sheathing parts 21 22 by a metal rod on both ends of the two metal vertical cylinders. The two sheathing parts can be used to connect the front/rear positioning ends 12 13 at the bottom of the two side racks 1A 1B, and by so doing, the two sheathing parts position the distance between the two side racks 1A 1B at the bottom.

An upper positioning rack 30 is placed in between the top of the two side racks 1A 1B, and the through positioning part 31 is placed on its two sides. The through positioning part is vertically placed on the tops of the two side racks 1A 1B mentioned above for connection, and by so doing, the positioning part positions the distance between the two side racks 1A 1B on the top.

Among them, the upper positioning part 11 on the top of the side rack 1A 1B can be a horizontal rod or rail or protruding block. The upper positioning part 11 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a rail. The upper positioning part 11B shown in FIG. 14 can be a protruding block.

Among them, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, the front/rear positioning ends 12 13 placed on the lower part of the two side racks 1A 1B can be a rod, so that the two lower positioning ends 12 13 can form through hole with the corresponding sheathing parts 21 22. The sheathing part 21C shown in FIG. 8 can also be a blind hole.

Among them, as shown in FIG. 6, the front/rear positioning ends 12B 13B placed on the lower part of the two side racks 1A 1B can be a hollow type, so that the two lower positioning racks 20A 20B can form a rod with the corresponding sheathing part 21B 22B. In this embodiment, one side of the positioning end 12B 13B of the hollow type forms a slot 14, leaving space for the lower positioning rack 20A or 20B when assembling it (as shown in FIG. 7).

Among them, the front/rear positioning ends 12 13 on the lower part of the side racks 1A 1B may have a wheel structure for the convenience of rolling the shelf.

Among them, as shown in FIG. 9, which is another embodiment of the lower positioning rack, the lower positioning rack 20C disclosed in this figure is a rectangle wooden or plastic block.

Among them, the space between the top and bottom of the side racks 1A 1B has a pre-determined quantity of rail 40, and the placement of the rail is for the shelf or drawer to slide. As shown in FIG. 10, the rail 40 is for the drawer 50 to slide. As shown in FIG. 11, the upper positioning part 11C is a horizontal rod for a hanger 61 at the top of the containment bag 60.

Among them, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper stationary rack 30 can be a frame, which includes an external frame 301 and at least two internal bars 302. The two internal bars are placed on two sides of the external frame 301 in parallel to form the through positioning part 31 in between.

Among them, the upper stationary rack 30B as shown in FIG. 12 is a plate (such as wooden plate, plastic plate and metal plate), and rectangle through holes are set up on both sides of the upper stationary rack 30B to form the through positioning part 31B. The lower stationary racks 20A 20B of this embodiment is a plate as well.

Through the above structure and design, the operation of the present invention disclosed herein is explained herein.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the shelf rack of the present invention is assembled, the two side racks 1A 1B are placed in the sheathing parts 21 22 of the lower positioning rack 20A 20B through its front/rear positioning ends 12 13, positioning the distance between the two sides racks 1A 1B at the bottom. Then, the upper positioning rack 30 is positioned by putting the through positioning part 31 unto the two side racks 1A 1B, positioning the upper part of the two side racks 1A 1B using the principle that the two side racks mentioned above can tighten the upper stationary rack 30. By so doing, the two side racks 1A 1B are positioned, and the lower stationary rack 20 and the upper stationary rack 30 do not need other positioning parts for assistance.

As shown in FIG. 13, there is another embodiment of the lower positioning rack of the present invention. The lower positioning rack 20D of the present embodiment is a single structure, and four sheathing parts 21 22 at the corner of the lower positioning rack 20D are for the front/rear positioning ends 12 13 of the lower part of the two side racks 1A 1B to be placed therein.
