AUTOMATIC TYING AND LOOSING SHOES

The present invention provides an automatic fastening and loosing shoes, which is typically comprised of a shoe body including tongue portion, upper portions and shoe-sole, in which mouthing portions are built on the interfaces of the tongue portion and the upper, said shoe-sole includes an outsole, a middle sole and a bottom filler; said bottom filler is fastened on the middle sole with the front portion so that the middle and heel portions can took off from the middle sole; an action regulating mechanism includes a flutter foil, a pair of guide plates and two inserting strips; said flutter foil is connected to the both sides of the tongue with the both upper ends respectively, cooperating to the guide assembly combined by the guide plates and the inserting strips pre-setting in upper-low position, and connected to the bottom filler at the rear portion with the another end, thereby towing the tongue can bring to the heel portion of the bottom filler simultaneously and relatively moving relative to the outsole cooperating to the attempting action; a control mechanism is consisted of a switch, a hook plate, a stationary guide and a snap frame, said hook plate and said stationary guide are attached on the heel portion of the bottom filler for locking on said snap frame located on the middle sole cooperating to put-on attempting action, and the lock of the hook and the snap frame is released by the switch mounted on the rear end of the shoe-body for carrying out automatic put-off function. The structure has less components and simple features without tying and loosing lace, so that the action of the structure can be carried out smoothly and surely, with low rejection rate and low production cost.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to the shoes technology field, and more particularly to an automatic tying and loosing shoes.

2. Description of Prior Art

Shoe is an indispensable product for protecting and decorating human feet in the modern life. For meeting the requirements of comfort and convenience, the manufactures continue to put out new products into the market not only for keeping up the fashion, but also improving the serviceability to meet a variety of necessary functions for customers.

In regard of the convenience in putting on or off, the shoes are transformed from the conventional tie shoes to the semi-automatic shoes locating an elastic bond on the mouthing portion between the tongue and the upper of shoe, or the casual and buckle shoes and so on by the manufactures, releasing from manual tying shoes. But in the structures replacing of the conventional tie-lace shoes, such as elastic bond shoes has to be exerted extra force to against the elastic force as putting off, and as putting on has to take the advantage of the finger or the shoehorn propping up the shoe, of course, riding off the tying force coming from the elastic bond as putting off the shoes is quite strenuous, and as continuously use the elasticity will be getting to loose; and as putting on or off the casual and buckle shoes, the operation has to need the hand to draw up or split off the binding portion in the same way as above-mentioned, in another word, the shoes can not be put on or off automatically cooperating to the attempting action.

Therefore, the inventor developed an automatically tying or loosing shoes cooperating with attempting action, such as Taiwan, China patent publication number: 355132, and utility model number: 439425 and so on before, in which, by means of the attempting action, the shoelace is automatically drew to tie up or loose off cooperating to the attached control apparatuses in the sole, but because the lace stretching to the bottom below the bottom filler to get the control apparatuses embedded into the interlayer of the sole through the vamp, the course of lace is so long that the components need to equip more for adjusting the retraction distance, and in the shoes manufacturing industrial, the process of fastening the middle heel to the outsole has been certain difficult, the quality of process is directly to affect the quality of goods, additionally the restraint action of the lace between the sole and vamp, the process of fastening the middle heel to the outsole becomes more difficulty, and can not operate with machines in industrial scale production, so the procedure has to be operated with manual specially, so as to improve the production cost; and, the control apparatuses is apt to break down so that the fastening or loosing functions are not sure, further to course the inconvenience in use.

OBJECTS AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore a main object of the present invention to provide an automatic tying and loosing shoes without hand tying lace any more.

For archiving the object, an automatic tying and lowing shoes provided by the present invention is typically comprised of a shoe body, an action regulating mechanism and a control mechanism; wherein said shoe-body is constructed of tongue portion, upper portions and shoe-sole; a pair of mouthing portions are formed between the tongue portion and the upper portions respectively at the both sides of tongue; said tongue portion is a tongue; said shoe-sole includes an outsole, a middle sole and a bottom filler; said bottom filler is fastened on the middle sole with the front portion so that the middle and heel portions can took off from the middle sole; said action regulating mechanism is a U-shaped flutter foil with a pair of fins at the both sides, and is connected to the both sides of the tongue with the both extended top edges of fins respectively, and connected to the bottom filler at the rear portion with the bottom flat side fixedly for towing the tongue and heel portion of the bottom filler simultaneously and relatively moving to the outsole cooperating to the attempting action; said control mechanism is consisted of a switch, a hook plate, a stationary guide and a snap frame, said hook plate and said stationary guide are attached on the heel portion of the bottom filler for locking on said snap frame located on the middle sole cooperating to put-on attempting action, and the lock of the hook and the snap frame is released by the switch mounted on the rear end of the shoe-body for carrying out automatic put-off function.

Said thick outsole of the shoe-sole is opened a guide slot and a pitting communicated each other at the back end; said middle sole located on the outsole is drilled a through-hole at the back end and two guide holes at the heel portion approaching the back end.

Said mouthing portions are opened on the upper, and any place between the upper and the decorative lace to form said tongue.

Said flutter foil has a flat bottom portion and two corresponded opposite drawing fins, said drawing fin has a guide fin with parallel guide grooves formed at the outside; said drawing fin of the flutter foil is attached with a fixing portion at the extended free end for fixing on the tongue together.

Said action regulating mechanism is also comprised of a pair of guide plates and two inserting strips, said guide plate is located on the action space sandwiched between the upper and the outside of the drawing fin of the flutter foil, and has a set of blocking faces coordinating to the guide grooves of the guide fin, and a set of guide holes formed between two adjacent blocking faces of the guide plate for cooperating to the guide grooves of the guide fin to supply a way for the inserting strip interweaving through to construct a guide moving up-downward.

The free ends of the drawing fins of said flutter foil are attached with a fixing portion respectively for fixing on the coordinated portion of the tongue.

Said control mechanism includes a switch located on the rear end of the shoe-body extending a pushing bar forward the guide slot of the outsole, a hook plate including an level plate that extends crossly at least one hook downward and a stopper at front of the hook below said level plate, and plural of catching through-holes formed on the plate; a snap frame being a plate is located on the middle sole, and has at least one through-hole formed on the surface for passing through the hook and overlapping to the corresponded guide holes, meanwhile a through-hole formed on for passing through said stopper; a stationary guide has a close flange formed upward along the round edge surrounding a space for installing said hook plate, and a long-slot formed on middle portion of the plate portion, said stationary guide assembled with said hook plate is mounted on the bottom side of the heel portion of the bottom filler, so that the hooks and the stopper extend out downward from the long-slot, and the hook plate can move front-backward in the space surrounded by the stationary guide and the bottom filler.

Said hook plate has plurals of long-holes formed on the both sides of hooks respectively, meanwhile at least one long catching through-hole is attached with a restoring spring, coordinating to catching long-through-holes, said stationary guide has plurals of pins projected upward for standing in the inside of the long-through-hole so that at least one pin touches against the end of the restoring spring located at in the inside of the long-through-hole for generating automatic restoring power pushing the hook plate back.

The hook has an ace bottom end.

The surface of the tongue of said tongue portion also includes a decorative lace for adjusting the tightness of the tongue.

An automatic tying and lowing shoes is typically comprised of a shoe body, an action regulating mechanism and a control mechanism; wherein said shoe-body is constructed of tongue portion, upper portions and shoe-sole; a pair of mouthing portions are formed between the tongue portion and the upper portions respectively at the both sides of tongue; said tongue portion is a tongue; said shoe-sole includes a thin outsole, a middle sole and a bottom filler; said bottom filler is fastened on the middle sole with the front portion so that the middle and heel portions can took off from the middle sole; said action regulating mechanism is a U-shaped flutter foil with a pair of fins at the both sides, and is connected to the both sides of the tongue with the both extended top edges of fins respectively, and connected to the bottom filler at the rear portion with the bottom flat side fixedly for towing the tongue and heel portion of the bottom filler simultaneously and relatively moving to the outsole cooperating to the attempting action; said control mechanism is consisted of a switch, a hook plate, a stationary guide and a snap frame, said hook plate and said stationary guide are attached on the heel portion of the bottom filler for locking on said snap frame located on the middle sole cooperating to put-on attempting action, and the lock of the hook and the snap frame is released by the switch mounted on the rear end of the shoe-body for carrying out automatic put-off function.

Said thin outsole of the shoe-sole is opened a guide slot and a pitting communicated each other at the back end; said middle sole located on the thin outsole is drilled two guide holes at the back end.

Said control mechanism includes a switch located on the rear end of the shoe-body extending a pushing bar forward the guide slot of the outsole, a hook plate including an level plate that extends crossly hooks downward, and two rows of plural of long-holes separately built upon the plate at the both sides of the hook row, meanwhile at least one long-hole attached with a restoring spring; a torsional spring attached on below the hook plate and front of the stopper in pivot joint, in which one leg of said torsional spring touches against the bottom side of the hook plate tightly, another leg in open state touches against a check-board, one end of said check-board is inserted into the space between the front lug and rear lug built upon top surface of the middle sole; a snap frame being a plate is located on the middle sole, and has at least one through-hole formed on the surface for passing through the hook and corresponding to the guide hole of said middle sole; a stationary guide has a close flange formed upward along the round edge surrounding a space for installing said hook plate, and a long-slot formed on middle portion of the plate portion, and two rows of plural of raised pins separately built upon the both sides of the long-slot for stretching into the long-holes of the hook plate separately, said raised pins are pushed by at least one restoring spring located at inside of the long-slot to form the power of pushing the hook plate moving to original state; said stationary guide assembled with said hook plate is mounted on the bottom side of the heel portion of the bottom filler, so that the hooks and the stopper extend out downward from the long-slot, and the hook plate can move front-backward in the space surrounded by the stationary guide and the bottom filler.

Said front and rear lugs using to stand up for the check-board are built upon the middle sole, and fixed on the top surface of the snap frame.

Said hook plate can be assembled with said stationary guide further to be mounted on the shoe-sole, coordinating to the stationary guide the catching snap frame is located on the bottom filler.

As utilizing above project, because the tongue of the shoe-body and the part of bottom filler are linked by the action regulating mechanism in the present invention, and moving up-downward cooperating with the attempting action to control the opening angle of the mouthing portions between the tongue and the uppers, and cooperating to the locking and releasing actions between the bottom filler and the middle sole under the control of the control mechanism, the automatic put-on or put-off function can be carried out surely with low fault rate, it can be manufactured in industrial scale, and do not need lace taking part in.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the first embodiment provided by the present invention is typically comprised of a shoe-body 1, an action regulating mechanism 2 installed into the inside of the upper 12 of the shoe-body 1, and a control mechanism 3 mounted on the inside of the shoe-sole 13 of the shoe-body 1, as shown in FIG. 1.

Said shoe-body 1 is constructed of tongue portion 11, upper portions 12 and shoe-sole 13 overlapping together. Wherein:

Said tongue portion 11 includes a tongue 110 and an attachment 111 further designed into decorative lace, or Nylon sticking band and so on, for adjusting the slack of the tongue 110 further to meeting the different foot of users.

Said upper 12 has a mouthing portion 121 formed on the interface to the tongue 110 at any position between the said tongue 110 and the decorative lace 111, thereby decision the area of the tongue 110 and the moving distance of the action regulating mechanism 2 for cooperating to the actions of the action regulating mechanism 2 and the control mechanism 3, the changing of the opening angle of the tongue 11 and the upper 12, and the attempting actions of the user, an operation interlace space constructed of the surface of the upper 12 and the outside surface of the drawing fin 211 of the flutter foil 21 supplies to the drew moving of the action regulating mechanism 2 and the tongue 11.

Said shoe-sole 13 includes an outsole 131, a middle sole 132 and a bottom filler 133; said thick outsole 131 is opened a guide slot 134 and a pitting 135 communicated each other at the back end; said middle sole 132 located on the outsole 131 is drilled a through-hole 138 at the back end and two guide holes 136 137 at the heel portion approaching the back end; said bottom filler 133 is fastened on the middle sole 132 with the front portion so that the middle and heel portions can took off from the middle sole 132.

Said action regulating mechanism 2 is typically comprised of a U-shaped flutter foil, a pair of guide plates 22 and two inserting strips 23. Wherein:

Said flutter foil 21 having a flat bottom 210 and two extended opposite coordinated wing-shaped drawing fins 211 is connected to the both sides of the tongue 11 fixedly with the upper fixing portions 212 along the upper edges respectively together, said each drawing fin 211 extends out a guide plate 214 having paralleled guide grooves 213 from one edge in collateral, said two guide plates 214 is extended and located on the action space sandwiched between the upper 12 and the outside of the drawing fin 211, thereby the user can adjust the effective length of the flutter foil 21 in accordance with the height of the instep of foot; the flat bottom 210 of the flutter foil 21 is fixed on the rear portion of the bottom filler 133, thereby towing the tongue 11 and heel portion of the bottom filler 133 simultaneously and relatively moving up-downward to the shoe-sole 13 cooperating to the attempting action.

Said guide plate 22 located in the action space sandwiched by the upper 12 and eh drawing fin 211 is fixed on the upper 12 together, on which there are a set of blocking faces 221 coordinating to the guide grooves 213 of the guide fin 211, and a set of guide holes 222 formed between two adjacent blocking faces 221 of the guide plate 22 for cooperating to the guide grooves 213 of the guide fin 211 to supply a way for the inserting strip 23 interweaving through to combine the guide plate 22 into the drawing fin 211 to form a whole body, as shown in FIG. 2, so that the drawing fins 211 is limited in a guide moving up-downward, and fixed in right-leftward.

Said control mechanism 3 includes a switch 31, a hook plate 32, a stationary guide 33 and a snap frame 34. Wherein:

Said switch 31 located on the rear of the shoe-sole 13 extends a pushing bar 311 into the inside of the guide slot 134 of the outsole 131 on the action way of the shoe-sole 13, on the other words, said pushing bar 311 can move into the pitting 135 front-backward along the guide slot 134 repeatedly for pushing the stopper 324 of the hook plate 32 to release the lock of it.

Said hook plate 32 is a plate 321 extending two hooks 322 323 along the central long side downward and vertically in front and back position respectively, and a stopper 324 formed on the front of the front hook 322 downward, and plurals of long-holes 325 formed on the both sides of hooks 322 323 respectively, meanwhile at least one long catching through-hole 325 is attached with a restoring spring 328, as shown in FIG. 7, for touching against the pin 333 of the stationary guide 33 with one end.

Said stationary guide 33 used for mounting said hook plate 32 on the heel portion of said bottom filler 133 is molded into a flat plate with a close flange 331 formed upward along the round edge, the height of the flange 331 is higher than the thickness of the plate 321 of the hook plate 32, surrounding a space 332 used for installing said hook plate 32, meanwhile said stationary guide 33 has plurals of pins 333 projected upward for standing in the inside of the long-through-hole 325 so that at least one pin 333 touches against the end of the restoring spring 328 located at in the inside of the long-through-hole 325 for generating automatic restoring power pushing the hook plate 32 back, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8; said stationary guide 33 also has a long-slot 334 formed on middle portion of the plate 331 coordinating to the positions of the two hooks 322 323 of the hook plate 32 for them passing through, said stationary guide 33 assembled with said hook plate 32 is mounted on the bottom side of the heel portion of the bottom filler 133, so that the hooks 322 323 and the stopper 324 extend out downward from the long-slot 334, and the hook plate 32 can move front-backward in the space 332 surrounded by the stationary guide 33 and the bottom filler 133.

Said snap frame 34 being a flat frame plate preferring to be metal frame is fixed on the heel portion of the middle sole 132 of the shoe-sole 13 above the pitting 135 of the outsole 131 providing two through-holes 341 342 corresponding to the two guide holes 136 137 of the middle sole 13 for the hooks 322 323 passing through and locking on respectively in the pitting 135 of the outsole 131, said snap frame 34 also supplies a through-hole 138 for passing through the stopper 324 of the hook plate 32 to getting into the inside of the guide slot 134 of the outsole 131 facing to the pushing bar 311 of the switch 31 for releasing the lock of the hook plate 32 and the snap frame 34.

Referring to FIG. 3, the user can pre-adjust the width of the tongue portion 11 and the effective length of the flutter foil 21 into desired comfortable according to the his foot, in practicing, in the idle shoes the tongue portion 11 is in opening state relative to the upper 12 so that the mouthing portions are opened, of course the heel portion of the bottom filler 133 is in took-off state under the towing coming from the flutter foil 21.

When tending to wear on, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, in this time the tongue portion 11 is in opening state, as showing in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the heel portion of the bottom filler 133 is in take-off state in the same time, the foot of user can stretch aslant into the inside of the shoe-body 1, step on and down the heel portion of the bottom filler 133 to tow the tongue portion 11 moving down under the drawing of the drawing fins 211 of the flutter foil 21 simultaneously until reaching the level place the hooks 322 323 of the hook plate 32 of the control mechanism 3 located on the bottom filler 133 aim to and pass through the two through-holes 341 342 of the snap frame 34 and two guide holes 136 137 of the middle sole 132, then lock on the snap frame 34, during this term, because the heads of the hooks 322 323 are designed into ace shape, when they run into the snap frame 34 located on the middle sole 132, said hook plate 32 is pushed frontward by aced heads of the hooks 322 323 as going down, as shown in FIG. 6, in this time, due to the static pins 333, the moving hook plate 32 will press down the restoring springs 328 located in the catching-long-through-holes 325 respectively to save power, as shown in FIG. 8, of restoring original state; when said hooks 322 323 reach out from the middle sole 132 to get the pitting 135 of the outsole 131, under the restoring power of said restoring springs 328, said hook plate 32 is pushed backward relative to the bottom filler 133 and the middle sole 132 forward to rear portion of the bottom filler 133 along with the stationary guide 33 until the hooks 322 323 completely lock on the snap frame 34 of the middle sole 132, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 9, in this time the shoes is in wear-on state, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 9, even if walking, the instep exerts pushing force on the tongue portion 11, since the bottom filler 133 is locked on the middle sole 132, and connected to the tongue portion 11, the bottom filler 133 will not loose off, the feet of user will be retained in the inside of the shoes without sliding out.

When tending to take off the shoes with an attempting action, as shown in FIG. 10, the user just presses down said switch 31 with a force backward coming from the heel of foot as touching against an object, so that the switch 31 is moved relative to the inside of the shoe-body to make the pushing bar 311 push the stopper 324 of the hook plate 32 frontward, further to pushing the hook plate 32 to press down the restoring springs 328 cooperating with the static pins 333 to save restoring power, as shown in FIG. 8, until the hooks 322 323 slide off from the edges of the through-holes 341 342 of the snap frame 34 entering the guide holes 136 137 of the middle sole 132, cooperating to take-off instep action, the tongue portion 11 going up tows the bottom filler 133 taking off simultaneously and departing from the middle sole 132, in this time the hook plate 32 has lost the extra force exerting on the hooks 322 323, and will be pushed back to the original position by the restoring springs 328 rearward, the foot of user can withdraw back from the shoes, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 7.

The present invention also provides another embodiment, such as using a thinner sole shoe, as shown in FIG. 11 to 13, basing on above-mentioned structure, the front and rear hooks 322 323 are reduced in extending high utilizing flattened molding design for meeting the thin middle sole 132, meanwhile a torsional spring 329 is located on the front of the front hook 322 below the hook plate 32 in pivot connection, in which one leg of said torsional spring 329 touches against the bottom side of the hook plate 32 tightly, another leg 320 in open state touches against a check-board 327, one end of said check-board 327 is inserted into the space between the front lug 139 and rear lug 130 built upon top surface of the middle sole 132, or the snap frame 34 fixed on said middle sole 132, as shown in FIG. 11A.

In accordance with above-mentioned structure, as shown in FIG. 11A, as tending to put on, in this time the tongue portion 11 is in open state, such as the heel portion of the bottom filler 133 is in take-off state, the foot of user can stretch aslant into the inside of the shoe-body 1, along with stepping on and down the heel portion of the bottom filler 133 to tow the tongue portion 11 moving down under the drawing of the drawing fins 211 of the flutter foil 21, simultaneously the hooks 322 323 of the hook plate 32 located on the bottom filler 133 aims to the two guide holes 136 137 of the middle sole 132, because another leg 320 of the torsional spring 329 backs up the check-board 327, and one end of the check-board 327 is resisted on the front lug 139 of the middle sole 132, as shown in FIG. 11A, along with going down of the bottom filler 133, said check-board 327 will push the hook plate 32 forward moving relatively to the bottom filler 133 under the resisting up coming from the front lug 139, so that the snap frame 34 will push down the restoring springs 328 located on the hook plate 32, cooperating to the back-up coming from the static pins 333, the restoring springs 328 are in compressed state, until the front and rear hooks 322 323 aim to and pass through the two through-holes 341 342 of the snap frame 34 and two guide holes 136 137 of the middle sole 132, such as the bottom filler 133 is fully contacted with the middle sole 132, the rear lug 130 is backed up the middle portion of the check-board 327 working as a fulcrum, cooperating to the pressing force coming from the bottom filler 133, the front edge of the check-board 137 will slide off from the front lug 139 riding off the resisting up, under the extra force coming from the restoring springs 328, the hook plate 32 will be pushed backward relative to the bottom filler 133, so that the front and rear hooks 322 323 catch on the snap frame 34 of the middle sole 132 completely, as shown in FIG. 12.

As the user tends to put off the shoes, referring to FIG. 13, the action and principle are as same as the above-mentioned first embodiment, here is not described again.

Of course, said control mechanism of the present invention is not limited in above description, said hook plate also can be attached on the outsole, correspondently the snap frame is mounted on the bottom filler, in the same way holding the bottom filler on the middle sole and the outsole function also can be carried out. Therefore taking advantages of a switch controlling the bottom filler lock-on or depart-off with the middle sole and outsole is claimed by the present invention. The key feature of the present invention is that the tongue portion and the bottom filler are linked together in joint action in the action regulating mechanism, comparing with the prior arts, the structure has less components and simple features without tying and loosing lace, so that the action of the structure can be carried out smoothly and surely, with low rejection rate and low production cost.

Claims

1. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes typically comprised of a shoe body, an action regulating mechanism and a control mechanism, wherein:

Said shoe-body is constructed of tongue portion, upper portions and shoe-sole; a pair of mouthing portions are formed between the tongue portion and the upper portions respectively at the both sides of tongue;
said tongue portion is a tongue; said shoe-sole includes an outsole, a middle sole and a bottom filler; said bottom filler is fastened on the middle sole with the front portion so that the middle and heel portions can took off from the middle sole;
said action regulating mechanism is a U-shaped flutter foil with a pair of fins at the both sides, and is connected to the both sides of the tongue with the both extended top edges of fins respectively, and connected to the bottom filler at the rear portion with the bottom flat side fixedly for towing the tongue and heel portion of the bottom filler simultaneously and relatively moving to the outsole cooperating to the attempting action;
said control mechanism is consisted of a switch, a hook plate, a stationary guide and a snap frame, said hook plate and said stationary guide are attached on the heel portion of the bottom filler for locking on said snap frame located on the middle sole cooperating to put-on attempting action, and the lock of the hook and the snap frame is released by the switch mounted on the rear end of the shoe-body for carrying out automatic put-off function.

2. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 1, wherein said thick outsole of the shoe-sole is opened a guide slot and a pitting communicated each other at the back end; said middle sole located on the thick outsole is drilled a through-hole at the back end and two guide holes.

3. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 1, wherein said mouthing portions are opened on the upper, and any place between the upper and the decorative lace to form said tongue.

4. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 1, wherein said flutter foil has a flat bottom portion and two corresponded opposite drawing fins, said drawing fin has a guide fin with parallel guide grooves formed at the outside.

5. an automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 1, wherein said action regulating mechanism is also comprised of a guide plates and a inserting strips, said guide plate is located on the action space sandwiched between the upper and the outside of the drawing fin of the flutter foil, and has a set of blocking faces coordinating to the guide grooves of the guide fin, and a set of guide holes formed between two adjacent blocking faces of the guide plate for cooperating to the guide grooves of the guide fin to supply a way for the inserting strip interweaving through to construct a guide moving up-downward.

6. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 1, wherein said drawing fin of the flutter foil is attached with a fixing portion at the extended free end for fixing on the tongue together.

7. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 1, wherein said control mechanism includes a switch located on the rear end of the shoe-body extending a pushing bar forward the guide slot of the outsole, a hook plate extending at least one hook downward and a stopper at front of the hook downward too, and plural of catching through-holes formed on the plate; a snap frame being a plate is located on the middle sole, and has at least one through-hole formed on the surface for passing through the hook and corresponding to the guide holes overlapping, meanwhile a through-hole formed on for passing through said stopper; a stationary guide has a close flange formed upward along the round edge surrounding a space for installing said hook plate, and a long-slot formed on middle portion of the plate, said stationary guide assembled with said hook plate is mounted on the bottom side of the heel portion of the bottom filler, so that the hooks and the stopper extend out downward from the long-slot, and the hook plate can move front-backward in the space between the stationary guide and the bottom filler.

8. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 7, wherein said hook plate has plurals of long-holes formed on the both sides of hooks respectively, meanwhile at least one long catching through-hole is attached with a restoring spring, coordinating to catching long-through-holes, said stationary guide has plurals of pins projected upward for standing in the inside of the long-through-hole so that at least one pin touches against the end of the restoring spring located at in the inside of the long-through-hole for generating automatic restoring power pushing the hook plate back.

9. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 7, wherein said the hook has an ace bottom end.

10. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface of the tongue of said tongue portion also includes a decorative lace for adjusting the tightness of the tongue.

11. An automatic tying and lowing shoes is typically comprised of a shoe body, an action regulating mechanism and a control mechanism;

wherein said shoe-body is constructed of tongue portion, upper portions and shoe-sole; a pair of mouthing portions are formed between the tongue portion and the upper portions respectively at the both sides of tongue; said tongue portion is a tongue; said shoe-sole includes a thin outsole, a middle sole and a bottom filler; said bottom filler is fastened on the middle sole with the front portion so that the middle and heel portions can took off from the middle sole; said action regulating mechanism is a U-shaped flutter foil with a pair of fins at the both sides, and is connected to the both sides of the tongue with the both extended top edges of fins respectively, and connected to the bottom filler at the rear portion with the bottom flat side fixedly for towing the tongue and heel portion of the bottom filler simultaneously and relatively moving to the outsole cooperating to the attempting action; said control mechanism is consisted of a switch, a hook plate, a stationary guide and a snap frame, said hook plate and said stationary guide are attached on the heel portion of the bottom filler for locking on said snap frame located on the middle sole cooperating to put-on attempting action, and the lock of the hook and the snap frame is released by the switch mounted on the rear end of the shoe-body for carrying out automatic put-off function.

12. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 11, wherein said thin outsole of the shoe-sole is opened a guide slot and a pitting communicated each other at the back end; said middle sole located on the thin outsole is drilled two guide holes at the back end.

13. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 11, wherein said control mechanism includes a switch located on the rear end of the shoe-body extending a pushing bar forward the guide slot of the outsole; a hook plate including an level plate that extends crossly hooks downward, and two rows of plural of long-holes separately built upon the plate at the both sides of the hook row, meanwhile at least one long-hole attached with a restoring spring; a torsional spring attached on below the hook plate and front of the stopper in pivot joint, in which one leg of said torsional spring touches against the bottom side of the hook plate tightly, another leg in open state backs up a check-board, one end of said check-board is inserted into the space between the front lug and rear lug built upon top surface of the middle sole; a snap frame being a plate is located on the middle sole, and has at least one through-hole formed on the surface for passing through the hook and corresponding to the guide hole of said middle sole; a stationary guide has a close flange formed upward along the round edge surrounding a space for installing said hook plate, and a long-slot formed on middle portion of the plate portion, and two rows of plural of raised pins separately built upon the both sides of the long-slot for stretching into the long-holes of the hook plate separately, said raised pins are pushed by at least one restoring spring located at inside of the long-slot to form the power of pushing the hook plate moving to original state; said stationary guide assembled with said hook plate is mounted on the bottom side of the heel portion of the bottom filler, so that the hooks and the stopper extend out downward from the long-slot, and the hook plate can move front-backward in the space surrounded by the stationary guide and the bottom filler.

14. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 12, wherein said front and rear lugs using to stand up for the check-board are built upon the middle sole, and fixed on the top surface of the snap frame.

15. An automatic fastening and loosing shoes as claimed in claim 11, wherein said hook plate can be assembled with said stationary guide further to be mounted on the shoe-sole, coordinating to the stationary guide the catching snap frame is located on the bottom filler.
