Assembled Tool-Storing Frame
An assembled tool-storing frame, including a frame and multi setting members, the arranged setting members are pivotally mounted in the frame for inserting one end of a tool, and the setting member is engaged by the frame, so that the setting member is positioned to the tool and cannot be took down from the tool directly. The setting member can be changed when damaged, which is not only can prolong the life of the product, but also can storing more tools according to the requirement.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a tool-storing frame, and more particularly to an assembled tool-storing frame.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Many tools are used for assembling or checking products, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, cutting pliers, and so on. Since the tools are easier to lose, operators are usually using a tool container to store the tools. However, there are different kinds of tools, and many of the tools are cooperated with the whole group of tools at the beginning.
Now there are two kinds of tool containers for storing the tools: first is an opposite engaging structures that are integrally formed in the tool container that can be bended after being pressed, the sides of the tool are positioned by the opposite engaging structure, thus positioning the tool in the tool container stably. And the other is the technique of projecting and molding, making use of a groove that same as the tool's shape is defined in the tool container for engaging the tool.
However, the above-mentioned tool containers are able to position the tools, the disadvantages are describes as follows:
Since the engaging structure can be bended after being pressed, after a long period of bending, the engaging structure will be abraded or even ruptured, so that it will not be able to clip the tools. And the tool container that defined with groove is high cost, and the tool cannot be moved freely when engaged in the groove, which is inconvenient.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe primary objective of the present invention is to provide an assembled tool-storing frame, and a setting member is mounted in the frame with assembly methods that can be changed when damaged, which is not only can prolong the life of the product but also can store more tools according to the requirement.
The assembled tool-storing frame, including a frame and multi setting members, the arranged setting members are pivotally mounted in the frame for inserting one end of a tool to show and store, and the setting member is engaged by the frame, so that the setting member is positioned to the tool and cannot be took out from the tool directly.
The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Referring to
The frame 10, defined with seven retaining grooves 11 that are arranged to be adjoined to each other (hereby take seven retaining grooves 11 for example), one end of the respective retaining groove 11 is an opening end 111, and the other end is a closing end 112, in the opposite groove walls of the retaining groove 11 and near the opening end 111 is formed a circular protruded block 113, and in the groove wall of the adjoined retaining groove 11 and near the closing end 112 is formed an engaging groove 114 that is perforated the groove wall, and the groove wall surfaces of the outmost retaining grooves 11 are mounted with a connecting groove 115 and a perforation 116 respectively. Furthermore, a springy piece 12 is mounted in one side of the frame 10, and the end of the springy piece 12 is disposed with a buckle 121.
The setting member 20 is rectangular, hereby take seven setting members 20 for example, one end of the setting member 20 is defined with a hexagon groove 21, the sides of the setting member 20 are disposed with a protruded pole 22 and a protruded post 23 with a connecting hole 231 thereof, the adjoined setting members 20 are connected by connecting the protruded pole 22 to the connecting hole 231, the protruded post 23 is engaged with the engaging groove 114 of the frame 10 so as to pivotally enter into the retaining groove 11, and a bended springy piece 24 is mounted in the sides of the setting member 20 that abuts against by the protruded block 113 and towards the groove 21. Furthermore, the outmost setting members 20 are positioned to the connecting groove 115 and the perforation 116 by the protruded post 23 and the protruded pole 22.
Referring to
Since the protruded post 23 of the setting member 20 is engaged with the engaging groove 114 of the frame 10, the setting member 20 can be pivotally rotated by a restricted angle opposite to the frame 10, or even provided for showing the tool.
Referring to
Therefore, the assembled setting member of the present invention is disposed on the frame 10, it is only needed to change the setting member 20 when damaged, thus prolonging the life of the product.
In addition,
It is to be noted that there are seven retaining grooves 11 of the above-mentioned embodiment, and the setting members 20 as shown in
In addition, the groove 21 of the setting member 20 of the above-mentioned embodiment is a hexagonal section for connecting the hexagonal tool 31 as shown in
While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
