DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Now, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the annexed drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a handy toilet stool in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the handy toilet stool in a state in which a seat plate is lifted up, and FIG. 3 is a side view of the handy toilet stool in a used state.

A handy toilet stool in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention includes legs 10 and 10′, which are connected by support pins 11 such that they are foldable, a group of links, which are foldably installed at upper ends of the legs 10 and 10′ by connection pins 21 so as to restrict the spreading range of the legs 10 and 10′, and a seat plate 30, which is foldably connected to the upper ends of the legs 10 and 10′ by a group of fixing pieces 31 and is provided with a through hole 32 formed therethrough so as to pass excreta.

A handle hole 33 is formed through the seat plate 30 at one side of the through hole 32 so that the handy toilet stool can be conveniently carried and handled.

FIGS. 6 and 7 illustrate a handy toilet stool in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention. In this handy toilet stool, hooks (H), on which a disposal bag (P) is put, are formed integrally on the inner portions of upper ends of the legs 10 and 10′, and the links 20 and 20′ are installed at the lower ends of the legs 10 and 10′.

Hereinafter, the function of the above handy toilet stool of the present invention will be described in detail.

The handy toilet stool of the present invention is carried in a vehicle or a knapsack under the condition that the handy toilet stool is completely folded, as shown in FIG. 4. Then, in order to use the handy toilet stool outdoors, a separate tent or partition is first installed so as to conceal a user from the outside, and then the handy toilet stool is installed in the tent or partition.

The upper ends of the folded legs 10 and 10′ are pulled forward and backward to be spread out under the condition that the front portion of the seat plate 30 folded to the legs 10 and 10′, as shown in FIG. 4, is lifted up, as shown in FIG. 5. Thereby, the handy toilet stool stably stands on the ground.

When the legs 10 and 10′ are unfolded, the links 20 and 20′ are straightly stretched and thus restrict the spreading angle of the legs 10 and 10′. Then, although the load of a user is applied to the handy toilet stool, the legs 10 and 10′ maintain their stability.

As shown in FIG. 2, a conventional vinyl bag or the disposal bag (P), which is separately produced so as to be easily put on the hooks (H) and be easily closed after defecating or urinating, is mounted on the handy toilet stool under the condition that the legs 10 and 10′ are completely unfolded and the seat plate 30 is lifted up so as to expose the upper ends of the legs 10 and 10′. In order to fix the disposal bag (P) to the handy toilet stool, the disposal bag (P) is rested on the upper ends of the legs 10 and 10′ and then the tip of the disposal bag (P) is folded outwardly so as to be hung down, or fastening pieces formed on the disposal bag (P) are hung on the hooks (H), as shown FIG. 7.

When the disposal bag (P) is mounted on the handy toilet stool, as described above, the seat plate 30 is pulled down so that the lower surface of the seat plate 30 is supported by the upper ends of the legs 10 and 10′. Here, the lower surface of the seat plate 30 supported by the upper ends of the legs 10 and 10′ presses the disposal bag (P), thus fixing the disposal bag (P).

After the disposal bag (P) is mounted on the handy toilet stool, a user sits down the seat plate 30 and then defecates or urinates. After defecating or urinating, excreta are collected in the disposal bag (P).

When the use of the handy toilet stool is completed, the user lifts up the front portion of the seat plate 30, removes the disposal bag (P) from the handy toilet stool, and then disposes the disposal bag (P). Thereafter, when the user folds the legs 10 and 10′ by pressing the middle portions of the links 20 and 20′, and pulls down the seat plate 30 so as to contact the legs 10 and 10′, as shown in FIG. 4, the handy toilet stool is folded in a flat state, and thus is conveniently carried and kept. In order to convey the handy toilet stool, the user easily holds the seat plate 30 through the handle hole 33, and thus the handy toilet stool is conveniently handled.

As apparent from the above description, the present invention provides a handy toilet stool, which is easily carried and conveyed and is simply installed, thus assisting users to conveniently defecate or urinate anywhere outdoors.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
