An advertising balloon comprises: a first balloon having a nozzle, and a second balloon disposed on the inside of the first balloon. The second balloon has at least one light-emitting device fixedly disposed on the outside, whereby the light-emitting device can serve as a light source to illuminate the first balloon from the inside of the first balloon.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an advertising balloon having two combined balloons, wherein a second balloon having a light-emitting device fixedly disposed on the outside is coupled to the inside of a first balloon so as to enable the advertising balloon to provide the functions of advertisement, publicity, decoration and so forth during both daytime and nighttime.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The balloon is lighter than air and can float quite high in the sky. As a result, a lot of balloons are generally released to liven up the atmosphere of pageant. In addition, patterns may be formed on the outside of the balloon, and the balloon is coupled with a wire before floating to a constant height so as to provide the functions of advertisement and publicity and to liven up the atmosphere of pageant. The above-mentioned advertising balloon is capable of livening up the atmosphere of pageant in the daytime, but it is useless during nighttime. As a result, the conventional advertising balloon must be improved to enable it to be usable during nighttime or at the location that lacks sufficient illumination, thereby providing different effects in the daytime for livening up the atmosphere of pageant.

Whereas the foregoing description, the present inventor makes diligent studies in providing the consumers with a brand-new advertising balloon.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is a main object of the present invention to provide an advertising balloon having two combined balloons, wherein a second balloon having a light-emitting device fixedly disposed on the outside is coupled to the inside of a first balloon so as to enable the advertising balloon to provide the functions of advertisement, publicity, decoration and landmark during both daytime and nighttime by serving as a light source or a twinkling light.

It is another object of the present invention to provide an improved advertising balloon having a plurality of light-emitting devices disposed on the outside of the second balloon, wherein every light-emitting device has a receiver such that the advertising balloon can further serve as a light source or a twinkling light by using a remote control.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide an advertising balloon having a plurality of light-emitting devices disposed on the outside of the second balloon, wherein each light-emitting device is connected to a conducting wire, and a controller is disposed on the rear end of the conducting wire such that the advertising balloon can further serve as a light source or a twinkling light by operating the controller.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects, an advertising balloon comprises: a first balloon having a nozzle; and a second balloon disposed on the inside of the first balloon. The second balloon has at least one light-emitting device fixedly disposed on the outside, whereby the light-emitting device can serve as a light source to illuminate the first balloon from the inside of the first balloon.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The above-mentioned features and advantages of the present invention will be better understood by reference to the following descriptions of embodiments taken in conjunction with the drawings.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present invention relates to an advertising balloon, which comprises a first balloon 10 and a second balloon 20.

The first balloon 10 has a nozzle 11 for air inflation, and some meaning patterns or characters may be optionally marked on the outside of the first balloon 10, thereby serving advertisement, publicity, decoration and landmark functions for pageant.

The second balloon 20 also has a nozzle 21 for air inflation, and the second balloon 20 further has a plurality of wires 30 fixedly disposed on the outside, wherein several light-emitting devices 40 are attached to the wires 30. Each of these light-emitting devices 40 is composed of a LED and a receiver (not shown) disposed on a circuit board, wherein the receivers are capable of receiving signals from a remote control to enable the light-emitting devices 40 to generate constant lighting, twinkling lighting or color changing lighting according to the requirements of users. Alternatively, the light-emitting devices 40 can be connected to conducting wires, wherein a battery (not shown) can be connected to the rear ends of the conducting wires for supplying electric power for the light-emitting devices 40. Furthermore, an optional controller (not shown) may be coupled to the rear ends of the conducting wires to wiredly enable the light-emitting devices 40 to generate constant lighting, twinkling lighting or color changing lighting according to the requirements of users.

In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, the second balloon 20 can be assembled to the first balloon 10 by two kinds of assembling processes. In the first assembling process, the deflated second balloon 20 on which the light-emitting devices 40 having the receivers disposed on the outside is embedded into the first balloon 10. Next, the second balloon 20 is inflated via the nozzle 21. This nozzle 21 of the second balloon 20 is sealed after the gas inflation is completed. Next, a wire 60 is extended from the nozzle 21 of the second balloon 20 to the outside of the first balloon 10. Optionally, as shown in FIG. 3, one end of another wire 70 is connected to the outside of the second balloon 20 and the other end of this wire 70 is connected to the inside of the firs balloon 10 to provide secure connection between the first balloon 20 and the first balloon 10. As a result, the light-emitting devices 40 on the outside of the second balloon 20 are located inside the first balloon 10. Next, the first balloon 10 is inflated via the nozzle 11. After the gas inflation is completed, the nozzle 11 of the first balloon 10 is sealed, whereby the first form of advertising balloon is completed. After completion of the first assembling process, as shown in FIG. 3, several lamp strings 50 are coupled with the outside of the first balloon 10 via their first ends. The second ends of the lamp strings 50 are connected to the wire 60. In addition, the lamp strings 50 are further provided with receivers (not shown). Besides, the receivers are capable of receiving the signals form the remote control to enable the lamp strings 50 to generate constant lighting, twinkling lighting or color changing lighting according to the requirements of users. In addition, the nozzle 11 has two passageways to allow the passing of the gas and the conducting wires.

In the second assembling process, the deflated second balloon 20 on which the light-emitting devices 40 having the conducting wires disposed on the outside is embedded into the first balloon 10. Next, the second balloon 20 is inflated via the nozzle 21. This nozzle 21 of the second balloon 20 is sealed after the gas inflation is completed. Next, a wire 60 is extended from the nozzle 21 of the second balloon 20 to the outside of the first balloon 10. Optionally, as shown in FIG. 3, one end of another wire 70 is connected to the outside of the second balloon 20 and the other end of this wire 70 is connected to the inside of the firs balloon 10 to provide secure connection between the first balloon 20 and the first balloon 10. As a result, the light-emitting devices 40 on the outside of the second balloon 20 are located inside the first balloon 10. In addition, the conducting wires that connect to the outside of the light-emitting devices 40 and the controller that locates on the rear ends of the conducting wires are both located on the outside of the first balloon 10. Next, the first balloon 10 is inflated via the nozzle 11. After the gas inflation is completed, the nozzle 11 of the first balloon 10 is sealed, whereby the second form of advertising balloon is completed. After completion of the second assembling process, as shown in FIG. 3, several lamp strings 50 are coupled with the outside of the first balloon 10 via their first ends. The second ends of the lamp strings 50 are connected to the wire 60. In addition, the lamp strings 50 are further coupled to the conducting wires of the light emitting devices 40, wherein the controller that disposes on the rear ends of the conducting wires enables the lamp strings 50 to generate constant lighting, twinkling lighting or color changing lighting according to the requirements of users. In addition, the nozzle 11 has two passageways to allow the passing of the gas and the conducting wires.

As shown in FIG. 3, the above-mentioned two forms of advertising balloons of the present invention can be operated by using the remote control or the controller so as to enable the light-emitting devices 40, which are located between the outside of the second balloon 20 and the inside of the first balloon 10, to generate constant lighting, twinkling lighting or color changing lighting. In addition, the lamp strings 50 that couple to the outside of the first balloon 10 can further generate constant lighting, twinkling lighting or color changing lighting according to the requirements of users for illuminating the patterns or characters formed on the outside of the first balloon 10. As a result, the first form of advertising balloon can provide the functions of advertisement, publicity, decoration and landmark during both daytime and nighttime or at the location that lacks sufficient illumination for livening up the atmosphere of pageant.

In accordance with the foregoing description, it is apparent that the present invention provides the advantages as follows:

1. In the advertising balloon of the present invention, the second balloon is disposed on the inside of the first balloon and the light-emitting devices are disposed on the outside of the second balloon such that the light-emitting devices can serve as light sources or twinkling lights to illustrate the patterns or characters formed on the outside of the first balloon, whereby the advertising balloon can be further applied to the pageant during nighttime or at the location that lacks sufficient illumination.

2. In the advertising balloon of the present invention, the light-emitting devices that locate on the outside of the second balloon are provided with the receivers or the conducting wires, and the light-emitting devices can further serve as light sources or twinkling lights by using the remote control or the controller that locates on the rear ends of the conducting wires.

In summary, the present invention indeed achieves the expected objects by providing a multiple-use advertising balloon. Accordingly, the present invention meets the requirement for patentability and is therefore submitted for a patent.

While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiment of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments, which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

1. An advertising balloon comprising:

a first balloon having a nozzle; and
a second balloon disposed on the inside of said first balloon, said second balloon having at least one light-emitting device fixedly disposed on the outside thereof, whereby said light-emitting device can serve as at least one light source to illuminate said first balloon from the inside of said first balloon.

2. The advertising balloon of claim 1, wherein said second balloon is fixedly disposed on a first wire and connected to a second wire for providing secure connection.

3. The advertising balloon of claim 1, wherein said light-emitting device is connected to a conducting wire and a controller is disposed on the rear end of said conducting wire to enable said light-emitting device to serve as said light source.

4. The advertising balloon of claim 3, wherein said nozzle has two passageways to allow the passing of a gas and said conducting wire.

5. The advertising balloon of claim 1, wherein said light-emitting device is composed of a LED and a receiver disposed on a circuit board for receiving a signal from a remote control.

6. The advertising balloon of claim 5, wherein said nozzle has two passageways to allow the passing of a gas and said conducting wire.

7. The advertising balloon of claim 1, wherein a pattern or a character is formed on the outside of said first balloon.

8. The advertising balloon of claim 1, wherein a plurality of lamp strings are fixedly disposed on the outside of said first balloon via first ends thereof and connected to a wire via second ends thereof.

9. The advertising balloon of claim 1, wherein a plurality of wires are fixedly disposed on the outside of said second balloon and a plurality of light-emitting diodes are attached to said wires.
