A vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning is provided, which includes a fixing frame and a vacuum aspirator. The fixing frame has a workpiece holder to provide close arrangement for the fan, and a through-hole connected with the vacuum aspirator is disposed in the workpiece holder corresponding to the arranged position of the fan, so as to pump out the air in the closed space between the through-hole and the fan when the vacuum aspirator actuates, thus positioning the fan on the fixing frame due to the suction force.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to a vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning, and more particularly to a fixing apparatus for fixing an unmolded fan to a fixing frame with vacuum adsorbing when performing the molding operation of the fan.

2. Related Art

Conventionally, the most important moment during CNC's manufacturing of fan lies in the molding and cutting of the fan, since it is the last stage before having the product finished, and all previous efforts will go wasted if we fail to handle it well. Therefore, some CNC processing plants may utilize ribs to fix the fan during the molding, or may fix the fan to the fixing frame by filling wax or lime and then perform the molding operation of the fan. But the following unavoidable disadvantages will be incurred.

(1) The disadvantage of fixing the fan by ribs is the need to trim the fan blade after its molding, however, since the trimming has to be done manually, the damage of fan blade due to overexerting occurs frequently.

(2) A cleaning process is required after finishing the molding operation of the fan if the operation is done either by filling wax or by utilizing lime. Still, the fan cannot be effectively fixed by filling wax or utilizing lime during its molding operation, so the swaying or shifting of fan occurs frequently, which therefore leads to the failure of the molding operation of the fan.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above, the problem that the present invention intends to solve is to provide a fan positioning apparatus which can rapidly fix the fan to a given position without using ribs or filling wax or lime, thereby decreasing the pre-operation time of fan molding and effectively reducing the positioning costs spent during fan positioning.

In order to solve the problems of the above-mentioned techniques, the present invention provides a vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning, which comprises a fan, a fixing frame, and a vacuum aspirator. The fixing frame has a plurality of workpiece holders each having a through-hole in its center, the through-holes are in communication with a plurality of air flues provided in the workpiece holders, and the vacuum aspirator is connected with the through-holes via the air flues by utilizing a plurality of air pipes. When performing the molding operation of the fan, the fan is first placed onto the workpiece holder, and the vacuum aspirator is then actuated. The vacuum aspirator generates a powerful suction force, such that the fan may be fixed to the workpiece holder due to the suction force, thus facilitating the operation of molding the fan and finely tuning the fan blades. After finishing the molding or the fine tune of the blades, the finished product of the fan can be taken off as long as the vacuum aspirator is switched-off. Meanwhile, the through-holes further comprise a thread so that the workpiece holders can be connected with the air flues through screwing.

A vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning provided by the present invention has the following structure which is better than that of the prior art in several ways, and gains significant improvements in its performance as set forth below.

1. Low cost. It is possible to make the standard molds based on the desired shape of the fan, thus the time and costs taken for pre-operation may be reduced.

2. Time-saving. When adsorbing the fan onto the fixing frame by the method of vacuum adsorbing, the fan may still be adsorbed onto the fixing frame without using wax, lime or ribs, thus the molding operation may be performed directly. After finishing the molding, the fan can be taken off by switching-off the vacuum aspirator without the process of removing wax mold or lime block. Moreover, it's unnecessary to trim the fan blades manually after finishing molding since no rib is used.

In order to provide a further understanding of the objects, structural features, and functions of the present invention, it is described in detail below through the related embodiments and accompanying drawings.

Further scope of applicability of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description given hereinafter. However, it should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating preferred embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration only, since various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from this detailed description.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIG. 1, it is a basic architectural schematic view of the present invention, which includes at least one fan 10, a fixing frame 20, and a vacuum aspirator 30. The fixing frame 20 has a plurality of workpiece holders 21 thereon, and the fan 10 may be arranged in any one of the workpiece holders 21. The workpiece holders 21 are each provided with a through-hole 22 in its center, and the fan 10 may form a closed space with the through-hole 22 when placed onto the workpiece holder 21. The fixing frame 20 is provided with a plurality of air flues 23 in communication with corresponding through-holes 22. The vacuum aspirator 30 has a plurality of air pipes 31 connected to the through-holes 22 via the air flues 23. And the through-hole 22 is further provided with a thread (not shown) for the air pipe 31 to be screwed thus forming a state of being closely connected.

As shown in FIG. 2, it is a schematic view showing that the fan 10 is fixed to the fixing frame 20. The fan 10 is placed in the workpiece holder 21 and is brought into a state of being placed. When the vacuum aspirator 30 begins to pump due to actuation, it will pump out the air in the closed space between the through-hole 22 and the fan 10 via the air pipe 31, and thereby generate a vacuum suction force to the fan 10. As such, the fan 10 can be closely mounted onto the workpiece holder 21 due to the suction force, so as to perform the succeeding processing operation.

It can be known from the above-mentioned structure that, the fan 10 may be adsorbed and fixed onto the workpiece holder 21 by actuating the vacuum aspirator 30. When the vacuum aspirator 30 actuates, it may pump out the air in the air pipe 31 and thereby generate a vacuum suction force by which the fan is fixed onto the workpiece holder 21, so as to perform the molding operation of the fan and form the fan 10 into a desired pattern.

Moreover, after finishing the molding operation of the fan, the vacuum aspirator is switched-off, and at this point, the suction force acted on the fan 10 may disappear due to the switching-off the vacuum aspirator 30, and the fan 10 can be readily taken off.

In the above-mentioned detailed descriptions, the workpiece holder 21 is implemented by the way of groove matching with the fan, so as to obtain better air-tight effect. In addition, the present invention provides another embodiment (see FIG. 3), it can be seen from the figure that the workpiece holder 41 of this embodiment is of a planar state, and a washer 42 is arranged thereon to provide close arrangement with the fan 10, thus forming a closed space among the workpiece holder 41, the washer 42, and the fan 10. In this embodiment, by arranging the washer 42, the closed state between the fan 10 and the washer 42 may be optimized. Moreover, the workpiece holder 41 is also provided with a through-hole 43 in its center to be closely connected with the air pipe 31 of the vacuum aspirator 30, so as to pump out the air in the closed space when the vacuum aspirator 30 actuates, and generate a vacuum suction force to the fan 10 by which the fan 10 is fixed to the workpiece holder 41.

The present invention being thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning, comprising:

a fixing frame, having at least one workpiece holder on the fixing frame to provide close arrangement for at least one fan, wherein the workpiece holder has a through-hole and forms a closed space with the arranged fan; and
a vacuum aspirator, connected with the through-hole, and pumping out the air in the closed space when actuating, so as to form the state of fixing the fan to the fixing frame with vacuum suction force.

2. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 1, wherein a washer is further provided on the workpiece holder at a position for the fan to be arranged, and the washer forms the closed space with the fan and the through-hole.

3. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 2, wherein the washer is a rubber washer.

4. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 1, wherein the workpiece holder is a groove matching with the fan to provide close arrangement for the fan.

5. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 4, wherein a washer is further provided in the groove, and the washer forms the closed space with the fan and the through-hole.

6. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 5, wherein the washer is a rubber washer.

7. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 1, wherein the workpiece holder is of a planar shape, a washer is further provided between the workpiece holder and the fan, and the washer forms the closed space with the fan and the through-hole.

8. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 7, wherein the washer is a rubber washer.

9. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vacuum aspirator is closely connected with the through-hole by an air pipe.

10. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 1, wherein the through-holes are respectively arranged at central positions of the workpiece holders.

11. The vacuum adsorbing apparatus for fan positioning as claimed in claim 1, wherein the through-holes are further provided with a thread respectively.
