Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to a gas wok range of the type, which is available in all sizes and styles to meet every cooking situation. It is exceptionally easy to assemble to prevent waste of time, money and material for fabrication of a combination wok range. Conventional gas wok ranges used at restaurant are custom built by hand tools to assemble.

From shearing the size, punching the holes at a wok range top plate, and bend the wok top plate rear portion to make a gutter, front portion to make a ledge by match each customer's demands. It is only after assembling the metal angle frame, drum wells, burners, sides, front and back panel and accessories that a gas wok range is put together. It takes an exorbitant amount of time and material to match every customer's demand to finish a gas wok range. Accordingly, it has been proposed to provide machine manufactured preformation standard components of wok section to easily fasten and economically assemble a combination gas wok range to meet customer's cooking demands.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In accordance with the invention, the combination gas wok range includes several sections: Wok range burner section, wok range auxiliary section, and wok range accessory section The wok range burner section is fabricated by several metal angle bars to assemble a rectangular trunk frame body wherein a metal hollow round tub is welded into that frame body.

The front lower portion of the metal hollow round tub has a oblong window for installing gas piping and burner. Also, a sheet metal plate of similar sizes at front part is bend up to make a hood. At rear part is bend down to make a hook. This sheet metal plate has a round hole at center for cover at top of the rectangle trunk frame body to form a rigid one piece assembly.

The wok range auxiliary section is fabricated by a sheet metal plate at top and is welded to a metal angle bar assembled to the rectangle casket frame body to extending the combination wok range's body length for match kitchen equipment design.

The new combination wok range can have several wok burner sections and auxiliary sections. Also, each joint section's position arrangement can be switched around. The wok range accessory section can be matched to meet different custom demands. there are also optional wok range components available.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring now to the drawing in detail, wherein like numerals indicate like elements throughout the several views, the numeral (1), see FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 6, designates the gas wok range burner section's metal angle bar fabricated into rectangular trunk frame body. A few small metal angle bar (2) are used to build a window house at the front of this rectangular trunk frame body. The numeral (3), see FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, designates wok range metal hollow round tub. The front lower portion of the metal hollow round tub has an oblong window. In the top internal space install a few short metal bars (3-1) for air venting. Then weld this metal hollow round tub's top edge to the top of the rectangular trunk frame body. Usually, this metal hollow round tub has several sizes.

The numeral (4), see FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 6, designates wok range burner section's top sheet metal plate. At front part of this top plate bend a hood (4-1) and at rear part bend a hook (4-2). Cut a round hole similar in size as the hollow round tub at the flat portion of the top plate (3). Also, bend both sides of the wok top plate's flat portion down a few millimeter then weld this sheet metal at the top of wok range rectangular trunk frame body to form a rigid one piece wok range burner section. The numeral (5), see FIG. 5, FIG. 6, designates burner. Install a pipe at center of the metal hollow round tub for gas inlet. All the burners are powerful air/gas mixing burners and are equipped with continuous pilots (6) for instant ignition. The numeral (7) see FIG. 8, FIG. 10, FIG. 11 designates the wok range auxiliary section's metal angle bar fabricated to a rectangular casket frame body. The numeral (8), see FIG. 7, FIG. 8, FIG. 9, FIG. 10, FIG. 11, designates wok range auxiliary section's top sheet metal plate. At front part bend a hood (8-1) and at rear part bend a hook (8-2). At the flat portion also bend both sides down a few millimeter and weld the top plate together with wok range auxiliary section's rectangular casket frame body. This bend down flat portion sheet metal plate work as a reinforce bar when field weld both wok range burner section and wok range auxiliary section together. Usually, the wok range auxiliary section's rectangular casket frame body can be installed with a sump if the left to right distance more than 6 inch (9). Weld this sheet metal sump (9), see FIG. 10, FIG. 11, FIG. 12, FIG. 13 at the lower part of the rectangular casket frame body. The sump's top and front are open at the bottom to weld a drain pipe to it. A removable metal strainer (10) is set at top of the sump. The numeral (11), see FIG. 16, FIG. 17 and FIG. 18, designates metal angle bar. Assembled to a rectangle bracket and attached a pane of metal board (15) and a thick metal board (12). Regarding the metal top plate (13), see FIG. 14, FIG. 15, FIG. 16, FIG. 17, FIG. 18, bend the front and side down and weld the metal top plate at top of the rectangle bracket. Then, attach this with the wok range burner section to comprise a new combination wok range's left side end panel.

The metal top plate (13) side also bend down when joint with the wok range auxiliary section. The thick metal board (12) and the metal top plate (13) can be arranged at opposite direction to form a combination wok range's right side end panel. See FIG. 14, FIG. 15, FIG. 16, FIG. 17, and FIG. 18. The numeral (14), see FIG. 19 and FIG. 20 designates wok range's back side splashboard central metal plate. Wherein, install a water supply device (33) for cooking Convenience. This central metal plate joint with three pipe racks (16) and both sides of the metal wing wall (17) to form a rigid one piece wok range accessory section's back splashboard. This piece is joined with wok range's gutter protect board (19) and both sides of the wok range's end panel thick metal board (12). The numeral (18) see FIG. 21, FIG. 22 designates removable slope gutter arm. On one side of the gutter arm, bend a hook (20) and hang at the wok range burner section's top plate hook (4-2) and the wok range auxiliary section's top plate hook (8-2). Another side tight to the gutter protect board (19), wherein a square gutter house (21) is joined to this gutter arm. The square gutter house bottom has a slope chute (22) connected to the wok range auxiliary section sump (9). The numeral (23), see FIG. 6, FIG. 23, designates the wok range gas inlet piping assembled with union and gas shut-off control (24), including a branch pipe (25) joined to the burner. Wherein, a small tube (26) is connect to burner's pilot light (6). See FIG. 5. The numeral (27) see Fig. (25), designates the wok range's front metal plate with a window sill (28) and removable window metal blinds (29). The numeral (30) see FIG. 25, FIG. 26 designates wok range legs. For every wok range assemble 4 legs if a combination wok range more than 6 foot length adding two more legs at central section. The numeral (31), see FIG. 24 FIG. 26 and FIG. 27, designates removable wok range metal panel front hood cover, wherein a fire retardant and superior heat protection pad are attached. The numeral (32) see FIG. 3. FIG. 4, FIG. 6 FIG. 7, FIG. 9, FIG. 11 designates water pipe installed along wok range metal panel's front hood cover for the wok range top cooking system. The numeral (34) see FIG. 24, FIG. 25, FIG. 26 and FIG. 27 designates the wok pot. They have several sizes for match wok range's hollow round tub sizes to satisfy custom demands of style and scheme.
