Display Rack Structure

A display rack structure comprises: a rack, at least two restricting pieces and two reinforced pieces. With the restricting pieces, the display racks can be stacked more firmly, and the reinforce pieces are provided with weight-sharing piece to evenly distribute the weight of the stacked racks, thus prolonging the service life of the racks.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a rack structure, and more particularly to a display rack structure.

2. Description of the Prior Art

To improve the space efficiency and to facilitate consumers to pick up cylindrical commodities, many shops and stores usually utilize display racks to display and store commodities. Each of the display rack comprises a plurality of longitudinal and transverse rods, and this conventional display rack has the following disadvantages:

A, conventional display racks can be stacked together to save space but are likely to collapse since there is no positioning structures between the display racks, which will not only cause damage to the commodities, but also will scare the consumers.

B, when stacked together, the lower display racks will carry more weight, therefore, they are susceptible to collapse or even rupture due to lack of strengthened structures.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a display rack structure with restricting pieces, when the racks are stacked, the restricting pieces will be engaged with each other to prevent the racks from collapsing, so that racks can be stacked together firmly.

To achieve the aforementioned objective, the display rack structure in accordance with the present invention comprises a rack, at least two restricting pieces and two reinforced pieces. The restricting pieces are fixed at the four corners of the rack and are engaged with each other when the racks are stacked, thus ensuring that the racks can be stacked firmly without collapsing, so that the commodities can be displayed safely while ensuring the safety of the consumers.

The secondary objective of the present invention is to provide a display rack structure with reinforced pieces, when the racks are stacked, the reinforced pieces can evenly distribute the weight of the stacked racks, thus prolonging the service life of the racks.

To achieve the aforementioned objective, the display rack structure in accordance with the present invention comprises a rack, at least two restricting pieces and two reinforced pieces. The reinforced pieces are fixed at both sides of the racks, and the weight-sharing piece of the reinforced pieces presses against the inner surface of the through hole of the racks, so that the weight of the upper display racks can be evenly distributed and balanced by the weight-sharing piece of the reinforced pieces pressing against the top and lower edge of the through holes, and the service life of the racks is also prolonged.

A display rack structure in accordance with the present invention comprises a rack and at least two restricting pieces. The rack is frame-shaped, at each side of the rack is formed a through hole, between each two adjacent through holes is formed a corner, a slanting carrying surface is disposed at a bottom of the rack for carrying commodities. The two folded restricting pieces, each of which is formed with a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion at both ends thereof, respectively, and is fixed at each corner of the rack in such a manner that the first engaging portion is located slightly higher than a top edge of the corner of the rack, and the second engaging portion is a little higher than a lower edge of the corner of the rack.

The display rack structure as mentioned above further comprises at least one separating piece fixed on the slanting carrying surface of the rack, and a rolling groove is defined between each separating piece and is located on the slanting carrying surface.

The rack and the restricting pieces as mentioned above are made of wood, and there are four restricting pieces.

The display rack structure as mentioned above further comprises at least two reinforced pieces, each of which is formed with a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion at both ends thereof, respectively, and in a middle portion of the respective reinforced pieces is formed a weight-sharing piece, the reinforced pieces are fixed at both sides of the rack in such a manner that the first engaging portion of the reinforced pieces is slightly higher than the top edge of the rack, the second engaging portion of the reinforced pieces slightly protrudes out of the lower edge of the rack, and both ends of the weight-sharing piece of the reinforced pieces press against top and lower inner edges of the through hole of the rack.

The reinforced pieces as mentioned above are made of wood, and there are two reinforced pieces.

FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a display rack structure in accordance with the present invention;

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will be more clear from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1-4, a display rack structure in accordance with the present invention is shown and comprises: a rack 10, at least two restricting pieces 20 and at least two reinforced pieces 30.

The rack 10 is rectangular frame-shaped and made of wood, in each side of the rack 10 is formed a rectangular through hole 11, and between each two adjacent through holes 11 is formed a corner 12. A slanting carrying surface 13 is disposed at the bottom of the rack 10, at least one separating piece 14 is fixed on the slanting carrying surface 13, and a reverse U-shaped rolling groove 15 is defined between each separating piece 14 and is located on the slanting carrying surface 15 for accommodation of the commodities A, and the commodities A are cylindrically packaged color ribbon, for example.

There are four restricting pieces 20 in this embodiment, each of which is a folded piece made of wood, and each restricting piece 20 is formed with a first engaging portion 21 and a second engaging portion 22 at both ends thereof, respectively, and is fixed at each corner 12 of the rack 10 in such a manner that the first engaging portion 21 is located slightly higher than the top edge of the corner 12 of the rack 10, and the second engaging portion 22 is a little higher than the lower edge of the corner 12 of the rack 10.

There are two reinforced pieces 30 in this embodiment, each of which is made of wood and is formed with a first engaging portion 31 and a second engaging portion 32 at both ends thereof, and at the middle portion of the respective reinforced pieces 30 is disposed a weight-sharing piece 33. The refined pieces 30 are fixed at both sides of the rack 10 and disposed in the corresponding through holes 11 in such a manner that the first engaging portion 31 is slightly higher than the top edge of the rack 10, the second engaging portion 32 slightly protrudes out of the lower edge of the rack 10, and both ends of the weight-sharing piece 33 of the reinforced pieces 30 press against the inner edge of the through holes 11 of the rack 10.

The positional relations and the structure of the respective components of the embodiment of the present invention are explained as above.

For a better understanding of the present invention, its operations and functions, reference would be made to FIGS. 1-4 again, here let's take structures A and B as examples.

A. The restricting piece 20 is fixed at each of the four corners 12 of the rack 10 in such a manner that the first and second engaging portions 21, 22 are located higher than the top and lower edges of the rack 10, respectively. When two display racks 10 are stacked one upon the other, the first engaging portion 21 of the lower rack 10 will be engaged with the second engaging portion 22 of the upper rack 10, so that the two racks 10 are engaged with other, and thus a plurality of racks 10 can be stacked together firmly.

B. The reinforced pieces 30 are disposed at both sides of the racks 10 in such a manner that the first and second engaging portions 31, 32 are slightly higher than the top and lower edges of the rack 10, and both ends of the weight-sharing piece 33 of the reinforced pieces 30 press against the inner edge of the through holes 11 of the rack 10. Such arrangements ensure that the display racks can be firmly and evenly stacked, further, the weight of the upper display racks 10 will be evenly distributed and balanced by the weight-sharing piece 33 of the reinforced pieces 30 pressing against the top and lower edge of the through holes 11.

To summarize, the display rack structure in accordance with the present invention comprises: a rack, at least two restricting pieces and at least two reinforced pieces. With the restricting pieces, the display racks can be stacked more firmly, and the reinforce pieces are provided with weight-sharing piece to evenly distribute the weight of the stacked racks, thus prolonging the service life of the racks.

While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A display rack structure comprising:

a rack being frame-shaped, at each side of the rack being formed a through hole, between each two adjacent through holes being formed a corner, a slanting carrying surface being disposed at a bottom of the rack for carrying commodities; and
at least two folded restricting pieces, each of which being formed with a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion at both ends thereof, respectively, and the respective folded restricting pieces being fixed at each corner of the rack in such a manner that the first engaging portion is located slightly higher than a top edge of the corner of the rack, and the second engaging portion is a little higher than a lower edge of the corner of the rack.

2. The display rack structure as claimed in claim 1 further comprising at least one separating piece fixed on the slanting carrying surface of the rack, and a rolling groove is defined between each separating piece and is located on the slanting carrying surface.

3. The display rack structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rack is rectangular.

4. The display rack structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rack is made of wood.

5. The display rack structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the restricting pieces are made of wood.

6. The display rack structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are four restricting pieces.

7. The display rack structure as claimed in claim 1 further comprising at least two reinforced pieces, each of which is formed with a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion at both ends thereof, respectively, and in a middle portion of the respective reinforced pieces is formed a weight-sharing piece, the reinforced pieces are fixed at both sides of the rack in such a manner that the first engaging portion of the reinforced pieces is slightly higher than the top edge of the rack, the second engaging portion of the reinforced pieces slightly protrudes out of the lower edge of the rack, and both ends of the weight-sharing piece of the reinforced pieces press against top and lower inner edges of the through hole of the rack.

8. The display rack structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforced pieces are made of wood.

9. The display rack structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are two reinforced pieces.
