DRILLING MACHINE STRUCTURE
A drilling machine structure is disclosed, characterized in which handles are arranged on the machine body for holding by the operator with both hands. Between the two handles there are assembled a power motor and a plurality of gear plates with different number of teeth to drive respectively center tip and spiral-shaped rotary blade at the lower part of machine body. The center tip and rotary blade are made of different materials in view of the drilling needs. As such, when drilling a hole, the drilling machine drills with the center tip in alignment with the hole center to guide the varying-speed cutters peripherally arranged at the very bottom of rotary blade to perform real rotary cutting and drilling, and the chips from the cutting are instantly and continuously brought to the surface through a lead hole disposed above each cutter under the driving of rotary blade, thereby achieving smooth drilling in different occasions.
1. Field of the Invention
The present structure relates to a drilling machine structure that operates in a manner where the operator holds the handles on the machine body with both hands, aligns the center tip of drilling machine with the hole center, and drill to guide the varying-speed cutters peripherally arranged at the very bottom of rotary blade to perform real rotary cutting and drilling, thereby achieving smooth drilling in different occasions.
2. Description of the Related Art
Currently drilling in soil runs into a problem where the driller would continuously and automatically bore downward as the machine is pulled down by gravity. Although the drill bit is able to bore a hole and there are grooves around the bit to remove the drilled soil, the drill bit often gets stuck as it bores down further for the speed of soil removal cannot catch up with the drilling speed. Moreover, as the soil itself is loose and soft, the soil adjacent to the hole bored tends to cave into the hole and “envelop” the drill bit, making it more likely to get stuck. For the same reason that the chip removal speed cannot stay up with the drilling speed, the same problem occurs when drilling in wood, cement, metal or other materials that the deeper the drill bit goes, the more difficult it becomes to remove the chips produced. As the drill bit does the drilling and constantly rubs with the chips that are not removed in time, the drill bit not only gets stuck easily, it is also subject to severe wear and tear, which is far from being ideal. Thus this invention is proposed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe primary object of the present invention is to provide a drilling machine structure, characterized in which its body is arranged with handles for holding by the operator with both hands, and between the handles there are assembled a power motor and a plurality of gear plates having different number of teeth, which respectively drives the center tip at the bottom of the machine body and the spiral-shaped rotary blade; when drilling a hole, drill with the center tip in alignment with the hole center to guide the varying-speed cutters peripherally arranged at the very bottom of rotary blade to perform real rotary cutting and drilling. The chips from the drilling will be instantly and continuously brought to the surface through a lead hole above the cutter under the driving of rotary blade, thereby achieving smooth drilling in different occasions.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a drilling machine structure, wherein its center tip and rotary blade are made of different materials in line with the drilling needs.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a drilling machine structure, wherein the center tip and rotary blade are respectively driven by the power motor and gear plates with different number of teeth in machine body, and the gear plates may be adjusted to produce varying turning speeds in view of the occasion.
