Powder puff box
A powder puff box including a receiving case having a receptacle, a partitioning cap, a puff having a puffing section, a puff enclosure and a cover body. The receiving case has a coupling section coupled with a coupled section of the partitioning cap. The partitioning cap further has a small-diameter engaging section formed with a central fitting hole. The puff has a puffing section and a small-diameter held section protruding from the puffing section. The puffing section is formed with a large-diameter central conduit. The held section is formed with a small-diameter perforation communicating with the conduit, whereby the conduit and the perforation together form a passage for makeup powder. The held section is fixedly held in the fitting hole. An annular groove is formed on outer circumference of the held section and adapted to a rim of the fitting hole.
The present invention is related to a powder puff box in which the puff is directly formed with a central conduit through which makeup powder can be conducted in and out without clogging the conduit. The processing and assembling procedure of the powder puff box is simplified so that the manufacturing cost of the powder puff box is lowered. In addition, the puff of the powder puff box is not likely to be humidified and contaminated. Therefore, bacteria are not easy to be cultured on the surface of the puff.
Some shortcomings exist in the above structure as follows:
-
- 1. When assembled, the I-shaped spongy body 14 must be plugged in the binding hole 1212 with the bound section 142 tightly held in the binding hole 1212. In addition, the powder is filled into the receiving case 11 through the conduit 13. Such procedure is time-consuming, laborious and troublesome. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the powder puff box is higher. This lowers the competitive ability of the product on the market.
- 2. The conduit 13 is fitted in the central hole of the spongy body 14 for guiding the powder out to the surface of the puffing section 144. In use, a user puffs her face with the puff enclosure 15 through which the powder strains out. However, in case of over-puff, the makeup powder tends to adhere to the bottom face of the flange section 143 or stagnate in the gap between the receiving case 11 and the partitioning cap 12. In some cases, the makeup powder will even clog the conduit 13 without straining through the puff enclosure 15. Under such circumstance, a user needs to repeatedly shake the receiving case 11 to unblock the conduit 13 for further use. Therefore, it is quite inconvenient to use such powder puff.
- 3. After a period of use, the spongy body 14 is likely to be humidified and contaminated. Under such circumstance, bacteria are easy to be cultured on the surface of the powder puff. In addition, the powder puff may smell bad. This will make it uncomfortable to use the powder puff.
It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a powder puff box including a receiving case having a receptacle, a partitioning cap, a puff having a puffing section, a puff enclosure and a cover body. The receiving case has a coupling section and the partitioning cap has a coupled section coupled with the coupling section of the receiving case. The partitioning cap further has a small-diameter engaging section protruding from the coupled section. The engaging section is formed with a central fitting hole. The puff has a puffing section and a small-diameter held section protruding from the puffing section. The puffing section of the puff is formed with a large-diameter central conduit. The held section is formed with a small-diameter perforation communicating with the conduit, whereby the conduit and the perforation together form a passage through which makeup powder is conducted in and out. The processing and assembling procedure of the powder puff box is simplified so that the manufacturing cost of the powder puff box is lowered.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide the above powder puff box in which the makeup powder is hindered from clogging the passage composed of the conduit and the perforation.
It is still a further object of the present invention to provide the above powder puff box in which the puff is substantially T-shaped and is integrally molded from an elastic soft rubber material. The puffing section of the puff has a form of a beveled tray. The held section is integrally connected with the puffing section. The puff is not likely to be humidified and contaminated. Therefore, bacteria are not easy to be cultured on the surface of the puff. In addition, the makeup powder is hindered from adhering to the surface of the puffing section or stagnating in the gap between the receiving case and the partitioning cap.
The present invention can be best understood through the following description and accompanying drawings wherein:
Please refer to
When assembled, as shown in
According to the above arrangement, the puff 23 is not likely to be humidified and contaminated. Therefore, bacteria are not easy to be cultured on the surface of the puff 23. In addition, the makeup powder A is hindered from adhering to the surface of the puffing section 231 or stagnating in the gap between the receiving case and the partitioning cap. The puff 23 is directly formed with a central conduit 2311 through which the makeup powder A is conducted in and out. Therefore, the processing procedure is simplified and the cost for the material is lowered. Also, the components of the powder puff box are easier to assemble.
The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiments can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
