BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present utility model relates to the field of the baling equipment for tubular goods. Specifically, it relates to a baling bracket.

2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98

When transported or stored, tubular goods, such as vitta and drill pipe, all need to be baled in order to avoid impact and damage. In the prior art, there is a kind of metallic baling bracket, whose intension is great, and which is also strong and durable. However, the baling bracket molders easily during ocean shipping or long-term storing. The contact part of the baling bracket and the drill pipe or vitta may canker the pipe. It is high-priced and really costs a lot.

In addition, there is also a kind of wooden baling bracket. A ferric baling belt must be used to match the wooden structure of this baling bracket. The baling belt is connected directly with the pipes. During transport, the baling belt can make abrasions on the pipes because of vibrations, which may destroy the anti-rust coat on the pipes and consequently rust the pipes. Wooden structural baling brackets are packaged in quadrangular arrangements, but the direction of the force on the baling belt is circular. The directions of the two forces conflict, so that the wood may part and disperse packages easily during assembling and disassembling or transport. Furthermore, the baling belt will also part and disperse packages easily under outside forces.

In the prior art, there is also a PVC-steel structural baling bracket, which is the most familiar in the prior art, wherein the inner square steel tube is used and cast-molding machining is adopted. The shaped product can just match with the vitta or drill pipe of a single model, which costs a lot. A ferric baling belt must be used to match the PVC-steel structural baling bracket, which increases the expense. A PVC-steel baling bracket is used to being packed in quadrangular arrangements, but the direction of the force on the baling belt is still circular. The directions of the two forces conflict, and the central pipes cannot be nipped tightly. So, the pipes will move easily during assembling, disassembling and transport, and the baling belt will part and disperse packages easily. In the prior art, there is also a kind of PVC-steel structural baling bracket connected with a pothook. Wherein the inner square steel tube is used and cast-molding machining is adopted. The shaped product can just match with the vitta or drill pipe of a single model. Stamping techniques are adopted in the pothook, which is complicated and costs a lot. This prior art baling bracket is high-priced.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to overcome the disadvantages of the modern baling bracket, such as parting and dispersing packages easily, being costly and inconvenient, and being unable to be applied to tubular goods of various models, the object of the present utility model is to provide a kind of baling bracket which does not part and disperse packages easily and is low-cost and convenient. The baling bracket of the present invention can be applied to tubular goods of various models.

In order to solve the technological problems, the project that is adopted in the present utility model is disclosed. A baling bracket comprises a keel, a stem with screw thread a bracket, a washer and skidproof veins. Said bracket and said washer are connected in series with the keel whose two ends are nested on the stem with screw thread. One side of the bracket is wider and the other is narrower, and two narrower sides of brackets are connected to form a groove which has skidproof veins.

It also consists of a cover board, which is located on the two ends of the keel and fixedly connects with keel. The fixing connection is one of the prior connection modes, such as jointing, orifice fixation, screw thread fixation and so on. The jointing is preferred.

It also consists of screw thread firmwares, which are located on the top of the stem with the screw thread. They are screw thread firmwares of the prior art.

The screw thread firmwares comprise a nut, and they may also comprise a washer for iron pieces and a spring gasket. The nut lies on the furthest outside of the top of the stem with screw thread, and the washer for iron pieces and the spring gasket lies on the top of the stem with the screw thread in turn. They together fasten the keel on the stem with screw thread tightly.

The keel is U-shaped.

It also consists of a scaleboard. The scaleboard has the same width as the U-shaped hatch of the keel, and together with the keel, it is embedded in the bracket. The area can be increased, and the keel avoids being cut by the bracket.

The groove formed by the brackets has a regular shape, which has wide outer fringe and narrow inner fringe, such as trapezia, triangle, arc and so on. The trapezia and arc is preferred. The trapeziform groove is suitable for tubular goods of various models and the arc groove is suitable for the tubular goods of particular models.

The bracket is a plastic one, and the washer is also plastic.

Compared with the prior art, there are benefits of the present utility model.

In the present utility model, skidproof veins are set on the interface of between the baling bracket and drill pipe and vitta. After die stamping, the carbon structured armor plate, which complies with government standards (e.g. the thickness of the plate is more than 3.5 mm), is used for the U-shaped keel. The plastic bracket and the plastic washer are connected in series with said kneel, and then two cover boards are jointed by electric welding to seal the two ends to be the support. The washer for the iron pieces and the screw thread firmwares are joined on the upper and lower layers by jointing. And then said stem with screw thread, said screw cap and said spring gasket are connected to the bale. The bracket is scrabbled up with PVC-steel. Without affecting the quality of the product, the quantity of the drill pipe and the vitta can be changed along with the demand of the clients. The bracket is packed to be a quadrate bag, and the direction of the force is consistent with that of the stem with screw thread. The iron pieces and drill pipes are all nonmetallic contact, so there is no damage to the pipes. There are skidproof veins on the bracket to avoid the baled pipes moving. Because the stem with screw thread and the screw cap are all standard pieces, special tools are unnecessary for the bracket to bale the pipes. It is really convenient to pack.

Using the present utility model product, the lowest bracket (stem with screw thread) is well placed, and then a layer of pipes with a sling is hung. Then, the pipes are placed on the bracket. The pipes will be arranged freely. Secondly, the pipes are adjustable by manpower, and then a second layer of bracket and pipes are placed, and so on. The rest may be deduced by analogy. Until the quantity of the baled pipes is adequate, one more layer of bracket with washers are placed for iron pieces. The spring gasket and nut is put at last and the nuts of the two sides are screwed down symmetrically. Then the baling is finished. It is extremely convenient to use the baling bracket.

In the present utility model, because the groove for placing the tubular goods in the baling bracket is trapeziform or arc, it can be tangent to or joint with the surface of the tubular goods. The tubular goods can be fastened effectively, and it is suitable for the tubular goods with different diameters.
