Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

This invention pertains to a kind of moisture absorbent quick dry face fabric and its processing technique.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Following the continuous development of science and technology, and the rise of living standards in recent years, people are demanding more from clothing fabrics such as color, feel, style and function etc. Today, the demand for comfortability, functionality as well as for the avant-garde are becoming more expressive. Traditional composite fibers, however, have limited single function and area of application, low grades, poor level of comfort, and low add-on value.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of this invention is to provide a kind of moisture absorbent quick dry face fabric and its processing technique. The advantages of this invention are soft tactility, changeable crease, distinctive lines, good electrical conductivity, crease resistance, air permeability, flexibility, moisture absorption and sweat removal.

To achieve aforementioned objective, the technical plan of this invention is as follows:

A kind of moisture absorbent quick dry face fabric produced by weaving together warp and weft yarns with a weight ratio dependent on the required density. The warp yarn uses medium organzine polyester yarn as raw materials. A natural conductive thread is added to the raw material. The weft yarn consists of A weft and B weft. A weft uses low-organzine moisture absorbent desweating filament. B weft uses low organzine composite thread composed of polyester low elastic thread and spandex elastic thread.

The processing technique of a kind of moisture absorbent quick dry face fabric includes the following procedures: First, weave the warp and weft yarns together into grey fabric. Then, pass the grey fabric through such finishing procedures as turning, stitching, scouring, water extraction, stentering, pre-setting, reduction, dyeing, water extraction, stentering, and soft setting to complete the processing technique. A low-temperature dyeing agent of the low-alkali dispersion dye is used in the said dyeing procedure. The moisture absorbent desweating fiber must use a dye that has low sublimation point and lesser molecular weight. This kind of dye has excellent level-dyeing property and bright colors. Moreover, tactility of the dyed fabric is very good. Reductive decomposition in acidic medium will happen for some dispersion dye processing technique. Hence there will be change in the colorability and hues of the dye. This results in lowering fastness and chromatic aberration. In addition, the fixed contraction of spandex in hot water must be considered. When the temperature is over 90 degrees C., the strength of spandex is greatly reduced. Therefore, the individual characteristics of spandex and polyester fiber must also be considered during the dyeing of moisture absorbent quick dry face fabric. Hence, low-temperature dyeing agent of the weak alkality dispersion dye is used herein.

The aforementioned dyeing procedure uses graded temperature process. Raise the temperature to 80 degrees C. and maintain for 10 mins. Then again raise the temperature to 90 degrees C. in 1 degree C. increments. After maintaining that temperature for 50 mins, lower it to 60 degrees C. Simultaneously pour in water with 209 detergent and 209 flushing agent in 2 g/l proportion. Raise temperature to 70 degrees C. and clean for 20 mins.

The beneficial effects of this invention are: By taking advantage of the characteristics of moisture absorbent quick dry filament and the heat contract and extension recovery property of spandex and polyester low elastic thread, this invention introduces a plan to assemble and interweave polyester filament and moisture absorbent desweating yarn to enable its products to overcome the disadvantages of traditional fabrics such as single-functioned, low grades, poor comfortability. limited area of application, and low add-on value. Moreover, the face fabric absorbs and gives out body sweat through moisture absorbent desweating filament and natural conductive thread, thereby achieving functions of moisture absorption, air permeability and cooling. Moreover, due to the addition of natural conductive thread and elastic composite thread, the face fabric can also offer good anti-static ability and crease resistance. In addition, the face fabric has rich patterns, distinctive lines, soft feel and changeable creases.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Application 1

The warp yarn of a kind of moisture absorbent quick dry face fabric referred herein uses medium organzine polyester yarn as raw material. A natural conductive thread is added to the raw material. Its weft yarn consists of A weft and B weft. A weft uses low organzine moisture absorbent desweating filament while B weft uses low organzine composite thread from polyester low elastic thread and spandex elastic thread. After being wound by an automatic winder, the warp yarn passes through such procedures as double twisting, setting, warping, and drawing-in. Likewise, the weft yarn, after being wound by an automatic winder, passes through double twisting, setting, assembly, and skein winding procedures. The warp and weft yarns that had gone through the aforementioned processes are then weaved together into grey fabric. Filament fiber tension must be well-controlled during the entire weaving process. Pass the grey fabric through such finishing procedures as turning, stitching, scouring, water extraction, stentering, pre-setting, reduction, dyeing, water extraction, stentering, soft setting to complete the entire processing technique. During the double twisting process, the double twisting equipment undergoes spindle and overfeed remakes. An imported ceramic system is used to adjust tension. A circular tension machine is used in the warping process to maintain permanent tension. This ensures that tensile change of different materials is controlled and kept to the minimum. The retractable filament coaxial warping device with big optimization difference can overcome warping difficulties of different material tensions. During the dyeing procedure, a low-temperature dyeing agent of the weak alkalinity dispersion dye and graded temperature process are used. Temperature is raised to 80 degrees C. and maintained for 10 mins. Then, the temperature is again raised to 90 degrees in 1 degree C. min increments where it is maintained for 50 mins. Afterwhich the temperature is lowered to 60 degrees C. Finally, water is poured in with 209 cleaner and 209 flushing agent added in 2 g/l proportion. Raise the temperature to 70 degrees and clean for 20 mins. The face fabric of said invention absorbs and gives out body sweat through moisture absorbent desweating filament and natural conductive thread, thereby achieving functions of moisture absorption, air permeability and cooling. Moreover, due to the addition of natural conductive thread and elastic composite thread, the face fabric can also offer good anti-static ability and crease resistance. In addition, the face fabric has rich patterns, distinctive lines, soft feel and changeable creases.
