Interchangeable / Modular Purse / Handbag Assembly

A fully interchangeable/modular purse/handbag that has components that can be used in multiple assemblies. The purse/handbag handles, inner liner, and exterior shell are all modular design and can be utilized across a variety of combinations. A zip-out liner and detachable handles are the enabler for this design which is unique to prior art.

Description
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

1. Technical Field

This invention relates to the manufacture of a fully interchangeable purse/handbag with the following features: interchangeable zip-out liner, interchangeable exterior shell, interchangeable handles. Since it will be fully interchangeable and modular there will be various combinations to select from for full customization/personalization.

2. Background Of The Invention (Prior Art)

Purses/handbags are widely used and are available in a variety of styles and materials. Typically, the handbag handles are a fixed attachment to the purse via hardware and are non-interchangeable. The inner liner is also permanently sewn inside the purse exterior and is not designed to be modular in nature.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The disadvantages of the prior art for purses/handbags is solved by the present invention by providing interchangeable components of the full assembly. Every component of the purse/handbag is interchangeable; handles, inner liner, exterior shell. This innovative purse/handbag will be capable of creating several different appearances with the interchangeability of the components.

There is added convenience to the user by being able to keep all contents in the purse/handbag inner liner with capability of zipping out interior liner to move to different exterior shell.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view which shows handles removed and inner liner zippered to exterior shell

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view with three components fully assembled; inner liner, exterior shell, handle; 4 different combinations by interchanging components

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view of the removable liner and external handles detached from the exterior shell of the purse/handbag

Claims

1. An interchangeable/modular purse/handbag manufactured of purely organic materials comprising:

interchangeable parts to mix/match, handles/exterior shell/interior liner all are modular in nature. Handle (interchangeable) with at least two hardware attachments to exterior shell and zip-out (interchangeable) interior liner.

2. An interchangeable/modular purse/handbag as defined in claim 1, wherein the interior liner has a zipper to be able to remove the entire purse/handbag liner to move to another purse/handbag exterior shell. Handles have hooks to interchange with other exterior shells.

3. An interchangeable/modular purse/handbag as defined in claim 1, wherein the interior liner will also have a pocket to conceal valuables between the exterior shell and interior liner when interior liner is zippered into shell.
