Description
BACKGROUND

The present invention relates to a diversified assembly of Christmas bell decorations. In stead of conventional circular Christmas bell decorations with all bells arranged in series, the present invention provides a two-part configured Christmas bell decoration comprising a cluster of bells with semicircle shape and ornaments with another corresponding semicircle shape. Different kinds of Christmas bell decorations are obtained due to different shape of the ornaments or different sequence arrangement of the bell and the ornaments. Hence, the Christmas bell decorations can fit the need of the consumer market due to its diversified shapes.

Traditionally, large circular Christmas bell decoration used for decorating room during Christmas, as shown in FIG. 1, is essentially made of a plurality of bells threaded with wire first and then looped to circle. In order to avoid dull and stiff shape, the bells used are usually colorful in order to present rich color. Furthermore, little adornments with festival atmosphere are appended onto the Christmas bell decoration to intersperse the same, therefore makes it essentially take on happy festival atmosphere.

However, such Christmas bell decorations are lack of diversification in shape due to merely threading the bells to circular shape with wires. Hence, it is hard to produce diversified assembly of Christmas bell decorations to the extent that only such visual exchange can be obtained via bells with different color matching together. However, the diversification obtained by such method is restricted, and could not fit the need of consumer market, therefore needs to be improved.

BRIEF SUMMARY

In view of the foregoing shortcoming that the shape of conventional Christmas bell decorations is lack of diversification, the inventor of the present invention set about studying to make improvement, hoping to input more creation on shape of the Christmas bell decoration. The inventor developed the diversified assembly of Christmas bell decoration based on his experience and technology in relative industry. The main aspect of the present invention is the configuration of a two-part Christmas bell decoration, which comprised of a cluster of bells with semicircle shape and ornaments with another corresponding semicircle shape. Different kinds of Christmas bell decorations are obtained due to different shape of the ornaments or different sequence arrangement of the bell and the ornaments. Hence, the Christmas bell decorations can fit the need of the consumer market due to its diversified shapes.

Another aspect of the present invention is the assembling method between the ornaments and the cluster of bells. In assembling the aforementioned two parts, easy method such as bard or screw threads matching with screw cap is used. Hence, in addition to obtain diversification in shape, manufacturing cost is also reduced to meet the need of industry application.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Structures, methods and effects of the embodiments are illustrated as follow, by reference to the Figures, together with some examples:

Referring to FIGS. 2-4, a Christmas bell decoration of a first preferred embodiment is shown. The Christmas bell decoration is mainly comprised of a cluster of bells 10 with semicircle shape and an ornament 20 with semicircle shape, wherein:

The cluster of bells 10 is manufactured by threading predetermined amount of bells 12 with a semicircle-shaped wire 11. The type of bells 12 are same or a mixture of more than two. The bells 12 are single color or more than two. After threading the bells 12 with the wire 11, two ends of the wire 11 are preferred to maintain a predetermined length, acting as a joint portion 13 between the cluster of bells 11 and the ornament 20. When possible, suitable shaped little adornment 14 could be appended onto the cluster of bells 10 at a predetermined position, therefore improve diversification of the cluster of bells 10.

The ornament 20 is manufactured by combining ornament pieces 22 with predetermined shape onto a wire 21 with semicircle framework. Shape and pattern of the ornament piece 22 can be different. In addition, rich color is also desirable to perform happy festival atmosphere and visual effect. A connector 23 is formed at each of two ends of the wire 21, which comprising a hole 24 to be matched with the joint portion 13 of the cluster of bells 10.

When assembling, the two joint portions 13, at two ends of the wire 11 of the cluster of bells 10, drill through the two connectores 23 at two ends of the wire 21 of the ornament 20 separately. Then the joint portions 13 are folded to barbed shape to combine with the connectores 23 in order to make the cluster of bells 10 and the ornament 20 combined with each other, therefore forming the Christmas bell decoration. Different combination between different typed adornment 20 and the cluster of bells 10 can lead to different shape and diversification.

Referring to FIGS. 5-7, a Christmas bell decoration of a second preferred embodiment is shown. The Christmas bell decoration is mainly comprised of a cluster of bells 30 with semicircle shape and an ornament 40 with semicircle shape, wherein:

The cluster of bells 30 is manufactured by threading predetermined amount of bells 32 with a semicircle-shaped wire 31. The type of bells 32 are same or a mixture of more than two. The bells 32 are single color or more than two. After threading the bells 32 with the wire 31, two ends of the wire 31 are preferred to maintain a predetermined length, acting as a joint portion 33 between the cluster of bells 31 and the ornament 40. The joint portion 33 are designed with screw threads, a screw cap 34 is used to match with the screw threads therefore making the cluster of bells 30 combined with the ornament 40.

The ornament 40 is manufactured by combining ornament pieces 42 with predetermined shape onto a wire 41 with semicircle framework. The shape and pattern of the ornament piece 42 can be different. In addition, rich color is also desirable to perform happy festival atmosphere and visual effect. Connector 43 is formed at two ends of the wire 41 separately, which comprising a hole 44 to be matched with the joint portion 33 of the cluster of bells 30.

When assembling, the two joint portions 33 at two ends of the wire 31 of the cluster of bells 30 drill through the two connectors 43 at two ends of the wire 41 of the ornament 40 separately. Then the joint portions 33 at two ends of the wire 31 of the cluster of bells 30 are locked with the screw cap 34, the connectors 43 at two ends of the wire 41 of the ornament 40 will match with the screw cap 34 to limit the position, therefore making the cluster of bells 30 and the ornament 40 combined with each other, thus forming the Christmas bell decoration. Similarly, different combination between different typed ornament 40 and the cluster of bells 30 can obtain different shape and diversification.

Besides the assembly manner of the cluster of bells and ornament described in aforementioned embodiments, which obtain diversified shapes via different types of ornament combining with cluster of bells, the diversified shapes can also be obtained via shape exchange of the ornament, or via sequence exchange of the bells and the ornament. Hence, diversified assembly of Christmas bell decoration could be obtained endowed with high industrial utility value. The wires used in the present invention are appreciated to have a certain rigidity and flexibility.

According to the illustration above, in comparison with the shortcomings of conventional circular Christmas bell decoration, the present invention provides a circular Christmas bell decoration comprised of a cluster of bells with semicircle shape and ornament with semicircle shape. The two-part combination design, merely via different types of ornament combining with cluster of bells, can the diversified shapes of Christmas bell decoration be obtained. Furthermore, via sequence exchange of the bells and the ornament, the diversified shapes can be obtained. Hence, diversified shapes are endowed to the product; diversification needed in customer market is satisfied. Most important is, the cluster of bells and the ornament are assembled via barb or hook, or the method of screw thread matching with screw cap, which is easy enough to be operated. Therefore, assembly difficulty is reduced, thus total manufacturing cost will then be shorten. Besides the industrial utilization value, good economic benefit is also endowed.

The description aforementioned is given by way of example, which is not aim to limit. With the above disclosure, one skilled in the art could devise variations that are within the scope and spirit of the invention disclosed herein, including configurations ways of the recessed portions and materials and/or designs of the attaching structures. Further, the various features of the embodiments disclosed herein can be used alone, or in varying combinations with each other and are not intended to be limited to the specific combination described herein. Thus, the scope of the claims is not to be limited by the illustrated embodiments.
