BACKGROUND ART

Generally, a cushion shoe is equipped with a spring in an underneath of a shoe for thereby providing a certain jumping function depending on a spring elastic force. The cushion shoe is generally used for fun. In case that a user repeatedly performs the same motions during a long time, a lot of exercise effect can be obtained as compared to when a user simply wears sports shoes. So, the cushion shoe has a big attention from adults for the purpose of a diet.

Various kinds of shoes are disclosed, which are equipped with springs on the underneath of shoes. However, in almost shoes, a spring is disposed between an underneath of a shoe and a sole, and the underneath of the shoe and the sole are engaged at the center of the spring by using a certain engaging member such as a bolt or something. So, it is possible to manufacture the shoes, but it is impossible to maintain or exchange when a spring is damaged.

In order to overcome the above problems, the same applicant as the present invention discloses a Korean patent number 10-0701458 of shoes for diet having cushion means.

In the above shoes, a fixing plate provided in an underneath and a sole of a shoe is separable by using screw while supporting the upper and lower ends of the spring, and an end of the spring is tightly inserted into the fixing plate.

When the body and the sole of the shoe are distorted from each other, the end of the spring might be disengaged, which leads to damaging stability of the product.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Problem

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a shock absorber type sports shoes for balance which overcomes the above objects.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a shock absorber type sports shoes for balance in which a spring can be easily engaged or disengaged from a sole and an elastic sole in a cushion shoe formed in such a manner that a sole forming an underneath of a shoe and an elastic sole further formed in the underneath are elastically engaged through a spring, and a maintenance or a spring exchange can be easy depending on an elastic coefficient of a spring, and a user can easily change the spring.

MODE FOR THE INVENTION

The preferred embodiments of a shock absorber type sports shoes for balance according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The prior art, which may make the subject matter of the present invention unclear, might be omitted in the descriptions of the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 1 through 4, the present invention relating to a shock absorber type sports shoes for balance is formed as a coil type spring 40 is disposed between a sole 20 of a body 10 forming a shoe and an elastic sole 30. The subject matter of the present invention resides in that an upper side 42 or a lower side 44 of a spring 40 is separately engaged to a sole 20 and an elastic sole 30 using a spring fixing member 100.

A front side of the elastic sole 30 is hinged at a front lower side of the sole 20 in a rotatable structure, and a spring 40 is disposed between a rear upper side and a lower rear side of the sole, and the spring 40 is engaged to the sole 20 and the elastic sole 30 by means of the fixing member 100.

The spring fixing member 100 is inserted into engaging grooves 200 and 300 at the corresponding positions of the lower surface of the sole 20 and the upper surface of the elastic sole 30.

In the spring fixing member 100, a spring end insertion groove 120 is formed along a circumference, so the end of the spring 40 is mounted on a circumference of the body 110, which is formed in a circular plate shape, and is engaged when being pulled, and a protrusion 130 is formed so that the end 42 of the spring 40 is wound and is supported at the center.

The spring fixing member 100 is fixedly inserted into the engaging grooves 200 and 300 formed in the sole 20 or the elastic sole 30.

When the spring 40 is installed upright on the ground, it is preferably equipped with a cutting surface so that its upper side and lower side are horizontally parallel. In addition, it is preferred that the spring 40 is formed with its outer diameter being decreased from the lower side to the upper side.

The spring end insertion groove 120, which is formed on one surface of the spring fixing member 100 and is mounded as an end circular line of the spring 40 is inserted, is equipped with an inclination angle 122 so that the spring fixing member 100 maintains a horizontal state in a state that the end of the spring 40 is engaged.

The inclination angle 22 has the same inclination angle as the upper end 42 or the lower end 44 as the upper end 42 or the lower end 44 of the spring 40 is exploded in a twisted shape.

It is preferred that the spring end insertion groove 120 is formed in a tunnel shape so that the end of the spring 40 passes in a direction that the body 110 of the spring fixing member 100 rotates and is fixedly engaged or is formed so that the end of the spring 40 can be guided toward the spring end insertion groove 120 by cutting one surrounding side of the body 110.

In addition, the protrusion 130 is formed in a circular shape or a polygonal shape so that the end of the spring 40 is supported in a winding shape, and a female screw part 520 is formed in the center of the upper surface, so that it can be engaged to the sole 20 or the elastic sole 30 using a bolt 500.

The female screw part 520 is protruded with respect to the protrusion 130 and is formed in the polygonal part 140 which has a polygonal shape, and the polygonal part 140 is inserted into the polygonal groove formed in the engaging grooves 200 and 300 and is engaged using a bolt 500 while its rotation is prevented.

When the spring 40 is fixed in the spring fixing member 100, the upper end 42 of the spring 40 is placed on the spring end insertion groove 120 formed on the upper surface of the body 110 of the spring fixing member 100. The upper end 42 of the spring 40 is inserted and mounted in the spring end insertion groove 120 with its upper surface being horizontally parallel by means of the inclination angle 122. The spring fixing member 100 is engaged to the engaging groove 200 formed in the underneath of the sole 20 of the shoe and is fixed to the female screw part 520 of the spring fixing member 100 by using the bolt 500 on the upper surface of the sole 20.

The construction that the spring fixing member 100 is engaged to the upper end 42 of the spring 40 was described in the above. The spring fixing member 100 having the same structure but different outer size is engaged in a symmetric direction. In the description, only the upper end of the spring 40 was described, but it might be engaged in the lower end of the same in the same structure.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the spring fixing member 100 according to the present invention might be applied depending on a user s body condition or balance after the elastic force of the spring 40 is determined depending on a spring elastic coefficient.

Namely, the spring fixing member 100 is equipped with a protrusion guide hole 410 for being engaged with the protrusion 130 at the center of the body 110, and a spring pressing plate 400 of which one side presses and supports the end of the spring 40.

In addition, the body 110 of the spring fixing member 100 and the spring pressing plate 400 are engaged using the bolt 420, so that the spring fixing member 100 can be set depending on a spring elastic coefficient.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

In a a shock absorber type sports shoes for balance according to the present invention, a spring fixing member is engaged by means of an end of a spring when a spring fixing member disposed in an upper side or a lower side of a spring is engaged between a sole of a body forming a body and an elastic sole, so a spring can be easily engaged between a sole and an elastic sole, and it is possible to prevent a disengagement of a spring, and a maintenance and a spring exchange are easy depending on a spring elastic coefficient.

Since a user can exchange a spring depending on his balance, an optimum balance can be maintained all the time.
