Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a support apparatus. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus used in a mobile luggage having wheels and pull handle.

2. Description of Related Art

A conventional wheeled luggage as shown in FIG. 5 comprises a luggage case 30 in which multiple wheels 31 are pivoted under the case 30, and a pull handle 32 is installed above the luggage case 30. The luggage case 30 can be dragged by pulling the pull handle 32, so as the wheels 31 of the luggage case 30 will be rolling glidingly to move.

However, the conventional wheeled luggage has contained some improvable defects, such as:

1. Inconvenience of use: Since the conventional wheeled luggage contains multiple wheels 31 fixed under the luggage case 30, and the pull handle 32 is fixed above the luggage case 30 as well, so the practical use of the luggage is inconvenient, especially when the luggage case is laid down on the floor, the users have to bend down their back or squat down to sort out the articles inside the case; and

2. Poor stability of the wheels: Since the wheels and the pull handle are located on the luggage case in opposition to each other, and the wheels are simply pivoted under the luggage case, so when the luggage case is dragged by pulling the pull handle 32, the weight of the luggage case 30 will fall on the pivot axis of the wheels 31 significantly, which easily causes the wheels 31 to be damaged by supporting such heavy weight, thus the stability of the wheels 31 is poor.

The present invention is intended to improve the above mentioned drawbacks of the conventional wheeled luggage. The present invention provides improved solutions to the problems of inconvenient use and poor stability of the luggage.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose for the present invention is to provide a support apparatus for a wheeled luggage, comprising: a luggage case and a frame member, wherein the luggage case further comprises a pull handle, a plurality of first pivot seats and second pivot seats; and the frame member further comprises a first frame having two main legs, multiple wheels, a U-shaped pivot rod and multiple horizontal racks; and a second frame having multiple pivot fasteners and multiple wheels. The horizontal racks are connected between the two main legs which pivotally attached with the U-shaped pivot rod, and the bottom of the U-shaped pivot rod is extended to the position of the horizontal rack. In addition, the both ends of the U-shaped pivot rod are fastened to the first pivot seats of the luggage case pivotally, and the both ends of the second frame are pivotally fastened to the second pivot seats too, meanwhile, multiple pivot fasteners are fastened the second frame to the main legs of the first frame pivotally, from the outside of the second frame. When pulling the second frame, the second frame and the first frame will be unfolded to form in a shape of cross, so that the structure of the luggage case and the frame member will transform into a platform type, the users do not need to bend down their back or squat down to sort out the things in the luggage case; furthermore, since the wheels are pivoted to the bottom ends of the first frame and second frame, so that the stability of the wheels is secured.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

While this invention is capable of embodiment in many different forms, what is shown in the drawings and described in detail herein is the preferred embodiment of the invention. The preferred embodiment is disclosed with the understanding that the present description is but one example of the principles of the invention and is not intended to limit the broad aspects of the invention to the single embodiment illustrated.

FIGS. 1 to 3 are perspective, segmented and side views schematically showing a preferable embodiment of the present invention.

The wheeled luggage comprises:

a luggage case 10, comprising a pull handle 11, a plurality of first pivot seats 12 and second pivot seats 13; wherein the pull handle 11 is installed above the luggage case 10 with a design of fixed type or telescopic type; and stacked-up hand-griped pieces 110 are installed on the top of the pull handle 11 provided a rotatable movement relative to the pull handle 11; and

a frame member 20, comprising a first frame 21 and second frame 22, wherein the first frame 21 further comprises two main legs 210, multiple wheels 211, a U-shaped pivot rod 212 and multiple horizontal racks 213; and the second frame 22 further comprises multiple pivot fasteners 220 and multiple wheels 221. The horizontal racks 213 of the first frame 21 are connected between the two main legs 210 which pivotally attached with the U-shaped pivot rod 212, and the bottom of the U-shaped pivot rod 212 is extended to the position of the horizontal rack 213. In addition, the both ends of the U-shaped pivot rod 212 are fastened to the first pivot seats 12 of the luggage case 10 pivotally, and the both ends of the second frame 22 are pivotally fastened to the second pivot seats 13 of the luggage case 10; meanwhile, multiple pivot fasteners 220 are fastened the second frame 22 to the main legs 210 of the first frame 21 pivotally, from the outside of the second frame 22.

In light of the structural description stated above, the present invention fulfills a wheeled luggage thereof.

FIG. 4 is side view schematically showing the practical use of the present invention. Wherein, the horizontal racks 213 of the first frame 21 are connected between the two main legs 210 which pivotally attached with the U-shaped pivot rod 212, and the bottom of the U-shaped pivot rod 212 is extended to the position of the horizontal rack 213. In addition, the both ends of the U-shaped pivot rod 212 are fastened to the first pivot seats 12 of the luggage case 10 pivotally, and the both ends of the second frame 22 are pivotally fastened to the second pivot 13 seats of the luggage case 10; meanwhile, multiple pivot fasteners 220 are fastened the second frame 22 to the main legs 210 of the first frame 21 pivotally, from the outside of the second frame 22. When pulling the second frame 22, the second frame 22 and main legs 210 of the first frame 21 will be unfolded to form in a shape of cross, so that the structure of the luggage case 10 and the frame member 20 will transform into a platform type, the users do not need to bend down their back or squat down to sort out the articles in the luggage case 10; furthermore, since the wheels 211, 221 are pivoted to the bottom ends of the first frame 21 and second frame 22 which could share the weight of the luggage case 10, so that the stability of the wheels is secured.

In the light of the above, the advantages of the present invention include:

1. Convenience of use: When pulling the second frame 22, the second frame 22 and main legs 210 of the first frame 21 will be unfolded to form in a shape of cross, so that the structure of the luggage case 10 and the frame member 20 will transform into a platform type, so that the users do not need to bend down their back or squat down to sort out the articles in the luggage case 10, thus the use of the present invention is convenience.

2. Improved stability of the wheels: Due to the wheels 211, 221 are pivoted to the bottom ends of the first frame 21 and second frame 22 which could share the weight of the luggage case 10, so that the stability of the wheels is secured.

Although numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been described in detail in the foregoing description, together with the structure and function of the invention, this disclosure is only one of the examples, and changes may be made with regard to specific details, particularly to shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the invention to the full extent indicated by the general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
