Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a cigarette box structure capable of collecting cigarette ashes and cigarette buds, in particular to a cigarette box having a collecting space provided for a smoker to collect cigarette ashes and a cigarette bud or put out a cigarette after the smoker lights up the cigarette, so as to prevent the cigarette ashes from flying around, or the smoker from dumping a cigarette bud anywhere and causing an environmental pollution or even a fire.

2. Description of the Related Art

After a smoker lights up a cigarette, the smoker usually inhales cigarette smoke and the tobacco of the cigarette is burned to produce cigarette ashes, and the smoker usually taps the cigarette ash off, and the cigarette ash will fall to any place where the smoker pays no attention. After the cigarette ashes are dumped on the ground, blown all over the place by wind, some of the ashes are inhaled into people's lung. Even the cigarette ashes are put in an ashtray in an office, the ashes may fall onto documents without notice. At present, no law or regulation prohibits smokers from smoking cigarettes, stops cigarette companies from producing and selling cigarettes or prohibits cigarette producers from growing tobacco, and thus smokers have the freedom of smoking cigarettes.

Although the smokers have their freedom to smoke cigarettes, yet non-smokers also have their right to refuse second-hand smoking. Smoking is restricted to certain smoking areas, and laws and regulations including penalties are reinforced, but the issue of flying cigarette ashes still exists, and such issue cannot be controlled or managed effectively, and thus becomes a nuisance to non-smokers. Smokers cannot do much, since they really cannot tell where the cigarette ashes will fly, and no appropriate place is available for them to put out a cigarette or dumping the cigarette ashes. The same problem applies to cigarette buds, and it is common to see cigarette buds dumped by smokers on a road surface or both sides of a drainage ditch. As long as too many cigarette buds are accumulated, the drainage ditch will be clogged to create an adverse effect to the environment. Particularly, a toilet bin clogged by cigarette buds causes an overflow of urine and a disgusting sanitary problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the aforementioned problems, the inventor of the present invention believes that it is an effective way of controlling cigarette ashes and cigarette buds by starting out from the smokers, and conducted extensive researches and experiments, and finally developed a cigarette box capable of collecting cigarette ashes and cigarette buds to overcome the aforementioned problems.

Therefore, it is an objective of the present invention to provide a cigarette box structure capable of collecting cigarette ashes and cigarette buds, wherein the cigarette box reserves a collecting space and includes a refractory adhesive material enclosed around the collecting space, such that after a smoker lights up a cigarette, the smoker can use the collecting space in the cigarette box to collect cigarette ashes and cigarette buds appropriately or put out a cigarette to avoid cigarette ashes from flying all over the place, dumping cigarette buds anywhere, or causing a fire or a dirty visual effect.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a cigarette box structure capable of collecting cigarette ashes and cigarette buds, wherein the refractory adhesive material is used for enclosing the collecting space in the cigarette box, particularly for a wall on the left side of the cigarette box.

FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a location of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a first schematic view of another location of the present invention;

FIG. 6 is a third schematic view of another location of the present invention; and

FIG. 7 is a fourth schematic view of another location of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The structural assembly, technical characteristics and effects of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments taken with the accompanying drawings.

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 for a detailed illustration of a cigarette box structure capable of collecting cigarette ashes and cigarette buds in accordance with the present invention, the cigarette box structure comprises a cigarette box 1 reserving a collecting space 11, and a refractory adhesive material enclosed around the collecting space 11, such that when a box lid 12 is covered onto the top of cigarette box 1, a flange 121 is provided for isolating the collecting space 11 from external air to constitute a substantially airtight condition.

Since the cigarette box structure of the present invention comes with a cigarette box 1 purchased by a smoker, and the collecting space 11 is integrated with the cigarette box 1 or the cigarette box 1 has bundled a cigarette ashtray for collecting cigarette ashes, therefore the smoker can open the box lid 12 of the cigarette box 1 (as shown in FIG. 3) after a cigarette 2 is lit up and cigarette ashes 21 are produced, and the smoker can tap the cigarette ashes 21 into the collecting space 11 of the cigarette box 1 and put a cigarette bud 2a into the collecting space 11 of the cigarette box 1 after the smoker finishes smoking, and then the smoker can cover the cigarette box 1 by the box lid 12. Since the collecting space 11 is enclosed by the refractory adhesive material, therefore the collecting space 11 is isolated from the external air to constitute an airtight condition after the box lid 12 is covered onto the cigarette box 1, and thus the cigarette ashes 21 or the cigarette buds 2′ can be extinguished while eliminating the possibility of an old flame coming alive.

Therefore, smokers cannot have any excuse to say that they cannot find an ashtray and tap the cigarette ashes or dump the cigarette buds anywhere, since the ashtray is bundled with the cigarette box, so that after the cigarette ashes 21 and cigarette buds 2′ can be collected appropriately to avoid the cigarette ashes from flying all over the place, causing a pollution to the environment, affecting the sanitary quality, burning an object to cause a fire, or causing an adverse visual effect. If a smoker does not carry the cigarette box bundled with an ashtray, the smoker will have no cigarette to smoke and thus will not produce any cigarette ash and cigarette bud, and the sanitary and pollution problems will not exist.

In addition, the refractory adhesive material is enclosed around the collecting space 11 of the cigarette box, wherein the refractory adhesive material is either on the left side or the right side of the cigarette box, or at the bottom of the cigarette box. The cover of the cigarette box can be lifted open or pushed open (as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5), or the cover on the collecting space 11 can be flipped open (as shown in FIG. 6) or slid (as shown in FIG. 7), or any other equivalent way of opening the cover of the cigarette box.

In summation of the description above, the present invention improves over the prior art and complies with the patent application requirements, and thus is duly filed for patent application.
