TOY GUN HAVING SAFE MECHANISM FOR BLANK AMMUNITION

A toy gun includes a gun main body, a magazine and a pull-locked piece. The gun main body has a trigger including a pulled part and a base part arranged a tenon. The magazine has a bullet-loading head for pushing the bullets. A push block is arranged at the bullet-loading head. One side of a middle section of the pull-locked piece is pivoted in the gun main body. Corresponding to the rear end of the trigger, a hook is arranged at a front of the pull-locked piece, while a rear end of the pull-locked piece has an abutting-and-holding part, which is swung downwardly by an elastic element. Thereby, when the bullet in the magazine is used up, the abutting-and-holding part is pushed up by the push block, making the hook buckled down onto the tenon to prevent the pulled part from being pulled.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention in general relates to a toy gun, in particular, to a toy gun with safe mechanism for blank ammunition, making the trigger locked when the bullet in the magazine of the toy gun is used up.

2. Description of Prior Art

Accordingly, in order to satisfy the requirement of players who like the military weapons, the design and manufacture of current toy gun trend toward more virtual reality. However, the structure of the toy gun is after all substantially different from that of a common real firearm. For example, in a conventional pneumatic toy gun, the pressure released from the gas pushes the bullet (e.g., BB Bullet) from the barrel of gun. When the bullet in the magazine is used up, if the trigger is pulled continuously, it still will deplete the stock of gas, causing a waste. Therefore, in a common pneumatic toy gun, a percussion safe mechanism same as the real gun is provided for locking the trigger to prevent the trigger from being pulled by the players, when the bullet in the magazine is used up.

As seen in a common toy gun, a safe mechanism is provided for preventing the trigger of the toy gun from proceeding any trigger-pulling action, when the bullet in the magazine of the toy gun is used up. The technique according to prior art is mainly to apply a bullet-loading head arranged in the magazine. When the bullet in the magazine is used up, the bullet-loading head will be pushed to a rear position of the trigger. In the meantime, a connector is brought along to push an opening-and-closing device, such that one end of the opening-and-closing device is risen up to abut against a convex block on the trigger, thereby, it being impossible for the player to pull the trigger any further.

However, from the prior art, it is known that: first, the bullet-loading head brings along the connector, then the connector pushes the opening-and-closing device, while one end of the opening-and-closing device is risen up to be capable of abutting against the convex block on the trigger, making the trigger unable to be pulled. This kind of design applies too many assemblies in making a transmission motion. Not only it is tedious on design, but also it is easy to cause any failure on the safe mechanism, if it occurs that any assembly is out of order or cooperated poorly.

Accordingly, after a substantially devoted study, in cooperation with the application of relative academic principles, the inventor has finally proposed the present invention that is designed reasonably to possess the capability to improve the drawbacks of the prior art significantly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, in order to solve aforementioned problems, the invention is mainly to provide a toy gun having safe mechanism for blank ammunition. According to the invention, a pull-locked piece structured as a rocker is acted as a linking element between the bullet-loading head of the magazine and the tenon of the trigger. Since of the simpler structure of the linking mechanism, it may reduce the risk of the phenomenon occurrence of assembly failure or poor cooperation, therefore, the invention being a design more appropriately adapted as a safe mechanism.

Secondly, the invention is to provide a toy gun having safe mechanism for blank ammunition, including a gun main body, a magazine and a pull-locked piece. According to the invention, the gun main body is comprised of a gun grip and gun barrel. Most important of all, a trigger located at a front of the gun grip and pivoted to the gun barrel is provided to include a pulled part extended under the gun barrel; and a base part, which is disposed in the gun barrel, and on which a tenon is arranged. The magazine has a bullet-loading head for pushing the bullet and a side of the bullet-loading head is arranged a push block. The pull-locked piece is a rocker structure, one side of a middle section of which is pivoted to the gun main body, and at a front of which a hook is arranged and positioned at a rear part of the trigger correspondingly, and at a rear of which an abutting-and-holding part is arranged and swung downwardly by an elastic element. Thereby, when the bullet in the magazine is used up, the push block will push the abutting-and-holding part up. Then, the hook is buckled down onto the tenon, preventing the pulled part from being pulled. Thus, the aforementioned objects are fulfilled.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In cooperation with attached drawings, the technical contents and detailed description of the present invention are described thereinafter according to a preferable embodiment, not used to limit its executing scope. Any equivalent variation and modification made according to appended claims is all covered by the claims claimed by the present invention.

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which are a perspective explosive illustration and a plane assembled illustration of an internal structure of the invention. The invention is to provide a toy gun having safe mechanism for blank ammunition, including a gun main body 1, a magazine 2 and a pull-locked piece 3.

According to one preferable embodiment of the invention, the gun main body 1 is comprised of a gun grip 10, a gun barrel 11 and a trigger 12 pivoted to an inside of the gun barrel 11 and positioned at a front of the gun grip 10. The trigger 12 includes a pulled part 120 extended under the gun barrel 11 and a base part 121 disposed in the gun barrel 11. Since the base part 121 is arranged by pivoting with the gun barrel 11, the trigger 12 can be pulled by a human finger. In addition, a magazine chamber 100 is arranged in the gun grip 10 (as shown in FIG. 2), such that the magazine 2 can be disposed therein. The other structures in the gun main body 1 are same as those of the prior arts and are not within the claimed scope of the invention, so a detailed description is not presented here.

The magazine 2 has a bullet-loading head 20 for loading a plurality of bullets (i.e., the so-called “BB Bullets”) 200 shown as a ball shape separately. After the magazine 2 is loaded into the magazine chamber 100 of the gun grip 10, the bullets 200 are one by one pushed into the bullet chamber (not shown in the figures) of the gun barrel 11, waiting for being fired.

The pull-locked piece 3 is a rocker structure, one side of a middle section of which is pivoted in the gun main body 1, and which is located at a rear of the base part 121 correspondingly. In this proposed embodiment, the pull-locked piece 3 is convexly arranged a pivoting axle 30 on one side of its middle section. On the other hand, a pivoting hole 13 is arranged at a corresponding position of the gun barrel 11. The pivoting axle 30 is pivoted in the pivoting hole 13, making the pull-locked piece 3 pivoted in the gun main body 1.

According to above description, a hook 31 is arranged at a front of the pull-locked piece 3, while an abutting-and-holding part 32 is arranged at a rear of the pull-locked piece 3. In the meantime, a positioning plug 33 is arranged at the pull-locked piece 3 close to the abutting-and-holding part 32, such that one side of an elastic element 330 can be fitted onto the positioning plug 33, making another side of the elastic element 330 abutted against an inside of the gun main body 1. Thereby, the abutting-and-holding part 32 of the pull-locked piece 3 is subjected to an external forced pushing downwardly by the elastic element 330. By so doing, the hook 31 of the pull-locked piece 3 is risen up, due to the down swing of the abutting-and-holding part 32, making the pull-locked piece 3 formed into the rocker structure mentioned thereinbefore.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 2, when the magazine 2 is loaded with bullets 200, the bullet-loading head 20 is abutted and pressed under the bullets 200 to be unable to push the pull-locked piece 3, whereby the pull-locked piece 3 can not restrict the trigger 12. By so doing, a player can freely pull the pulled part 120 of the trigger 12 to fire the bullets 200. However, as shown in FIG. 3, when the bullet 200 in the magazine 2 is used up, the bullet-loading head 20 can be displaced to an upper side of the magazine, while a push block 21 arranged at one side of the bullet-loading head 20 corresponding to the pull-locked piece 3 can push up the abutting-and-holding part 32 of the pull-locked piece 3 just following the displacement of the bullet-loading head 20 when the bullet 200 in the magazine 2 is used up, making the hook 31 of the pull-locked part 3 of the rocker structure buckled down onto a tenon 122 arranged on the base part 121 of the trigger 12 to prevent the player from being able to pull the pulled part 120 of the trigger 12 further, such that a prevention of pulling the trigger during a blank ammunition is achieved.

Furthermore, please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 together. In order to reduce the risk of the occurrence of sliding-off phenomenon when the push block 21 is pushing the abutting-and-holding part 32, a plurality of inclining faces 210 together shown as steppers configuration can also be formed at one side of the push block 21, while the abutting-and-holding part 32 is recessively arranged a notch 320 correspondingly. Thereby, when a sliding-off phenomenon is occurred between the push block 21 and the abutting-and-holding part 32, an opportunity to making the two abutted again is increased, because there is a matching-up arranged between one inclining face 210 of the steppers configuration and the notch 320.

Therefore, according to the toy gun having safe mechanism for blank ammunition of the invention, since a pull-locked piece 3 structured as a rocker is applied as a linking element between the push block 21 of the bullet-loading head 20 and the tenon 122 of the trigger 12, the linking mechanism is simpler, which can reduce the risk of occurring the phenomenon of failure or poor cooperation of the assemblies, and which is more appropriately applied as a design of safe mechanism, by comparison with the prior arts.

Accordingly, through the constitution of aforementioned assemblies, a safe mechanism for blank ammunition of toy gun according to the invention is thus obtained.

Summarizing aforementioned description, the safe mechanism for blank ammunition according to the invention is an indispensably design for toy gun indeed, which may positively reach the expected usage objective for solving the drawbacks of the prior arts, and which extremely possesses the innovation and progressiveness to completely fulfill the applying merits of new type patent, according to which the invention is thereby applied. Please examine the application carefully and grant it as a formal patent for protecting the rights of the inventor.

However, the aforementioned description is only a preferable embodiment according to the present invention, not used to limit the patent scope of the invention, so equivalently structural variation made to the contents of the present invention, for example, description and drawings, is all covered by the claims claimed thereinafter.

Claims

1. A toy gun having safe mechanism for blank ammunition, including:

a gun main body (1), which has a gun grip (10), gun barrel (11) and a trigger (12) located at a front of the gun grip (10), pivoted to the gun barrel (11) and provided to include a pulled part (120) extended under the gun barrel (11) and a base part (121) disposed in the gun barrel (11) and arranged a tenon (122) thereon;
a magazine (2), which has a bullet-loading head (20) for pushing the bullet (200), one side of the bullet-loading head (20) being arranged a push block (21); and
a pull-locked piece (3), which is a rocker structure, one side of a middle section of which is pivoted to the gun main body (1), and at a front of which a hook (31) is arranged and positioned at a rear part of the trigger (12) correspondingly, and at a rear of which an abutting-and-holding part (32) is arranged and swung downwardly by an elastic element (330);
wherein, when the bullet (200) in the magazine (2) is used up, the push block (21) will push the abutting-and-holding part (32) up, the hook (31) is then buckled down onto the tenon (122), preventing the pulled part (120) from being pulled.

2. The toy gun having safe mechanism for blank ammunition according to claim 1, wherein an interior of the gun grip (10) has a magazine chamber (100), in which the magazine (2) is arranged.

The toy gun having safe mechanism for blank ammunition according to claim 1, wherein one side of the push block (21) is formed a plurality of inclining faces (210) constituting a steppers configuration, corresponding to which the abutting-and-holding part (32) is recessively arranged a notch (320), and an opportunity to making the push block (21) and the abutting-and-holding part (32) abutted together is increased, because a matching-up is arranged between one inclining face (210) of the steppers configuration and the notch (320).

The toy gun having safe mechanism for blank ammunition according to claim 1, wherein a pivoting axle (30) is convexly arranged at one side of a middle section of the pull-locked piece (3), while a pivoting hole (13) is arranged at a corresponding position of the gun barrel (11), and the pivoting axle (30) is pivoted in the pivoting hole (13), making the pull-locked piece (3) pivoted in the gun main body (1).

The toy gun having safe mechanism for blank ammunition according to claim 1, wherein a positioning plug (33) is arranged at the pulled part (32), such that one side of an elastic element (330) can be fitted onto the positioning plug (33), making another side of the elastic element (330) abutted against an inside of the gun main body (1).
