VENTILATIVE PU MIDSOLE OR SOLE PAD

A ventilative PU midsole or sole pad includes at least a solid layer, which is composed of plural PU strings, and the strings are overlaid mutually and irregularly to become multi-layers with numerous gaps among one another, so that the solid layer is provided with good ventilation to be used as a midsole for a shoe, or directly used as a sole pad. Thus the midsole has a good ventilation, preventing a wearer from getting skin disease or bad foot odor, and at the same time it may have no odor, no smell and environmentally friendly, letting a wearer feel comfortable without getting tired in wearing.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a ventilative PU midsole or sole pad.

2. Description of Prior Art

A conventional midsole or sole pad is usually made of foam material or leather, used in a shoe to supply buffering elasticity so as to alleviate uncomfortablness and fatigue of a foot in wearing the shoe.

Although a conventional midsole or sole pad has good elasticity, it may disfigure or lose its elasticity after used for a long time, and the foam material and leather may have poor ventilation, so heat arising from wearing the shoe cannot be dispersed out so that bad odor may easily happen by sweat, and if worse, a mold will be caused in the shoe by moisture. As a result, a foot may suffer from skin disease. Therefore, it is essential to make a midsole or sole pad with good ventilation and good elasticity for use in a shoe

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This invention has been devised to offer a kind of ventilative PU midsole or sole pad, which has a feature that it has at least a solid layer made of plural PU strings. The strings are made by means of plastic ejecting extracting process, heating, being overlaid mutually to form multi-layers with numerous gaps, conveyed on a conveyer, cooling and then cut into a block. Then this solid layer is provided with good ventilation and perspiration so that the temperature and moisture in a shoe with this midsole may be lowered, and resulting in preventing a wearer from getting bad foot odor and skin disease. At the same time, the midsole has no odor or smell to be environmentally friendly because of PU material, in addition to the extremely good elasticity to enable a wearer feel comfortable without fatigue in wearing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

This invention will be better understood by referring to the drawings, wherein:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of a ventilative PU midsole or sole pad in the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the first embodiment of a ventilative PU midsole used in a shoe in the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the first embodiment of a ventilative PU sole pad used in a shoe in the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a second embodiment of a ventilative PU midsole or sole pad in the present invention; and

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a third embodiment of a ventilative PU midsole or sole pad in the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

A first embodiment of a ventilative PU midsole or sole pad in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, includes a sold layer 10 made of plural PU strings 11, which is formed by means of a plastic extracting process and then heated and overlaid mutually in multi-layers, conveyed on a conveyer and then cooled and cut into a block of a needed size. Further many tiny gaps 12 are formed between the strings 11 to enable the solid layer 10 extremely ventilative. Besides, the soled layer 10 is made to have a certain thickness, compressed by a roller before the strings 11 cools down.

Next, FIG. 2 shows the ventilative PU midsole is used in a shoe 20, with the solid layer 10 used as a midsole, and a sole pad 30 is additionally placed on the midsole or the solid layer 10. Then the shoe may have enough ventilation and perspiration, so that the temperature and moisture in the shoe with this midsole may be lowered for a large degree, as the solid layer 10 is structured to be provided with good ventilation and elasticity by means of the strings 11 formed multi-layered. Thus a wearer of a shoe with this midsole may be comfortable with less fatigue in wearing. Furthermore, the midsole may not get smelly bad, and environmentally-friendly, giving out no plastic toxic.

FIG. 3 shows another usage of the invention, The solid layer 10 is directly used as a sole pad placed on the sole of a shoe 20, with a ventilative layer 13 such as cotton, non-woven cloth additionally put on the solid layer 10, having the same ventilation and perspiration as the example described above. The solid layer 10 is able to be replaced freely by users, if needed.

Next, FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the invention, which has almost the same structure as the first one, except the solid layer 10 is further provided with plural ventilation passageways 14 formed in the bottom going through to two sides so the function of ventilation and perspiration is not only intensified but the buffering elasticity may also be augmented.

FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the invention, which has almost the same structure as the first and the second one, except the solid layer 10 is additionally provided with through holes 15 spaced apart lengthwise in plural rows for stepping up ventilation and perspiration and thus lessening the temperature and moisture in the shoe and resulting in comfortableness in wearing.

While the preferred embodiment of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall into the spirit and scope of the invention.
