Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention deals with a innovative equipment notably developed to afford more easiness and practicality in the hair treatment, in particular regarding the flattening, incorporating in only one equipment, necessary elements for its accomplishment, and may be electrical or manual, providing differentiated use means, and for such, basically composed by elements and/or boards and/or vanes for heating and brush, both provided in the end of only one pair of gripping handles.

BACKGROUND OF THE ART

As is known for those professionals in the esthetics and beauty area, consumer public and mainly equipment manufacturers, several techniques are foreseen for the hair flattening, such as, chemical and/or mechanical processing. However, such techniques present several side effects which may damage the hair, and may render them dry and fragile, in addition to loss of vigor.

The most used methods to flatten the hair, in addition to conventional flattening are relaxing and thermal reconditioning, and all three processes require the application of chemicals and mechanical actions, including from the hairdresser handle with brushes, combs and driers, until the use of special equipment, as thermal plates.

The thermal reconditioning combines two techniques—chemical and mechanical—and thus is considered a more sophisticated solution and, however, more expensive.

One of the more ancient techniques the iron plate is used, also known as board, extending the hair after brushed. It is a cheap procedure, but it is undone with the first hair wash.

The chemical flattening lasts longer and demand more care. The chemical components, formulated based on sodium hydroxide or ammonium thioglycolate, have to be applied with a lot of care in order to not damage the hair. In this process, it is recommended not brushing the hair during at least three days.

To avoid the use of chemicals in hair and scalp, the consumer market already foresee several equipment models for hair flattening which do not use chemical procedures, among which it is distinguished an equipment to hair treatment, applicable to frizzle, wave, and flatten the hair, constituted as of two applicable bodies as caps, presenting prolongers bearing heater boards, bodies and its prolongations being manufactured of plastic material, the body presenting in its upper portion a switcher and the body disposing a link handle, the bodies being linked through joint acting as an axle, wherein the sides of the body joints and its prolongations exist as optical controllers indicating link to network and working of heater boards, presenting in the internal zone the prolongations one reticules of small transversal partitions constituted of isolation zones between boards and prolongation surfaces, the prolongations having in the external upper zone, zone for the location of index fingers and thumb of the user free hand, the cap piece preferably presenting in its upper portion, a hook-shaped prominence which is introduced in an opening existent in the cap opposite, a release knob of hook existing in the cap side.

Even with the arrival of said equipment and other congener devices, the appropriate procedures for the correct hair flattening also provide the use of brush and combs before applying the own flattening device.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

With the aim to provide improvements to the consumer market, the inventor, after countless searches, created and developed this “EQUIPMENT FOR HAIR FLATTENING WITH COUPLED BRUSH”, which must personalize before the consumer market and reach eminence position regarding its congeners due to the fact of presenting an equipment for hair treatment, in particular flattening, incorporating in only one preferably electric or manual equipment in a alternative preferential embodiment, the necessary elements for its accomplishment.

Thus, said equipment is basically composed of a body divided into two centrally similar and articulated parts to each other, being divided, each one of the parts by gripping portion, central joint portion and a third portion where the boards and/or heating plates are positioned.

Regarding the opposed (external) face of each part of the main body of equipment it is provided a semi-cylindrical portion having circuncentric bristles configuring, when the equipment is closed, a cylindrical body with bristles, conforming to a brush.

The main version of the equipment presents an electric system which, when driven, heats the internal edges of heating and promotes hair flattening.

As is known to users making flattening, before using heating boards in the hair, it is necessary to brush the hair, to make the flattening more efficient.

Regarding this premise, the most importance aspect of this device is the fact that the user no longer needs more two elements, flattener and brush, to proceed to a flattening, since, in this case, both elements are incorporated in only one device, excessively facilitating its use and minimizing the time to process conclusion.

The alternative preferential version presents a similar structure to the electric equipment structure, providing a body divided in two centrally similar and articulated parts to each other, being divided, each of the parts by gripping portion, joint central portion and a third portion where the boards and/or plates are positioned, which will be heated by appropriate means.

Said extreme portions present a series of transpassing orderly and equidistant holes to each other, which allow an external heat source, such as a hair drier, to heat the internal boards for the flattening procedure.

In the opposed (external) face of each one of extreme parts of the main body of the equipment are provided semi-cylindrical portions having circuncentric bristles configuring, when the equipment is closed, a cylindrical body, establishing a brush to be used before the flattening procedure in question.

One second preferential alternative version of the equipment for hair flattening with coupled brush, is configured through actual separation of the brush from the equipment body, i.e., said equipment allows, through said equipment separation and of the brush portion, the appropriate replacement of the brush portion, when it is deteriorated or without use conditions, in addition to also allow the insertion of several models of this brush, with bristles of different dimensions and configurations for the most different uses.

It is also foreseen at least three means of different plugs in order to, in the need or simply due to user's will, it can couple said brush and use the equipment simultaneously.

The first mean of plug and brush attachment with the external face of each articulated part of the equipment presents a cutting configuring a track on each side of both articulated parts of said equipment, tracks which plugs in corresponding tracks provided in the brush body, through sliding, where said tracks present diagonal cut, constituting a “dovetail”-type track.
