CLAIM TO FOREIGN PRIORITY

The present patent application claims the benefit of priority of Korean Application No. 20-2010-0003355, filed Apr. 1, 2010, and claims priority to the foregoing parent application pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 119(b).

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to a box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations, which is adapted to connect both distal ends of fashion accessory, such as necklace, bracelets, anklet, etc., and which has a V-shaped fitting member and a box-shaped joining unit. More particularly, the present invention relates to a box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations which is capable of preventing a V-shaped bent metal plate forming the V-shaped fitting member from being ruptured or bent, and which is capable of improving the solidity and the abrasion resistance of the V-shaped bent metal plate by allowing all over the surface of the V-shaped bent metal plate to be usually tempered, wherein at least one protrusion is formed on at least one surface of both side surfaces of a lower surface of the V-shaped fitting member and a protrusion fitting groove for receiving the protrusion is formed through at least one side wall of both side walls of the box-shaped joining unit so as to safely combine the V-shaped fitting member with the box-shaped joining unit, wherein a separable decorative member can be engaged with the box-shaped joining unit in place of a decorative member to be located at a distal end of an upper surface of the V-shaped fitting member.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

As is well known in the related technical art, there are several types of ornamented locking devices for decorations related to fashion accessory, such as necklace, bracelets, anklet, etc. For example, an SR decoration, a box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations, a button-type decoration ornamented locking device for decorations, etc., have been developed heretofore. Among them, the box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations mainly includes a V-shaped fitting member and a box-shaped joining unit for receiving the V-shaped fitting member. At this time, the V-shaped fitting member comprises a V-shaped bent metal plate, in which an upper plate and a lower plate of the V-shaped bent metal plate are integrally formed with each other, in which a free end of the upper place is spaced from a free end of the lower plate. A decorative member is provided at a distal end of the upper plate of the V-shaped bent metal plate and has a function to transfer an outer pressure to the upper plate so as to allow the V-shaped fitting member to be released from the box-shaped joining unit by pressurizing the V-shaped bent metal plate. The box-shaped joining unit includes a groove for receiving the V-shaped bent metal plate, a fixing projection formed at a position adjacent to an upper end of the groove, in which the free end of the upper plate is fitted at the fixing projection while inserting the V-shaped bent metal plate into the groove, and a decorative-member fitting groove formed at side surface of the box-shaped joining unit, in which the decorative member provided at the distal end of the upper plate can be inserted into the decorative-member fitting groove. Due to this structure, the V-shaped fitting member and the box-shaped joining unit can be engaged with each other by inserting the distal end of the V-shaped bent metal plate into the fixing projection of the box-shaped joining unit with the aid of the elastic force of the V-shaped bent metal plate.

In detail, the V-shaped fitting member can be inserted into a receiving space, which is defined within the box-shaped joining unit, via the groove. In the receiving space, the V-shaped bent metal plate may be relaxed due to its elastic force so that the distal end of the upper plate thereof may be fitted to the fixing projection provided at a position adjacent to the upper end of the groove. Thereby, the V-shaped bent metal plate may be fixed in the receiving space defined in the box-shaped joining unit so that it is possible to combine the V-shaped fitting member with the box-shaped joining unit. Consequently, a user can wear fashion accessory on his or her arm, wrist or ankle.

In the meantime, if the user wants to disengage the V-shaped fitting member from the box-shaped joining unit in the box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations, he or she presses down the upper end of the decorative member inserted into the decorative-member fitting groove of the box-shaped joining unit. Then, the V-shaped bent metal plate is compressed so that the upper plate comes close to the lower plate. At this state, the user can make separate the upper plate of the V-shaped fitting member from the fixing projection of the box-shaped joining unit. Thereafter, the upper plate and the lower plate of the V-shaped fitting member can get out of the receiving groove of the box-shaped joining unit.

However, one drawback of such conventional combining process as mentioned above is that the a bottom surface of the lower plate of the V-shaped fitting member does not stand adjacent to an inner bottom surface of the box-shaped joining unit due to the elastic force of the V-shaped fitting member and the existence of empty space in the box-shaped joining unit. As a result, it is likely that a gap appears between the bottom surface of the lower plate of the V-shaped fitting member and the inner bottom surface of the box-shaped joining unit. Then, it is likely that the V-shaped fitting member is movable upwards and downwards within the box-shaped joining unit so that the engagement between the V-shaped fitting member and the box-shaped joining unit may not be stably maintained, and thereby resulting in unexpected disengagement of the box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations. Consequently, it is likely that fashion accessory such as bracelets, etc., may be easily released from the wearing part so that the wearer may easily lose the fashion accessory.

Another drawback of such conventional locking device for decorations is that the V-shaped fitting member and the box-shaped joining unit are integrally formed with each other, and thereby it is impossible to separate the V-shaped fitting member from the box-shaped joining unit. When the V-shaped bent metal plate is to be tempered so as to improve the hardness and the abrasion resistance thereof, the heat treatment cannot be sufficiently performed throughout the V-shaped bent metal plate due to the existence of the decorative member so that a specific part might not be sufficiently tempered. Therefore, the insufficiently tempered portion of the V-shaped bent metal plate cannot have sufficient hardness and abrasion resistance so that the metal plate may be ruptured during the casting process of the V-shaped bent metal plate, and thereby resulting in increase of the manufacturing cost. In addition, after complete formation of the V-shaped fitting member, the V-shaped fitting member can be cut off or bent due to low density at a region in which the V-shaped fitting member was not sufficiently tempered. When a user wears a fashion accessory by using the ornamented locking device for decorations, the fashion accessory can be lost due to the rupture of the V-shaped fitting member and negligent accidents may occur during the use of the ornamented locking device for decorations.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In consideration of the above-mentioned disadvantages or inconveniences of the conventional locking device for decorations, a first object of the present invention is to prevent a wearer putting on fashion accessory such as bracelets, etc., from losing it caused by separation of the locking device for decorations, by stably and fixedly combining a V-shaped fitting member with a box-shaped joining unit in the locking device for decorations.

A second object of the present invention is to prevent the negligent accident and the loss of the locking device for decorations and to reduce the manufacturing cost of the locking device for decorations, by performing sufficient tempering all over the surface of the V-shaped fitting member so as to improve the hardness and the abrasion resistance of the V-shaped fitting member.

In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations, of the type in which it is adapted to connect both distal ends of fashion accessory, such as necklace, bracelets, anklet, etc., and it has a V-shaped fitting member and a box-shaped joining unit, in which the V-shaped fitting member comprises a V-shaped bent metal plate, the improvement which comprises: the V-shaped fitting member including at least one protrusion formed on at least one surface of both side surfaces of a lower plate of the V-shaped fitting member; and a box-shaped joining unit including a protrusion fitting groove for receiving the protrusion, in which the protrusion fitting groove is formed through at least one side wall of both side walls of the box-shaped joining unit.

In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations, of the type in which it is adapted to connect both distal ends of fashion accessory, such as necklace, bracelets, anklet, etc., and it has a V-shaped fitting member and a box-shaped joining unit, in which the V-shaped fitting member comprises a V-shaped bent metal plate and it includes a decorative member integrally formed therewith at an upper plate of the V-shaped fitting member, the improvement which comprises: the decorative member being removed from the upper plate of the V-shaped fitting member; the box-shaped joining unit including a second decorative-member fitting groove which may be formed through an upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit, in which the upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit may be formed in the shape of horseshoe, circle or square due to the existence of the second decorative-member fitting groove; and the separable decorative member including a decorative extending rod guided in the second decorative-member fitting groove which allows a certain movement upwards and downwards, a decorative element for receiving an outer pressure so as to pressurize the V-shaped bent metal plate, and a release prevention hook formed at a lower end of the decorative extending rod of the type in which it is likely to be locked at the second decorative-member fitting groove.

As mentioned above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the V-shaped bent metal plate from being shaken within receiving space defined in the box-shaped joining unit, by the instrumentation of additional engagement between the fixing projections formed at both side walls of the box-shaped joining unit and at least one protrusion formed on at least one surface of both side surfaces of the lower surface of the V-shaped bent metal plate. Therefore, it can prevent a wearer putting on fashion accessory from losing it caused by separation of the locking device for decorations. As a result, it allows for the convenient use of the locking device for decorations in a manner far more efficient than heretofore known without feeling insecure as using the prior art locking device for decorations. Since the V-shaped fitting member and the decorative member are formed in a state that they are separated from each other, it allows for performing tempering process all over the surface of the V-shaped fitting member. Therefore, it is possible to improve the hardness and the abrasion resistance of the V-shaped bent metal plate. Consequently, since metal particles of the V-shaped bent metal plate stand densely together throughout thereof, it is possible to prevent the V-shaped bent metal plate from being ruptured or bent.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Hereinafter, the constitution and the operation of box-shaped ornamented locking devices for decorations according to preferred embodiments of the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings FIGS. 1A to 3C.

Prior to proceeding to the more detailed description of the preferred embodiment according to the present invention, it should be noted that, for the sake of clarity and understanding of the invention, identical components which have identical functions have been identified with identical reference numerals throughout the different views which are illustrated in each of the attached Figures.

FIGS. 1A and 1B show a box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations, which has a groove designed according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1A and 1B, the present invention relates to the box-shaped ornamented locking device for connecting both free ends of fashion accessory, such as necklace, bracelets, anklet by combining a V-shaped fitting member with a box-shaped joining unit. According to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the V-shaped fitting member comprises a V-shaped bent metal plate of the type in which an upper plate 101 and a lower plate 102 are integrally formed with each other, in which a free end of the upper place 101 is spaced from a free end of the lower plate 102, and in which at least one protrusion 103 is formed on at least one surface of both side surfaces of the lower plate 102. The box-shaped joining unit includes a groove 201 for receiving the V-shaped bent metal plate, a fixing projection 202 of the type in which the free end of the upper plate 101 is fitted therein while inserting the V-shaped bent metal plate into the groove 201, and a protrusion fitting groove 203 for receiving the protrusion 103, the protrusion fitting groove 203 formed through at least one side wall of both side walls of the box-shaped joining unit.

In detail, the V-shaped fitting member constitutes the upper plate 101 and the lower plate 102. Preferably, the length of the lower plate 102 is greater than that of the upper plate 101. Free end of fashion accessory, such as necklace, bracelets, and anklet may be connected with each other at a distal end of the lower plate 102. The upper plate 101 may have a decorative member 104 in a manner that it is attached to the free end of the upper plate 101.

The protrusion 103 protrudes from at least one side surface of both side surfaces of the lower plate 102. Preferably, the protrusion 103 is located at a position adjacent to the distal end of the lower plate 102. When the V-shaped fitting member is snugly inserted into a receiving space defined in the box-shaped joining unit, the upper plate 101 of the V-shaped fitting member can be locked at the fixing projection 202 due to the existence of the protrusion 103. Alternatively, the protrusion 103 can be provided at both side surfaces of the lower plate 102 so as to further stably support a combined state between the V-shaped fitting member and the box-shaped joining unit.

As described above, in accordance with an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations, of the type in which it has the V-shaped fitting member and the box-shaped joining unit, in which the V-shaped fitting member includes at least one protrusion 103 and the box-shaped joining unit includes the protrusion fitting groove 203 for receiving the protrusion 103, the protrusion fitting groove 203 being formed through at least one side wall of both side walls of the box-shaped joining unit at a position adjacent to the groove 201, the improvement which comprises: the protrusion fitting groove 203 being preferably formed through both side walls of the box-shaped joining unit at positions adjacent to the groove 201 so as to further stably support a combined state between the V-shaped fitting member and the box-shaped joining unit.

More preferably, the protrusion fitting groove 203 can be formed at the border between lower ends of the side walls of the box-shaped joining unit and a lower surface of the box-shaped joining unit so as to allow the V-shaped bent metal plate to be maintained in stable condition within the box-shaped joining unit.

As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the decorative member 104 is attached to the free end of the upper plate 101 of the V-shaped fitting member. The box-shaped joining unit comprises a first decorative-member fitting groove 204a for receiving the decorative member 104 of the V-shaped fitting member. At this time, the first decorative-member fitting groove 204a is formed at a border between an upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit and the side wall of the box-shaped joining unit on which the groove 201 is formed. The decorative member 104 attached to the free end of the upper plate 101 of the V-shaped fitting member can be inserted into the first decorative-member fitting groove 204a and fixed therein. Preferably, the first decorative-member fitting groove 204a may be formed at a center position of the border between the upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit and the side wall of the box-shaped joining unit on which the groove 201 is formed. At this time, a lower part of the first decorative-member fitting groove 204a is communicated with the groove 201. Thus, if we consider connecting relationships between the first decorative-member fitting groove 203a and the groove 201, viewed along a direction starting from the groove 201 toward an interior of the box-shaped joining unit, then it will be likely shown that the first decorative-member fitting groove 204a is lying on the groove 201. At this time, it is appreciated that the groove 201 takes the shape of a rectangle having a relatively long width and the first decorative-member fitting groove 204a takes the shape of a rectangle having a relatively short width. Alternatively, if we consider connecting relationships between the first decorative-member fitting groove 203a and the groove 201, viewed from the top of the box-shaped joining unit, then it will be likely shown that parts corresponding to the side surfaces on which the grooves 21 are provided and a part corresponding to the center part of border are empty as a horseshoe shape.

FIGS. 2A and 2B show a box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations, which has a groove and a separable decorative member designed according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 2A and 2B, the present invention relates to a box-shaped ornamented locking device for connecting both free ends of fashion accessory, such as necklace, bracelets, anklet, etc., by combining a V-shaped fitting member with a box-shaped joining unit.

According to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the V-shaped fitting member further comprises a separable decorative member 300. The V-shaped fitting member comprises a V-shaped bent metal plate of the type in which an upper plate 101 and a lower plate 102 are integrally formed with each other, in which a free end of the upper place 101 is spaced from a free end of the lower plate 102. The box-shaped joining unit includes a groove 201 for receiving the V-shaped bent metal plate, a fixing projection 202 of the type in which the free end of the upper plate 101 is fitted therein while inserting the V-shaped bent metal plate into the groove 201, and a second decorative-member fitting groove 204b formed through an upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit. The separable decorative member 300 includes a decorative extending rod 302 having a metal bar shape or a metal rod shape, a decorative element 301 formed at an upper end of the decorative rod 302, and a release prevention hook 303 formed at a lower end of the decorative element 301 of the type in which it is likely to be locked at the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b. Due to this structure, the separable decorative member 300 can be guided in the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b which allow a certain movement upwards and downwards.

In detail, the decorative extending rod 302 of the separable decorative member 300 is made of a metal rod or a metal bar, the same material used for the manufacture of the locking device for decorations. Many types of decorative elements 301 can be attached to the upper end of the decorative extending rod 302 so as to provide the box-shaped ornamented locking device with an attractive appearance. The release prevention hook 303 is attached to the lower end of the decorative extending rod 302. It is preferred that the release prevention hook 303 takes the shape of a cylindrical plate or a rectangular plate. Preferably, the width of the decorative element 301 and the decorative extending rod 302 is greater than the diameter or the width of the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b.

The second decorative-member fitting groove 204b of the box-shaped joining unit is formed at the upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit. It is preferred that the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b may be formed as an opening at the border between the side wall of the box-shaped joining unit and the upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit so that the upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit takes the shape of a horseshoe. Alternatively, the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b can be formed in the shape of a circle or a quadrangle at a center portion of the upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit.

It will be appreciated that the decorative extending rod 302 may be engaged in the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b in a manner that a user wearing the box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations can make it move upwards and downwards within the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b. Since the width of the decorative element 301 and the release prevention hook 303 of the separable decorative member 300 is greater than the diameter or the width of the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b, upward movement of the separable decorative member 300 is limited by means of the decorative element 301. Likewise, downward movement of the separable decorative member 300 is limited by means of the release prevention hook 303. Accordingly, the range of motion of the separable decorative member 300 within the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b can be limited by two factors. First is the decorative element 301 for limiting the upward movement of the separable decorative member 300. Second is the release prevention hook 303 for limiting the downward movement of the separable decorative member 300.

Meanwhile, the process of engaging the separable decorative member 300 into the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b can be understood as follows. In the case of the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b is formed as an opening at the border between the side wall of the box-shaped joining unit and the upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit, the separable decorative member 300 can be engaged into the box-shaped joining unit by inserting the decorative extending rod 302 into the opening, that is, the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b. At this time, general decorations may be mounted to the side wall of the box-shaped joining unit so as to close the opening, and thereby resulting in prevention of the separable decorative member 300 from being released from the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b.

Meanwhile, the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b is formed at the upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit as a horseshoe shape, the separable decorative member 300 is inserted into the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b.

In summary, the box-shaped joining unit employing the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b is constituted in a manner that the separable decorative member 300 is always inserted into the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b. At this time, the separable decorative member 300 is engaged with the box-shaped joining unit as a button-type switch in a manner that it can be guided in the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b which allow a certain movement upwards and downwards by the user.

As mentioned above, in the box-shaped locking device for decorations comprising the box-shaped joining unit having the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b, the V-shaped fitting member having the upper plate 101 and the lower plate 102, and the separable decorative member 300 having the decorative element 301, the decorative extending rod 302 and the release prevention hook 303, the V-shaped fitting member and the box-shaped joining unit are engaged with each other exactly in the same manner as the first embodiment of the present invention. In other words, the upper plate 101 of the V-shaped bent metal plate may be relaxed upwards due to its elastic restoring force and then it is locked at the fixing projection 202. At this time, the release prevention hook 303 may be moved upwards due to the relaxation of the upper plate 101 and then it is locked and fixed at the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b, and thereby resulting in completion of engagement between the V-shaped fitting member and the box-shaped joining unit.

The separation process between the V-shaped fitting member and the box-shaped joining unit of the locking device for decorations employing the separable decorative member 300 can be understood as follows.

If a user presses down an upper surface of the decorative element 301 provided at the upper end of the separable decorative member 300 under the state that the separable decorative member 300 is engaged with the box-shaped joining unit, then the decorative extending rod 302 begins to be slideably inserted into receiving space defined in the box-shaped joining unit, and thereby resulting in downward movement of the release prevention hook 303. Then, the pressure applied to the upper surface of the decorative element 301 is transferred to the upper plate 101, which is positioned within receiving space in the box-shaped joining unit, via the release prevention hook 303. Then, the V-shaped bent metal plate becomes compressed so that the upper plate 101 becomes closed to the lower plate, and thereby resulting in separation between the upper plate 101 of the V-shaped fitting member and the fixing projection 202 of the box-shaped joining unit. Consequently, the disengagement of the box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations is completed.

FIGS. 3A and 3B show a box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations which has a groove and a separable decorative member designed according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 3A and 3B, the present invention relates to a box-shaped ornamented locking device for connecting both free ends of fashion accessory, such as necklace, bracelets, anklet, etc., by using a V-shaped fitting member, a box-shaped joining unit and a separable decorative member 300.

The V-shaped fitting member comprises a V-shaped bent metal plate of the type in which an upper plate 101 and a lower plate 102 are integrally formed with each other, in which a free end of the upper plate 101 is spaced from a free end of the lower plate 102. At least one protrusion 103 is formed on at least one surface of both side surfaces of the lower plate 102. The box-shaped joining unit includes a groove 201 for receiving the V-shaped bent metal plate, a fixing projection 202 of the type in which the free end of the upper plate 101 is fitted therein while inserting the V-shaped bent metal plate into the groove 201, a protrusion fitting groove 203 for receiving the protrusion 103, the protrusion fitting groove 203 being formed through at least one side wall of both side walls of the box-shaped joining unit at a position adjacent to the groove 201, and a second decorative-member fitting groove 204b which may be formed through an upper surface of the box-shaped joining unit in the shape of horseshoe, circle or square. The separable decorative member 300 includes a decorative extending rod 302 guided in the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b which allow a certain movement upwards and downwards, a decorative element 301 formed at an upper end of the decorative extending rod 302, and a release prevention hook 303 formed at a lower end of the decorative extending rod 302 of the type in which it is likely to be locked at the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b.

The V-shaped fitting member is constituted of the upper plate 101 and the lower plate 102. Preferably, the length of the lower plate 102 is greater than that of the length of the upper plate 101. Free end of fashion accessory, such as necklace, bracelets, and anklet may be connected with each other at a distal end of the lower plate 102. The upper plate 101 does not engage with the decorative member.

The protrusion 103 protrudes from at least one side surface of both side surfaces of the lower plate 102. In order to endure a stable engagement of the box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations, it is preferred that the protrusion 103 be located at both side surfaces of the lower plate 102, respectively. More preferably, the protrusion 103 is located at a position adjacent to the distal end of both side surfaces of the lower plate 102, respectively.

The separable decorative member 300 includes the decorative extending rod 302 made of a metal rod or a metal bar, the decorative element 301 formed at an upper end of the decorative extending rod 302, and the release prevention hook 303 formed at a lower end of the decorative extending rod 302. Preferably, the release prevention hook 303 takes the shape of a cylindrical plate or a rectangular plate. Preferably, the width of the decorative element 301 and the decorative extending rod 302 is greater than the diameter or the width of the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b.

The box-shaped joining unit includes the groove 201, the protrusion fitting groove 203 formed through at least one side wall of both side walls of the box-shaped joining unit at a position adjacent to the groove, and the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b. The box-shaped joining unit according to the third embodiment of the present invention is provided with the protrusion fitting groove 203 and the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b together.

The protrusion 103 located at a position adjacent to the distal end of the side surface of the lower plate 102 is inserted into the protrusion fitting groove 203 and then it is fixed therein. It will be appreciated that the decorative extending rod 302 of the separable decorative member 300 passes through the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b in a manner that it may be guided in the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b which allow a certain movement upwards and downwards. It should be noted that, because the structure and the operation of the protrusion fitting groove 203 and the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b are the same as those of the first and the second embodiments illustrated above with reference to the attached FIGS. 1, 2A to 2C, for the sake of clarity, the detailed description will be omitted.

As mentioned above, in the box-shaped ornamented locking device for decorations according to the present invention, it is possible prevent the V-shaped bent metal plate from being shaken within receiving space defined in the box-shaped joining unit, by the instrumentation of additional engagement with the aid of the protrusion fitting groove 203 so as to allow the V-shaped bent metal plate to be maintained in stable condition within the box-shaped joining unit. As a result, it allows for the convenient use of the locking device for decorations in a manner far more efficient than heretofore known without feeling insecure as using the prior art locking device for decorations. In addition, since the separable decorative member 300 is separated from the upper plate 101 of the V-shaped fitting member 100 and is disposed in the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b of the upper end of the box-shaped joining unit in a manner that it is guided in the second decorative-member fitting groove 204b which allow a certain movement upwards and downwards, it allows for performing tempering process all over the surface of the V-shaped fitting member.

While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings of the invention without departing from the essential scope thereof. Therefore, it is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiment disclosed as the best mode contemplated for carrying out this invention, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
