Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a soccer shoe, particularly a soccer shoe molding in one piece, of which the upper and the sole are manufactured from transparent materials.

BACKGROUND

When playing Soccer, most of the actions are achieved by foot. Accordingly, the quality of the soccer shoes is an important factor to the athlete's performance. Currently, in the conventional process of manufacture of soccer shoe, the upper and sole are molded separately; and then the upper and sole are bonded together by means of adhesive. In order to obtain the credible bonding effect at the bonding part, additional sewing or fixing by nails may be adopted finally. In the process mentioned above, many procedures may be taken, such as molding the upper and sole separately, cementing, lamination, sewing and so on thereafter. Such conventional manufacturing method brings on not only high production cost (including the cost of raw materials and labor force) due to the complicated procedures, but also environmental pollution as a result of heavy use of adhesive which does not accord with the environment-friendly requirement in modern industry. Moreover, because the upper and the sole are bonded together by means of adhesive, a case of glue failure often occurs under the long-time, high intensity using by the athlete.

Furthermore, for the purpose of looking aesthetic, lines, figures or patterns are printed on the surface of the upper and sole of a conventional soccer shoe respectively or at the same time. However, because soccer is a kind of high-intensity sports, the upper and sole collides and rubs with the soccer or the ground constantly. Especially when players play soccer on rough ground or ground without lawn, such collision or rubbing may be more serious. In most of these cases, the patterns printed on the upper or sole have been worn-out while the soccer shoe is still in good condition, which influence the whole aesthetic effect of the soccer shoe greatly. As a result, the soccer wearer has to change a pair of new shoes, which will cause great waste. Moreover, the cost of printing procedure on the upper is relatively higher.

SUMMARY

In order to overcome the defects existing in the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a soccer shoe, of which the upper and the sole are molded in one piece.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a soccer shoe, which is mainly manufactured from environment-friendly TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), PU (Polyurethane) material.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a soccer shoe, of which the upper and sole are manufactured from transparent materials.

In order to achieve the first objective, the present invention provides a soccer shoe of which the upper and sole are molded in one piece by the art of injection molding. The process of “molded in one piece” is completed though one-step injection procedure. Certainly, multi-step injection procedure may be chosen depending on the specific requirement of each part of the soccer shoe on materials and hardness and so on.

In order to achieve the second objective, the present invention provides a soccer shoe, including an upper and a sole, wherein a shoe lining is set at the inner side of the upper, and the upper is manufactured from transparent materials. An insole is set at the inner side of the sole, and the sole is manufactured from transparent materials. Lines, figures, or patterns are set on the surface of the shoe lining towards the upper, and/or the surface of the insole towards the sole.

The soccer shoe in the present invention can reduce the production cost and the using of labor force greatly, and decrease the environmental pollution considerably. Additionally, because the soccer shoe is molded in one piece, a case of glue failure will never occur, which prolongs the useful life of the soccer shoe. Furthermore, because the patterns are set on the shoe lining and/or insole directly, not only the cost decreases during large scale production, but also the abrasion of patterns in use will not happen, and the useful life of the soccer shoe is prolonged.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is the schematic diagram of the soccer shoe in prior art;

FIG. 2 is the schematic diagram of a soccer shoe of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is the diagrammatic cross-sectional view of the soccer shoe of present invention.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention in detail, together with the preferred embodiments.

FIG. 1 is the schematic diagram of the soccer shoe in prior art. As shown in FIG. 1, in prior art, the upper 1 and sole 2 of the soccer shoe are manufactured separately, and then the upper 1 and sole 2 are bonded together by means of adhesive; thereafter many complicated working procedures are carried out, finished product of the soccer shoe is obtained finally.

As shown in FIG. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a soccer shoe, of which the upper 1 and sole 2 are molded in one piece through one-step injection procedure. In present invention, the manufacture process of the soccer shoe comprises steps as follows: firstly manufacturing a mould to produce the sole 1 and upper 2, then injecting materials for producing sole 1 and upper 2 into the mould, finally the sole 1 and upper 2 being molded in one piece. Said injection procedure is completed mainly by the injection machine.

In another embodiment of the present invention, for most of the soccer shoes, the desired properties of hardness, elasticity of the sole 2 are different from that of the upper 1. Accordingly, although the same material is adopted for manufacturing the upper 1 and sole 2, the addictives to said material are different, and the difference of composition or proportion of the addictives influences the properties of hardness and elasticity of the material directly. Then, two-step injection procedures are needed, and the working procedure is given as follows:

  • 1. injecting the material needed to produce sole 2 into the mould to form sole 2 by the art of injection molding;
  • 2. putting the formed sole 2 into a specially-made mould, said specially-made mould including a mould part to produce upper 2, and a space part to place the formed sole 2; injecting the materials to produce upper 1 into the specially-made mould; then the sole 2 and upper 1 being molded in one piece while an upper 1 is formed.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, because most of soccer shoe includes cleats on the sole 2, it is required that upper 1, sole 2 and cleats 3 are molded in one piece through one-step injection. The manufacture process comprises steps as follows: firstly, manufacturing a mould to form the sole 1 and upper 2; secondly, injecting the material into said mould to produce sole 1 and upper 2; then sole 1 and upper 2 being molded in one piece finally. The requirement of hardness and elasticity of cleats 3 is different from that of upper 1 and sole 2, and such difference is achieved by adjusting the composition or proportion of the additives in the material. Therefore, the desired three-step injection process is given as follows:

1. injecting the material for producing cleats 3 into a mould to form cleats 3 by ways of injection art; and
2. putting the completed cleats 3 into a specially-made mould, which includes mould part to produce sole 2 and space part to place the completed cleat 3; injecting the material into the specially-made mould to produce sole 2; the sole 2 and cleats 3 being molded in one piece while the sole 2 being formed; and
3. putting the sole 2 and cleat 3 molded in one piece, which has been completed in the two work steps mentioned above into the other specially-made mould, which includes mould part to produce upper 2 and space part to place the completed sole 2 and cleat 3 molded in one piece; the sole 2, cleats 3 and upper 1 being molded in one piece while forming the upper 1 through injection.

Certainly, above method may comprise steps as follows: molding cleats 3 and sole 2 separately; then putting the cleats 3 and sole 2 into a specially-made mould together, which includes a mould part to produce upper 1 and a space part to place the sole 2 and cleats 3; finally, through injection procedure, the sole 2, cleats 3 and upper 1 being molded in one piece while the upper 1 being formed.

After the process of “molded in one piece” of the upper 1 and sole 2, or of the upper 1, sole 2, and cleat 3, a shoe tongue, a shoe lining, an insole, a collar and sponges of corresponding parts are fitted respectively in accordance with the technical process to form a finished soccer shoe of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 2, because the upper 1 and sole 2, or upper 1, sole 2 and cleats 3 are molded in one piece, there isn't any seam among the parts mentioned above. A case of glue failure will never occur in the soccer shoe of the present invention, which not only increases the useful life of the soccer shoe, and cuts down the production cost greatly, and reduces the use of labor force, but also decreases the environmental pollution due to not using adhesives.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the prior art, patterns of the soccer shoe are all fitted on the surface of upper 1.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in an embodiment of present invention, a shoe lining 4 is set at the inner side of the upper 1, and the upper 1 is manufactured from transparent materials. An insole 5 is set at the inner side of the sole 2, and the sole 2 is manufactured from transparent materials. Lines, figures, or patterns are set on the surface of the shoe lining towards the upper 1, or on the surface of the insole 5 towards sole 2.

The shoe lining 4 is set at the inner side of the upper 1 by means of bonding, or by combination of bonding and sewing.

The insole 5 is set at the inner side of the sole 2 by means of bonding, or by combination of bonding and sewing.

Lines, figures or patterns can be fitted on the surface of the shoe lining 4 and insole 5 by means of printing or computer sewing.

The soccer shoe of the present invention, because the patterns are set on the surface of shoe lining 4 and/or insole 5 directly, production cost can be cut down during large scale production. Furthermore, a case of abrasion of patterns will never occur in use, which prolongs the useful life of the soccer shoe.

The upper 1, sole 2 and cleats 3 of the soccer shoe of the present invention are all manufactured from environment-friendly materials of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) or PU (Polyurethane) which can be degradable and reusable, which maximizes the effect of environmental protection in the shoe-making industry. Certainly, other environment-friendly materials may be used, depending upon the using environment of the soccer shoes.

The foregoing description of the embodiments is presented for purposes of illustration and description. The description is not intended to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that equipment, materials, installation of the preferred embodiments set forth herein may be changed or replaced equivalently, without departing from the spirit and principle of the invention.
