MODULAR DRAWER BOX STRUCTURE

The present invention relates to a modular drawer box structure, a plastic drawer box, its volume of packaging material can be largely reduced so that reduces the transportation and warehousing costs. The bottom plate and two side plates of the drawer box can integrated and folded, the connective interface between the bottom plate and two side plates is placed with V-type folded slot for two side plates forming through upward turnover. Different embedded pieces are individually extended and installed. Through those embedded pieces, intercalation of additional face plate and back plate can be individually established. The embedded slots are installed at two laterals and the lower side of inner surfaces of the face plate and the back plate with corresponding embedded holes placed at the outer side of the embedded slots, thus connect the bottom plate, two side plates, the face plate and the back plate.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a modular drawer box structure, in which the face plate and the back plate of the drawer box are mainly designed to be separated, embedded, and assembled, and the bottom plate and two side plates are planned to be integrated and folded, thus the drawer box is accordingly provided with collocating function of doing it yourself (DIY), to decrease the volume of packaging material when delivery, to reduce the transportation and warehousing costs, and to improve the industrial utilization value and economic benefits.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Generally, the drawer storage case or order cabinet for storing clothing, bedding, toys or sundries, in structure design, as shown in FIG. 1, is mainly assembled through frame body (10) or box made of plastic material collocated with drawer box (20), in which the frame body (10) is assembled by box plates and plate racks of pre-determined number and size, and accordingly forming the holding space of the drawer box (20), which is made of one injection molding through a mold to be fitted in the trough-like holding space formed by the frame body (10) and to be provided with reciprocating and sliding functions for goods conveniently put into or taken out, thus the drawer storage case or order cabinet is well loved and used by the average consumer, because various goods in home space are effectively stored and properly categorized, messy placement of goods is prevented, and home space is more tidy.

But, as for the structural design of the above storage case (cabinet), because the space volume of the drawer box made of one injection molding of plastic materials is fixed, when the drawer box collocated with frame body to form a complete storage case is sold, which is not dismantled for packaging, and the volume of whole package is very large, thus the significant transportation and warehousing space is taken, and the cost is accordingly increased, so it does not match the value of industrial use.

Furthermore, due to the fixed and usually large volume of the storage case, the consumer needs to drive their own car or asks the dealer to carry the storage case to resolve the transportation problem after buying, not only considerable trouble and inconvenience, but also derivative unnecessary freight, so this is not an ideal design and needs to be improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the problems and shortcomings of the existing integrated drawer storage case (cabinet), the inventor researches and develops the modular drawer box structure of the present invention based on many years experience and technology in related industrial, and the main objective is to make the drawer box adopt the package of unassembled state when delivery through structural component design, to significantly decrease the volume of packaging material, to effectively reduce the transportation and warehousing costs, and to provide with the perfect industrial utilization value and economic benefits.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide with collocating function of DIY through structural component design, except for achieving the function of decreasing the volume of packaging material.

For achieving the above-mentioned objectives, in the structural design of the present invention, the bottom plate and two side plates are mainly planned to be integrated and folded, and the face plate and back plate of the embedded piece and drawer box individually extending to the front and rear lateral margins are separated, embedded, and assembled, and the pre-determined embedded block of the embedded piece is further coordinated with the pre-determined embedded hole of the embedded slot for the face and back plates to get embedding positioning and to provide the drawer box with collocating function of DIY, thus the volume of packaging material is decreases, the transportation and warehousing costs are reduced, and industrial utilization value and economic benefits are improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The structural components, technical means and effect reached of the present invention will be further specifically explained as following, through examples coordinated with drawings.

Referring to FIG. 2, a schematic view showing partial structure, FIGS. 3 and 4, schematic views showing structural decomposition. FIG. 5, a schematic view showing structure, and FIGS. 6 and 7, schematic views showing structural relationship, there is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1-7, for the structural design of the drawer storage case (cabinet), according to the present invention, which is mainly constituted by modular frame body (30) with pre-determined layers and drawer boxes (40) of corresponding number, in which:

the modular frame body (30) is composed of segmentation box boards (31) of pre-determined layers, a top plate (32), and plate racks (33) of pre-determined number through insertion, embedded slot (34) individually installed at pre-determined position on the top edge surface of each segmentation box board (31) is fitted with wheel shaft (35) for providing with smoothness of push-pull action for the drawer box (40), embedded and fitted wheel shaft (36) at the bottom of the lowest layer segmentation box board (31) is used for providing with moving activity function for the frame body (30), and whole components of the frame body (30) are disassembled to decrease the volume of packaging material when delivery; and

the drawer box (40) is made of plastic materials, which is constituted by bottom plate (41), left and right side plates (42) and (43), front side face plate (44) and rear side back plate (45), wherein the bottom plate (41) is integrated with the left and right side plates (42) and (43), the connective interface between the bottom plate (41) and two side plates (42) and (43) is placed with V-type folded slot for two side plates (42) and (43) forming through upward turnover, and perpendicular to the bottom plate (41), embedded pieces (411), (421) and (431) are individually extended and installed at front edge sides and rear edge sides of the bottom plate (41) and two side plates (42) and (43), embedded blocks (412), (422) and (432) of pre-determined number are formed on outer surfaces of the embedded blocks (412), (422) and (432) at every side, and embedded slots (441) and (451) are individually installed on inner surfaces of the face plate (44) and the back plate (45), relative to the lower side and two laterals of the bottom plate (41) and two side plates (42) and (43), through the embedded slots (441) and (451), the embedded pieces (411), (421) and (431) of the bottom plate (41) and two side plates (42) and (43) are fitted, and embedded holes (442) and (452) of pre-determined number are placed at outer edge sides of the embedded slots (441) and (451) of the face plate (44) and the back plate (45), thus the embedded pieces (411), (421) and (431) of the bottom plate (41) and two side plates (42) and (43) insert into the embedded slots (441) and (451) of the face plate (44) and the back plate (45), and then the combined stability of the whole drawer box (40) is firmly maintained through embedding positioning of the embedded blocks (412), (422) and (432) and the embedded holes (442) and (452), furthermore, dragging slot hole (443) is concavely placed at the pre-determined position of the face plate (44), and embedded holes (444) of pre-determined number are placed at upper side edge of the dragging slot hole (443), for embedding additional dragging plate (46), except for convenient dragging force implemented, the dragging plate (46) and the drawer box (40) constitute the visual effect of color contrast.

By way of the above descriptions, for the structural design of the drawer storage case (cabinet), according to the present invention, except that the frame body (30) is as modular design with package of disassembled components when delivery, the drawer box (40) is further as modular design, to together package with the frame body (30) in disassembled way, so as to significantly decrease the volume of packaging material, to largely reduce the transportation and warehousing spaces and costs, to provide with the perfect industrial economic benefits, and to resolve the transportation problem of the consumer after buying; on the other hand, if the drawer storage case (cabinet) of the present invention is assembled, only through easy insertion action, the combination of the frame body (30) is completed, and then through easy folding and embedding actions, the assembly of the drawer box (40) is completed, and the operation simplicity of DIY is achieved; compared to the conventional fixed storage case (cabinet), not only consistent with the trend of DIY, but also significantly decreasing the whole volume of packaging material, effectively reducing the transportation and warehousing spaces and costs, facilitating the transportation after buying, and exactly having the perfect industrial economic benefits and practical value.

For the structural design of the drawer storage case (cabinet), according to the present invention, in view of the problems of the volume of packaging material, existing in the conventional fixed drawer box, the drawer box is innovatively designed in modular way, adopting the package of unassembled and overlapped state, collocated with the unassembled state of the frame body, to effectively and significantly decrease the volume of packaging material, to achieve the expected reducing the transportation and warehousing costs, and to resolve the transportation problems of the consumers after buying; more importantly, the assembly prior to use is very simple and easy, and matches the consumer market trend of DIY, overall, the drawer storage case (cabinet) of the present invention exactly has the perfect industrial economic benefits and practical value.

From the above, the modular drawer box structure of the present invention provides the drawer box with collocating function of DIY and effect of decreasing the volume of packaging material through innovatively structural design, which effectively resolves the problems and shortcomings of the fixed volume of the conventional integrated drawer box, and matches industrial economic benefits and practical value, overall, which is a superior and innovative design, thus the patent application is filed according to regulations.

Claims

1. A modular drawer box structure applied to the drawer box, made of plastic, of the drawer storage case (cabinet), which is constituted by a back plate, left and right side plates, front side face plate and rear side back plate, and the improvement described as following, in which:

the bottom plate is integrated with the left and right side plates, the connective interface between the bottom plate and two side plates is placed with V-type folded slot for two side plates forming through upward turnover, embedded pieces are individually extended and installed at front edge sides and rear edge sides of the bottom plate and two side plates, and embedded slots are individually installed at the lower side and two laterals of inner surfaces of the face plate and the back plate, relative to the bottom plate and two side plate embedded pieces, through the embedded slots, the embedded pieces of the bottom plate and two side plates are fitted, thus the assembly of the drawer box is completed.

The modular drawer box structure as claimed in claim 1, in which embedded blocks of pre-determined number are formed on the outer surfaces of the embedded pieces individually extended and installed at front and rear edge sides of the bottom plate and two side plates, and embedded holes of pre-determined number are placed at the outer side of the embedded slots individually placed at the lower side and two laterals of inner surfaces of the face plate and the back plate, thus the embedded pieces of the bottom plate and two side plates insert into the embedded slots of the face plate and the back plate, and then the combined stability of the whole drawer box is firmly maintained through embedding positioning of the embedded blocks and the embedded holes.

The modular drawer box structure as claimed in claim 1, in which a dragging slot hole is concavely placed at the pre-determined position of the face plate, and embedded holes of pre-determined number are placed at upper side edge of the dragging slot hole, for embedding additional dragging plate, to facilitate dragging force implemented.
